This rare 1973 Lincoln Continental coupe is in mint condition, practically flawless inside and out. The color is striking. It gets many compliments. People are surprised it's original. The paint and body is excellent, as is the interior, and no RUST. There's no scratches and no dents, or damage from what I can see. This car runs and drives like new. The 460 runs great. Much work has been done recently. Rebuilt carburator, new spark plugs, and points, new master cylinder, newer tires, etc.. All the power accessories work like new; windows, seats, antenna. Heat and climate control works great. AC will need a charge. I can say enough about this car. It's a great cruiser and head turner. Someone is going to be very happy with this car. 1979 Lincoln Continental 2-Door Town Coupe 400-2V Full size classic luxury car, in show condition. Finished in lustrous Cream Paint (6P) with a complementing Cream roof and Cream/Gold (JY) velour interior, this car’s handsome appearance is further enhanced by optional Medium Champagne pinstripes and forged aluminum wheels. The exterior finish has a mirror-like reflection, as does its abundance of chrome and bright-work. Similarly, the interior of this car is in virtually showroom condition, and the interior door panels, seating areas, dashboard, and headliner appear as new. The original tires are on this car, Michelin 225-15x and show no dry-rot as the car has been in NM approx. 35 years and in Indiana in a heated building. Documentation backs up the low miles. VIN: 9Y81S731739 Owned by ONE family since purchased brand new. NO rust. 22,720 miles. Showroom paint condition. Recently replaced master cylinder brakes and recently rebuilt carburetor. A/C works fine. Headliner is excellent and interior also spotless. Chrome is also very nice too. Wood grain interior trim, sending some extra 8 tracks along to the buyer also. Carpets were used in back to line the trunk with items they stowed. Love the meticulous care this car has shown. No paint issues anywhere, a really special find for the right collection.
