Very nice, clean Olds. Driver quality. PS, PB, PW. and working factory a/c. Seats soft with no rips or tears. Dash has no cracks. Floors solid. Power top goes up and down as it should. Starts, stops and runs great.

The Oldsmobile 98 (sometimes spelled Ninety-Eight after 1961) is the full-size flagship model of Oldsmobile that was produced from 1940 until 1996. The 1965 98 was completely redesigned from the ground up along with other full-sized General Motors cars but retained the larger C-body shared with Cadillac and Buick Electra in contrast with the B-body used in the Oldsmobile 88. Along with the transmission and redesigned platform, the engine was also new for 1965. It was a 425 cu in (7.0 L) Super Rocket V8 that was more powerful and of a more efficient design than the older 394 cu in (6.5 L) Rocket V8 previously used, yet it was much lighter in weight. The 98's standard and only engine offering for 1965 was the four-barrel "Ultra High Compression" version of the 425 Super Rocket rated at 360 horsepower (270 kW). Ninety-Eights were built only in Lansing.

Check out this beautiful 50s land yacht! She was completely restored in 2008. She was then stored in a climate controlled warehouse in Chicago until I bought her in 2012. I had the transmission shift valves and internal plumbing changed out last year, along with a new headliner. I also installed new front drums and brakes, along with rear brake cylinders and shoes. The only other things I have done to the car was stainless steel exhaust through the rear bumpers where the back up lights used to be, along with some chrome bullets on the front grill. I installed new Fat white radials and Radir 5 spoke wheels and also the lake pipes. All of this is easily changed back to stock if desired. I have only put 2000 miles on her since she has been mine. This model also has the 4 speed overdrive Hydromatic transmission along with power everything, including windows and seat. Being the 50s and the horsepower wars, Cadillac had come out with their 390 c.i. motor and not to be beat out, Olds came out with this 394 c.i. monster that has a tree pulling 435 lbs. of torque! This car also came with a limited edition stainless steel transister radio docked inside the glove box. This car flies down the road with ease and boy does she get the looks! Olds Ninety Eight 1969 with 79000. Very good condition. Mechanically it's perfect. Nothing needs to be done. I just installed new tires, new pump, 3-row radiator, battery and changed the belts. Shifts perfect, powerful engine, all lights, windows, seats work. Drawbacks: Fuel gauge doesn't work correctly. Windshield has crack. You are considering a 1977 Regency Oldsmobile 98 in Excellent Condition with Low Mileage and LE Wheels. The car is in amazing condition from what I can tell. The interior automatic door locks do not work and the passenger side window does not go down and drivers door needs a little work as seen in the pictures provided.
