You are looking at a 1964 Impala SS, this is a real Super Sport. I am selling this car for my younger brother who can no longer drive. My brother is a brain cancer survivor & it breaks his heart to sell this car. My brother has owned this car for over twenty five years. The Impala is an original Calif. car & still has it's black plates. The car is a pearl white with black interior. I have not seen the car in over ten years but will do my best to describe it. The car is powered by a rebuilt 350 from a 1976 Monte Carlo it has an automatic transmission with power steering. There is an aftermarket stereo cassette in the dash. This car has not ran for about ten years, was running well & driving well when parked. The body will need work as the passenger fender has bondo that is cracked as well as an area on the lower right quarter panel. There may be a few other minor dings ect. There is no rot, just a little top rust from sitting. The car has been covered & will come with the cover. The interior still looks to be nice with a clean dash. I believe the car will run with very little work, clean the gas tank & check the brakes. I am told the keys are missing, the ignition switch is easily replaced. The car is located in American Canyon Calif. which is just a few miles from Napa Calif. You will be responsible for picking up the car, and all costs associated with the shipping. The car is currently stored at a storage facility & will need to be picked up during normal business hours. I will need a three hundred deposit via paypal right after you win the car, not the day after but right after you purchase. The balance can be paid through a bank to bank transfer. 66 SS Impala 327 Muncie 4 speed. Los Angeles plant clean CA title in my name.A really beautiful straight impala with: The factory matched FF marina blue paint with 4 coats of clear and buffed to a wet smooth surface, just super nice. The car is a nice driver with an easy effort to be show but i drive it once in a whileThe inside is factory ivory white with new black carpet, seat covers, headliner, door panels all new except for rear panels not new. The floors are excellent rust free.The 327 runs good and the car drives good it is the original 327 275 horsepower engine with camel hump heads 1966 Rochester quadrajet carburetor and the engine is stamped as a HAR motor late 1965. It is an original manual 4 speed. Will need a little to be perfect. This car can very well be worth more than what is asking and you know that it's better to pay that for a desirable impala especially with that nice combo of colors being also that its a factory 4 speed with a nice console and forgot to mention the factory tachometer works as well as horn all lights inside courtesy, and heater also. Right now it needs a wiper motor and if you have to have it almost perfect I would rechrome the rear bumper but it shows nice still. LOOK at the pictures up close this car actually looks the same in person it is beautiful and whoever gets it will surely will be happy. I have more pictures available. So some tinkering with it to let you complete this very nice impala. This car is not in concourse conditionBut is not near there prices so keep in mind that it is in very nice driver condition and I've seen just plane coupes non SS bringing this much and if you want to buy a project for 8 to 10 and ending up sticking 15 more in it make sure it's worth it, I know this impala is worth every dime. The impala is rust free and underneath is pretty healthy with just a little under seal still in some parts it also has 2 1/2" aluminized piping and flow master exhaust . The wheels are American Racing rims with almost new bf Goodrich tires. I also have the original rims with SS hubcaps that will be included. It has a new front windshield and a new tissue dispensor for og looks . Save yourself alot of time and headache on restoring one from back east. These muscle impalas are climbing in price due to there rareness not to mention other muscle cars and classics on the market for twice as much money. This is ready for enjoying it and putting the finishing touches on it it can use some front end refreshing such as ball joints and tie rods but only the rubber is worn although this impala drives straight for and does not pull to sides. There is all new rubber weather strip on car and window felts. I do see some scratches mainly on drivers window I did mention windshield is new with the upper shade blue. I have the hood spear but it could use a new one. I've only had this car for about 6 months and drove car as far as 50 or so miles and around San Diego it took me everywhere mostly everything works speedometer works as far as the headlights,rear stop, signals,even the reverse lights come on, the heater comes on and blows warm, the horn works, and the tach functions too wow. Only one time when driving her to my parents the Unilite mallory distributor went out and I put an original points on engine and It is running OK now Although understand not like a 2016 car. The brakes are drum and it stops good. All the clutch and tranny shift into all gears and stay in The exhaust sounds awsome it needs the other back piping going out to tips but already has 3/4 of the way connected to new flowmasters. This car is for someone that really appreciates the car for the hard to come by classic that it is although WAY PAST A PROJECT car condition or "survivor" or "Patina" meaning only a worn or rusty car that eventually you will end up spending tons to restore it not this one and this car is not a clone it's a real SS and manual 4 speed from the factory. Up for sale here is a very nice rare 1962 Impala Factory 4-speed car. If you want to do a car that doesn't need a lot of bodywork than this is for you. The old paint needs to be stripped off. The fenders are spotless, the doors have no rot on the seams or corners. The floor and rockers also are in great shape. The car has all original SS trim and grab bar. I also believe all the glass and stainless is the original. Not perfect but very nice. The interior has the original front buckets and rear seat. The rear seat is a bit sun blistered on the top. Sun visors are new. The headliner and carpet are in very presentable. The engine is a low miles small block. Very strong. The last owner put thousands into the mechanics of this car. Flow master exhaust system. Brakes are original drum. The trans is original Saginaw. Fresh clutch when he did the motor. I have hardly used the car for over 10 years. It needs the bottom of the trunk pan replaced. The part is just aver $100. I removed the gas tank ti have the pan fixed but never bought the pan. I can reinstall the tank if you prefer. It drives very well. If you prefer stock rims I can swap the Keystones out for you. It has a later 4-speed consol in it also. I have been collecting old cars for decades and it is time to try and let a couple dozen go. I come from the East coast and don't have rusted cars. Please call if serious. Turbo 400 transmission, 12 bolt posi rear end, duel flowmaster exhaust. Has original A/C, Power steering. Interior was redone from white vinyl to black velour, but still in original style. Up for sale is my 1996 Impala SS that has been completely upgraded from front to back. Nearly everything has been replaced and it is a complete animal! It made 840 horsepower at the rear tires before the nitrous kit was installed which adds another 75 horsepower to the wheels. This was limited because at anything past that point, the clutch began to slip. This is definitely a car you can take to shows and take it to the race track but this is also an amazing street car that cruises comfortably on the highway getting nearly 20 mpg in air conditioned comfort! 96 Impala SS Black 4-on-the-floor. A shade under 115k miles. The interior is extremely CLEAN. Car is 99% stock. Title is squeaky clean (I can send vehicle history report as proof, upon request). Car runs very strong and handles like a dream. I bought this Big Black Beast (BBB) in the summer of 2000, only had 15k miles on it at the time (car had never even seen rain, snow, ice, or salt), it was completely cherry and still had the new car smell. So for all intensive purposes, I am the original owner of this BBB, and I still have maintenance records for virtually everything ever done to the car - and a lot of deferred maintenance has already been done on her ($6k worth over the last ~6 years), virtually always using OEM parts. Tires only have 5k miles on them, and just rotated. Fresh Mobil One oil change. Original full size spare tire still in trunk (never used). Original Chevrolet OEM owners manual still in glove box.
