Beautiful 1965 Mustang Fastback GT HiPo K Code in the very desirable Tropical Turquoise which is its original color. White Pony interior. This rust free K Code Fastback is a true GT. The K code engine block was switched out many years ago with a regular 289 block. It has a toploader 4 speed transmission. Everything works, and it runs great with a lot of power. Comes with the 8k Rally Pac and Rally Wheels. I was told by the previous owner that the miles were original which the title confirms. Email me with any questions. People have asked why I think its a factory GT. The obvious: Front disc brakes, fog lights, dual exhaust, GT emblems, correct gas cap, 5 cluster instrument panel, and disc brake pedal. Less obvious: Correct toggle switch for fog lights (although the switch was moved from underneath the dash to the front of the dash by the previous owner)), large brake cylinder and larger sway bar 13/16. Also, on a GT when the fog light is activated the rear tail lights will also turn on. Mine does that. After market fog light switches and wiring don't do this. Furthermore, the holes in the radiator that support the fog light wires from the grill towards the dash are suppose to be 11/16" in diameter which mine our and slightly beveled around the edge again which mine are indicating the hole was punched at the factory and not drilled in someones garage. Finally, it has the factory installed metal bracket towards the rear. The bracket was welded during production of the car for factory dual exhaust so that the exhaust hanger bolt would not crush or deform the rail. (See last pic)

I am listing this vehicle for a friend of mine that owns it. The vehicle is a 1970 Ford Mustang Fastback GT. The vehicle has had 3 owners with my friend being the third owner. The vehicle has a clean title. The vehicle is used and is in good condition. The vehicle has been in a smoke-free environment. Vehicle is in excellent working condition and engine runs good and does not knock. There is no rust on the vehicle. The side mirror for passenger side is in owner's possession and they will install before selling. The vehicle needs a new inside door panel on driver side. The vehicle needs some upholstery work up above the back seats under the rear window. On the passenger side where the side mirror goes it needs a little touch up paint and a little light weight body filler by where the side mirror is installed. The vehicle has approximately 90% of its original parts. The engine has been rebuilt. Odometer reads 183,187 miles. About 2,000 of those miles are on the rebuilt engine. The vehicle has new carpet, a new dashboard, new front windshield, new front suspension and new radiator. The vehicle is kept mostly in my friend's garage. The vehicle has original Automatic C5 Transmission. The vehicle has a Windsor 302 Cubic Inch V8 engine, 210 BHP and 300 lb. ft. of torque. The engine has an Edelbrock Intake and Carburetor as well as Mickey Thompson Valve Covers. The Tires are Dunlop 225/452 R1790W SP Sport FM901 with light wear.
