Beautiful 1965 Mustang Fastback GT HiPo K Code in the very desirable Tropical Turquoise which is its original color. White Pony interior. This rust free K Code Fastback is a true GT. The K code engine block was switched out many years ago with a regular 289 block. It has a toploader 4 speed transmission. Everything works, and it runs great with a lot of power. Comes with the 8k Rally Pac and Rally Wheels. I was told by the previous owner that the miles were original which the title confirms. Email me with any questions. People have asked why I think its a factory GT. The obvious: Front disc brakes, fog lights, dual exhaust, GT emblems, correct gas cap, 5 cluster instrument panel, and disc brake pedal. Less obvious: Correct toggle switch for fog lights (although the switch was moved from underneath the dash to the front of the dash by the previous owner)), large brake cylinder and larger sway bar 13/16. Also, on a GT when the fog light is activated the rear tail lights will also turn on. Mine does that. After market fog light switches and wiring don't do this. Furthermore, the holes in the radiator that support the fog light wires from the grill towards the dash are suppose to be 11/16" in diameter which mine our and slightly beveled around the edge again which mine are indicating the hole was punched at the factory and not drilled in someones garage. Finally, it has the factory installed metal bracket towards the rear. The bracket was welded during production of the car for factory dual exhaust so that the exhaust hanger bolt would not crush or deform the rail. (See last pic)
