Original number-matching Pontiac Catalina. Original Texas car. The car has never been exposed to salt. The car has been in dry-storage for over 20 years. Although there is some rust on the lower side panels, there is very minimum repair needed. All floorboards and the trunk are in great shape. The frame and body mounts are perfect. The underside of car, if painted, would look like new. Everything on the car is original. There are no missing parts--the car has everything that it left the factory with. This Pontiac Catalina drives great! It starts right up and sounds good. The transmission is new, as well as the brakes. The motor smokes, but has been setting for a number of years. The car has the original radio. This car will be easy to restore and will make a beautiful example of Pontiac muscle-car history! A $500.00 deposit required upon completion of sale, with balance due when the car is picked up. I would consider a trade for a running classic car or truck. It must be in running and driving shape. 1969 Pontiac Catalina 2 Door Hardtop Original Car 53664 Miles Burgundy Metallic with Dark Red interior. 400 CI Engine w/2bbl Carb with Turbo Hydramatic Auto Trans. Everything about this car is in excellent condition. Headliner is tight, seats have no rips,tears or burns. Car runs and drives as it should. Car is rust free. 1969 Pontiac Catalina. The car runs and drives great with a 2 barrel 400. I put a set of lifters in right after I bought the car as it had the classic pontiac collapsed lifter from sitting for several years. I have owned the car for over 10 years and drove it quite a bit but the past few years it has done more sitting then driving. The interior is in pretty good shape with the dash having some cracks. The front seat was recovered with what appears to be school bus seat material and it has begun to split. Door panels, carpet, headliner, etc. are in great shape. The only major issue is the heater core leaks and I have it by passed at the moment. There is very little rust. I stress very little as there is just a small spot on the rear quarter that is pictured up close. That spot was curled inward from what I guess was a blown tire. Every other part on the car is rock solid. The nose of the car is the only other are that will need to be replcaed or repaired in some way. These nose pieces were always problematic. Please ask any questions you may have. Reason for selling is I have several other projects and also some health issues with my wife. Thanks for checking it out. Just drove the car today.
