This is an "almost new" beautiful full-sized 4-door sedan, with good leg-room for both front and back seats. The exterior is called Berlin Blue Metallic, a very dark blue, and the interior is 'Titanium', a medium gray-blue (not leather). It has a large trunk,with a removable caddy, and the trunk space can extend into the car if the rear backrest(s) are folded forward. It gets fairly nice gas mileage, rated at 26 MPG overall, with a very adequate 4-cylinder engine which does the job nicely for normal driving. Chevrolet has added features to this generation of the Impala model, to match some features found in more expensive makes and models, and the automotive journals (including Consumer Reports) have written very favorable reviews (I am making copies of two articles). It has "Euro" drive style and suspension: it corners well and has a somewhat taut suspension. It has 18" steel wheels (standard). There is a "roll-hold feature", so that when you are stopped on a hill, it seems to hold the car until "the light turns green" and you drive ahead. It has an electronic parking brake system, which operates with a pull of a small switch. We purchased an additional 2 year warranty from the dealer for $1800, which is included in our price and is transferable to you as the buyer. We have had the car serviced at the dealer (in Culver City). This is a one owner car (private party sale), usually garaged, no accidents, Southern California use (no flooding, etc.), and we are nonsmokers. OnStar navigation is available by subscription, as well as premium radio (SiriusXM). OnStar will also help in emergencies, with towing, tire repair, lockouts, etc., and you can sign up for satellite phone calls (or similar) as an alternative to your cell phone, in case you don't have cell reception (for example, if you are driving between cities). We spoke to our credit union and they offer financing with very competitive terms. You do not have to be a credit union member to use their financing.
