I am selling a very nice 944 Turbo. I purchased the 944 as an investment since the vehicle is said yo become a collectible this year. Sadly, I need the money to pay bills. My mechanic installed a new catalytic converter and fine tuned the 944 to pass the California smog check with 0 knocks. The 944 has a strong engine and a straight body, runs and looks very good. Clean interior Sun roof Good tires and wheels Kenwood stereo Current California smog check and registration (August 2016) Original paint was red, prior owner painted the 944 blue. Porsche sign on the back lights up and is an add-on. A few flaws: Driver seat has a rip Small scratch on lower passenger door Broken driver side fog light Missing wheel center caps please see pictures. Beautiful and clean 1986 Model 951 (944) Turbo coupe. All Original.... I'm the second owner of record but there was a dealer in between me and the original owner that titled it in his car company's name but as for driver/owners, there were only two. Car is originally from Oregon and then came to me in Southern California. It's 100% rust free and has a very straight body. Interior is a 9.5 with no rips or tears as seen in the photos. Dash has a crack but not unsightly and can be repaired with the aftermarket form fitting cover. All the glass is great without any chips or cracks. Rubber gaskets around the windows also very good condition. Headlights go up and down without a flaw. Also has a new tailpipe section with new OEM hangers. Original owners manual included. It has been repainted on the left rear quarter but no "Bondo" or heavy repair. Sunroof works as expected...Photos say it all... Tires are almost new Toyo Proxes TPT Front 205/55/16, rear 225/55/16, mounted on original wheels with no curb rash. Brakes are 75% or better, rotors good. Very fast car that glides down the road. Clutch and shifting is also nice and smooth...what you'd expect from a well taken cared of Porsche. Many out there have 5+ owners, some race cars drivers... This car is just nice..... The car has 7x16 & 8x16 Fuchs, it does have all the belly pans 3pcs including the batwing, the car has the original manual and brochure, the air compressor and tool kit as well. It does also have the factory rear wiper delete. The exterior is a 8.5 out of 10, there is only one place on the hood that there is a dent, see pictures, otherwise the paint is in good condition. Interior is also in good to great condition seats have no tears or cuts, only the shifter boot cover is torn. The turbocharger spools quickly and pulls hard for a k26-6, car drips a few drops of oil here and there but there are no major leaks or something that would prevent the car from being driven on daily basis.
