*** You need to check with your state's DMV and make sure you can obtain a title for this vehicle PRIOR to placing a bid. Alabama law does not require titles for vehicles 35+ years old therefore it does not have a title and will only come with a bill of sale. *** 1964 Lincoln Continental 4-door Sedan with suicide doors. Originally Arctic White with Black Leather Pleated Interior. Has what looks to be the original 430ci V8 with automatic transmission. The engine will run off of a bottle but the car will need alot of work to be a driving car. The rear passenger side door lock is broken so I couldn't get it open. All other doors look fine. Body was repainted at one point and then stripped at another and left out in the elements so it has alot of surface rust. The hood and trunk lid need to be replaced but aren't original to the car anyways. There is some rot in the fins, around the rear window, and in the trunk weatherstrip channels that will have to be cut out and replaced. All 4 door skins will need patches as well but the passenger side front door skin will probably need an all new skin. The door structures all look good. The door sills look good. The floors and trunk seem pretty solid. They may need a few minor patches. Most of the trim is there. All of the trim for the fins, both long rocker trims, and one wheel well trim is there. Missing trim would be one rear quarter trim, one rear roof trim, as well as the most of the wheel well trim, badges, etc. 4 used interior door panels come with the car. They might can be used for parts or patterns but will need to be replaced. Front bumper is missing. Rear bumper end sections are rotted out and will have to be replaced. 2 original hubcaps also come with the car. What you see is what I have. Vehicle has rust on the Rear bumper and on the drivers side on top of the front quarter panel. Other than these vehicle is in Excellent re-storable condition!!! Vehicle is same year as JFK's presidential ride. As for the motor 430ci 7.0 liter complete! I have not attempted to turn the motor over. I don't have the time to restore this vehicle with 4 kiddos! I put a battery to verify operation of windows etc... everything seems to work. Doors shut tight and are aligned perfectly. Interior will need some Neats foot oil to make it shine again. No major tares or discoloration. Paint- completely original tires were and still are holding air from back in 1994 when vehicle was last tagged. Dont make them like that anymore. All in All this vehicle is going to take little money to restore to running and head turning class.
