This muscle car is a pleasure to own, show and drive. This car lives in a heated and air conditioned garage and is never ever driven in the rain. EVERYTHING works on this car from the heater to the glove box light to the trunk light, cigarette lighter, wipers and horn. It has the original Tonawanda built 327/275 horse L30 motor that it was born with. Everything is numbers matching with the exception of the powerglide transmission. That was swapped out for a Turbo 350 for better driveability. Engine has strong oil pressure and does not smoke or make any abnormal noise. No oil leaks anywhere. The RS headlights operate as they should. 10 Bolt factory Posi rear end with 362 (claimed by previous owner but never confirmed by me) gearing but I think it has the original 273 gears because it runs around 2K at 70MPH. I use Joe Gibbs Driven 10W-30 oil and WIX racing oil filters. The Hugger Orange PPG two stage paint is excellent and really looks great in the sun. I would rate the paint a 9 out of 10. This is a rust free car that is very solid and has been taken care of its whole life. There are no rust bubbles, no ripples or dents anywhere. Great panel fit. Dynamat Extreme applied to all floors, doors and roof. Car is very slick and has a deep shine. The car runs and drives beautifully. It came with power disc brakes and power steering from the factory. All windows operate as they should. One of the best 1967 Camaro's you will find out there. I am open to you coming out to view the car prior to the auction ending. All sales are final. I have done a lot of work to this car and added tons of new parts. I will try and list all of what has been done and what is new. I am very anal about the work on this car and have done most of it myself. I have most all of the OEM parts that were replaced by me as well as all of the receipts for these parts. Below is write-up taken directly from him. 1970 1/2 Camaro RS split bumper, split fender (which is more sought after). The RS was a trim enhanced package and less were made due to it being a 1/2 year car. I was told that the original owner bought the car and passed it on to his son who sold it to my father-in-law. He died and left it to my wife.. Engine is a 350 that has been enhanced for more power. I was told by my father-in-law before he passed that it is the original block. I also believe I have the original transmission, heads, radiator, radio, speakers, intake, lifters, wheels,timing gear and chain,water pump, and cam. It will be the buyers responsibility to verify. There is NO rust. Never wrecked and TONS of documentation on what has been changed, enhanced, etc. Great car, plenty fast, 4 speed (also rare). A guy I worked with said it was probably a drag pack car since it is a 4 speed with no A/C and no power steering. We are ready to pass it on to the next enthusiast. 383 Stroker Motor, aluminum Trick Flow heads, Comp Cam & Lifters, Race Carb! Car is capable of daylighting the front tire with drag slicks! 4 on the floor and all power to the rear with no A/C or power steering.
