Up for sale is a beautiful 2012 Porsche Panamera 4S with 32,000 miles. The vehicle is fairly equipped: -20" Turbo II Porsche Rims -Heated Front Seats, Comfort adjustable seats, Heated Rear Seats-Rear Automatic Sunshades in the rear windshield and side windows-Sport PASM Plus - Same air suspension as the Panamera Turbo-Natural Cognac Leather with Alcantara Suede headliner (much different in color and texture than the normal tan leather that is standard in Panameras - this leather is a $5,265 option, the Alcantara is a $1,990 option).-Bose Premium Surround Sound, Satellite Radio, Bluetooth Auxiliary, 3.5mm Auxiliary and USB input -Porsche Sport Exhaust (Makes a huge difference in the exhaust note with the push of a button) -4 Year/50,000 Mile Warranty (YES. This is still active despite my rebuilt title - however, the four year time frame is coming up within a few months) -The vehicle is stock with the exception of one modification: It has a FabSpeed Competition Cold Air Intake. This is a $795.00 part (without the cost of labor to install). The car is White on the outside and is 9/10. Great condition. The natural Cognac interior is a 10/10, as well. No wear that I can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. Absolutely mechanically sound. Tires, brakes, everything is in good condition. The car does not need anything at all. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt title. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never had body work done to it. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, and I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. In this particular vehicle, all damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interior passenger cabin. Secondly, the water was fresh water, not salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. We replaced the entire engine block (including pistons and rods) with brand new OEM parts from Porsche - invoices are available for all parts. We obviously changed the oil, oil filter, cabin filter, and the air filter, as well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As a precaution, we also changed all other fluids in the car (though, we found no water in anything but the engine).

This has been my wife's car that she has used to drive to and from work - approximately 1.25 miles each way for the past 5 years. Parked in a garage during the day and at night the car is almost perfect condition. If inspected very closely one would find a few nicks here and there but they're hard to find. The rear right door has some door dings but that is being taken in on Monday for complete service ($1500). The two front tires need replacement but I will put on 4 new tires next week as well. The car just received its 25,000 mile service (today) at the Porsche dealership. All service has been performed at the dealership. For those that are audiophiles. The car has the Burmester Audio system. For those not familiar with it please go to the website to learn more. 1000+ watts of pure music enjoyment. It is by far the most incredible audio system ever put into a vehicle. Here is a youtube video on it m6tVP_tSr10 and here is another link but i am having difficulty posting link in this description so if you search google for Burmester audio Panamera it will take you to the burmester page with all the specs. The car is fully loaded with premium seats, automatic sun shades on the read and back windows, 3 keys (one was lost and later found and would need to be programmed). I have no problem with international buyers but will require an additional $20,000 International Fee which will include the necessary papers to be shipped as a personal household vehicle.

The Panamera fills the gap in Porsche's line between sports cars and the Cayenne SUV, offering high speed touring for four in a comfortable and spacious package. The S models has a top speed of 175 mph and provides a 0-60 time of just 5.2 seconds. The 4S shares the same 175 mph top speed, but the addition of all wheel drive drops the 0-60 time to 4.8 seconds. The Turbo makes 500 horses, which Porsche claims allows it to sprint to 60 in just 4 seconds flat on its way to a 188 mph top speed.All Panameras receive an updated version of Porsche's PDK 7-speed automatic, which has been given two main shafts rather than the three offered in the 911, allowing the unit to fit in a more narrow transmission tunnel and freeing up interior space. The 7-speed is optional on all rear-wheel drive Panameras and standard on all the all-wheel drive models. All models receive a stop-start system, which stops the engine when the car comes to a complete stop to save fuel. Once the brake is released, the engine is automatically restarted.An available air suspension system allows control of the car's spring rate with the flip of a switch, automatically lowering the car's ride height. Porsche's Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) is also available, which de-couples the chassis' stabilizer bars when running in a straight line to increase ride quality, then automatically reengaging them in the corners for increased control. Several levels are selectable with a switch mounted on the dash. Porsche also offers a ceramic brake upgrade (PCCB), which reduces unsprung weight while also significantly improving braking performance.The Panamera's interior features a liberal use of woodgrain, leather and brushed aluminum. The louvers on the air vents, the sunvisors, the interior mirror and front and rear consoles all available in leather trim. 18-way adjustable leather front seats and 8-way adjustable rears are standard, as well as a host of power options.
