THIS CAR IS AN ORIGINAL ONE CAR OWNER. ALWAYS GARAGE KEPT. SHE RUNS WELL. WE INSTALLED ELECTRONIC STARTER. RECENTLY, HAD CUSTOM TIRES INSTALLED, NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM, INTERIOR RE-DONE, WHITE WITH MATCHING RED PIPING AND NEW CARPET. THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS OPERATIVE AND RUNNING SLOWLY. THE TOP WHILE OPERATIVE, WITH NO TEARS OR HOLES OR LEAKS, IS IN WORN CONDITION. THE GLASS PANEL IN THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS IN GOOD CONDITION. SINCE THE CAR IS GARAGE KEPT AND ONLY DRIVEN IN SOUTH FLORIDA BEAUTIFUL WEATHER, I HAVE NEVER BOTHER TO REPLACE THE TOP. Very Solid 70 Skylark, Very, Very little rust. Sat in a barn from 1993 until 2011. I have the barn find pics. Tons of Money spent on this project. No expense spared up to this point. 2004 6.0 liter LQ4 & L480e out of Chevy work truck. 2009 Trailblazer SS intake, Edelbrock Throttle body. Custom headers and Wire Harness from "Street & Performance" New Aluminum Rad, Electric Fans, Stainless Fuel tank From "Rockvalley" New "in tank" fuel pump and new custom lines.New 4 wheel disc brake set up new in the boxes. Custom Drive Shaft... New oil & Water pumps, Moroso oil pan. 15 x 7 chevy rallies mounted on almost new tires. Very nice original Interior. Tried to take pics of the bad rust spots. Mostly around the back window. I know I'm missing a ton of stuff.. I have a stack of receipts The Car Starts, Runs and Drives.. Doesn't stop very well... Please ask questions. 1961 Buick Skylark 2 door hardtop. This is an original paint, original interior... rust free southwest car. The motor is the 215v8 all aluminum with the optional 2 speed automatic and bucket seats.Car runs and drives. Engine purrs nicely and runs down the road well. Headlights, taillights, blinkers, horn all working. The original AM radio works....even the presets. This is a very original straight rust free running project car. The interior obviously needs to be redone...but the car still has the factory sound deadner under the carpet.Paint it your favorite color....or clear coat it to show off its nicely preserved original character. Still has all the factory air components but the plastic housing surrounding the condenser inside the car didn't survive the desert heat. Front windshield will need to be replaced....all other glass is in excellent shape.

This Buick Skylark convertible has been family owned since 1964. It has all the power options, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows, (all working properly) remote rear view mirror, wire wheels 250 HP 300 CID V8 engine. It was purchased new in NY and transported to Florida where it stayed til 2012. When it came back it was restored. The body was totaly rust free with the exception of a few small spots in the trunk which were professionally repaired. It has a new convertable top, new paint, new tires, upgraded rebuilt GM turbo 350 transmission, all new steering components, new battery, new shocks, new brakes and brake lines, new fuel tank. new chrome , a custom exhaust with headers were added. The interior of the car is original, with the exception of a center console. The interior is in excellent condition, no rips or tears, and only minor fading. The two front door panels had speakers mounted and have small screw holes. The Skylark has 71,000 original miles. It is a great driver, and a real head turner. The body is laser straight with no dents or dings.There is an after market radio in the console. The factory radio does not work (probably not connected).

Condition: Car drives great, It has been running a while but i just recently put new brakes and put car back on road. Only 56,500 miles on car and the odometer still works, everything is original on car, except paint job. My grandma bought the car used in 1976 and drove it for 20 years, after she stopped driving it sat up for a while. I have had it running for the past 5-10 years and now I drive it back and forth to work a couple days a week. Small amount of rust behind the rear tires. Other than that the body is in good shape. Features: 350 V8, power brakes and steering. Car had AC but it was removed, I don't have any of the existing AC parts. History: My grandma bought the car used in 1976. 1967 Buick Skylark convertible, 72,985k original miles. V8 (300 engine original), A/T (original) floor console, Bucket Seats (not bench seat). With Original PROTECTO-PLATE, and original interior. Have owned the car for a little over 10 yrs, during this time, I have put new convertible top, Paint job and body work, No Trunk Pan rust (was repaired), Buick Rally Wheels, tires, Meineke lifetime brakes alway around, battery, Dual Exhaust, Felt and window strips and rubber, control arm bushings, plugs, and wires, much more. Car has never been rained on since I have owned it, always garaged. Car comes with tons of extra parts. Extra Rally rims, Original Hub Caps, Spare Carburetor, Horn Pad, rear bumper, front grill, head lights, reverse lights, tail lights, wheel skirts, Spare A/C compressor, Fisher Chassis & Body Book, Repair Service Manual, extra A/C vents, Suspension Parts, Fuel Pump, Convertible Hydraulic Cylinder, Convertible Switch, and much much much more...to many extras to list and hard to find parts already in hand for the car. Was told when I brought it, that the compressor was bad, so I brought a compressor. A/C has never been hooked up since I owned it. But, it comes with a compressor if you are wanting A/C. Radio does not work. but is in the car. Convertible hydraulic pump may need fluid, due to it takes time to build up and raise and lower convertible. I usually keep it down due to it is usually garaged. But it is functional and operates. I am the 4th owner of the car. It was originally owned by a lady in Las Vegas, then a guy brought it while living there, moved back east to KY and he passed away, car then went to his son. I am selling this wonderful car reluctantly. It is as original as you can get. I replaced the carpet, cleaned the radiator, new radiator hoses, new starter, new fuel filter, new distributor cap/rotor with wires and plugs to the the specs of the original issue. The rest of the car is as it came off the assembly. There isn't any rust on the vehicle (maybe 2 or 3 pinhead areas that you have to look really close to see near seams), but the car is 52 years old and a gem. It has had a repaint about 2 years ago. The tires are excellent, the paint is wonderful and the dash area is pristine. The headliner is in good shape with one small tear (see Buick patch), the seats are in good shape (drivers is electric slider and has small tear in vinyl). The motor is the rare aluminum block 215 V8 that is 200 hp with a rebuilt 4bbl original carb. The car has had a new muffler installed too. I am the 3rd owner and the previous owner had it only a short time after getting it from an estate auction. The car comes with the original dealer documentation and will make a great car for anyone who loves ORIGINAL non hacked up, modified cars. I am selling this on other venues so it may end early. It is sold "as is", but you will not be disappointed. Feel free to ask any questions about the car and I will try my best to answer.

1964 Buick Skylark Convertible. Power steering, automatic transmission, power drum brakes, No A/C. Red with white interior and black top. Awesome red paint (body, jambs, trunk) is one year old. This car has a complete new white interior inc: Seat covers, foam, carpet, door panels, window crank handles, etc. New convertible top installed over sand blasted and painted top frame inc: new lift cylinders, hoses and pump. Stainless belt and side moldings were professionally buffed and polished and the other stainless parts are in excellent plus condition. Engine and transmission were removed and painted as well as the engine compartment. The complete underside of the car was stripped and coated. Frame rails are shiny black and underside is satin black. (No sticky undercoating) All new weatherstrips, new wiring harnesses in engine compartment. New trunk mat (no rust underneath). All the glass is excellent, with no cloudy edges, convertible rear window (vinyl) is new. Chrome bumpers are about and 8 out of 10. Tires are excellent, wheels are excellent with a few imperfections. The engine is coded MB which is a 1966 340 cid. 260 HP, 365 ft lbs torque, 10.25:1 comp, 4 bbl carb. They called this the Wildcat 375. Engine runs great, no smoke, no noises. Transmission shifts smoothly. No rear end noises. There has been considerable time restoring and replacing small parts which would take up the whole ad just to list. This car would easily win local car shows. This car has the same owner for over 10 years. He still owns the car and is selling it to pursue his new interest in custom trucks. He drove the car about 100 miles in the last year only for maintenance purposes. This is an affordable convertible that can be driven and enjoyed with no worries.This car is in excellent plus condition but No car is immune from problems, new or old.
