This vehicle is a restored 1961 Lincoln Continental Convertible. It best fits the mode of a "daily driver" versus a show car. There are minor defects in in the body, paint and chrome (all of which received restoration over the course of ownership). None of the imperfections are glaring to the casual observer. The vehicle features custom diamondback whitewall tires (with red line stripping) along with 13" Dayton wire rims (custom spare is included). The original engine was replaced for better drive-ability; it possesses a 430 engine with approximately 57K miles. The interior has the original look, however an upgrade stereo system was added in the the glove compartment to meet up to date standards (out of sight of viewing and can be operated via an app on your smart phone). The vehicles boast working AC uncommon in many of the models of this particular year. Primary work on the vehicle was under the inspection and instruction of Chris Dunn owner of Lincoln Land in Clearwater Florida; where they specialized in Lincoln vehicles of the 60's era and other years. The vehicle has been under my ownership for the past decade, in addition to one other owner for the decade preceding. Preservation of the vehicle has seen storage or garage units for the majority of the previous two decades. The purchase of the vehicle was made through Lincoln Land. In regards to completing the sale, I am open to varies payment methods wire transfer, cashiers check etc. Shipping of the vehicle will be required of the buyer, however, if the destination is extreme, negotiation of the expense can be discussed.

1966 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL CONVERTIBLE FOUR DOOR REAR BEING SUICIDE DOORS. THIS IS A VERY NICE LINCOLN. SHE IS A OLDER RESTORATION BUT IS VERY PRESENTABLE. THE CAR IS PAINTED A CUSTOM COLOR CALLED HONEY DEW MELON. SHE RUNS VERY WELL AND HAS MOTOR PROFESSIONALLY GONE THREW AND DETAILED AT AN EXPENSE OF 5K DOLLARS. SHE DRIVES AND SHIFTS GREAT. CONVERTIBLE TOP IS IN GREAT SHAPE SINCE ITS NEW AND WORKS AS IT SHOULD. IT IS AMAZING TO WATCH AND SEE THE TECHNOLOGY FROM 1966 WORK SO WELL . THE CAR HAS A GREAT SOUND AND MAKES NO WEIRD NOISES. ALL THE POWER WINDOWS WORK LIKE THEY SHOULD. SHE DOES HAVE CRUISE CONTROL BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO WORK. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE POWER SEATS TO WORK BUT MAY BE A FUSE. THE CAR COMES WITH A WIRING DIAGRAM AND AN APPRAISAL FOR THE VEHICLE SHOWING VALUE ESTABLISHED OF $30,000. I HAVE OVER A HUNDRED CARS AND TRUCKS AND I AM JUST THINNING OUT THE HERD. I LOVE THIS CAR AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DRIVE IT ANYWHERE. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THE MOTOR PULLED OUT AND RESEALED WITH NEW GASKETS AND QUALITY PAINT LOOKS NICE AND DETAILED. THE TOP IS BROWN AND ONY 1 YEAR OLD. TIRES ARE NOT DRY ROTTED AND ARE IN GREAT CONDITION. I HAVE PUT OVER 5000 MILES ON THE CAR AND DRIVE IT EVERY OTHER DAY. TOP WORKS GREAT AND THERE IS AN AFTERMARKET RADIO UNDER THE DASH AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL RADIO THAT DOES NOT WORK (MAY BE UNHOOKED) . CARPET AND INTERIOR IS NICE. CAR HITS THE ROAD GREAT DOES NOT SWAY AT ALL AND STOPS PERFECT. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CAR. YOU CAN STEER IT WITH ONE FINGER. IT HAS A/C BUT HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO OPERATE IT.
