Thank you for viewing my auction. After being disappointed by the ratty other Jaguar XJR's out there and looking at this one, please feel free to message me. Very rare to find in such excellent, garaged kept condition. Absolutely everything works as it should. Stunning color combination. Maintenance done (as well as preventative maintenance) always before ever needed!! Tensioners, lubing windows, door locks, sunroof, water pump, battery, brake pads, rotors, tires, shocks, struts, all fluids, belt, sensors, etc. Everything done right since new and before needed.. Very hard to find one not messed with and hacked up. All body panels have their original VIN stickers. 2 mature owners since new and been in CA and AZ since 2004 and used as a car for snowbirds since new, and only driven on nice days. 6800 miles per year on average!! Beyond finicky maintenance and toothbrush/q-tip detailing since new. Fully loaded with power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, heated power front and rear seats, real wood interior enhancements, turn by turn navigation, multi-disc cd changer, pretty much power everything. Most of these don't have the extra cost Alpine Sound system which sounds amazing with the better speakers, tweeters in the windshield pillars, and subwoofer in the package tray. No check engine lights, or any issues, of any kind. Original owners manuals, cases, and all handouts. No dents, dings, or scratches in the beautiful body. Washed weekly since new and waxed at least once per month when in use, even when driven little. Gorgeous Quartz Metallic Clearcoat paint which looks wet when dry. Look at all the reflections in the beautiful paint in the pictures below. Pride of ownership shows in every aspect of this immaculate, luxury sports car. It drives like a dream and gets 25+ MPG on the open roads with its powerful 370 HP 4.0 Supercharged DOHC V8 engine mated to a 5 speed automatic transmission with sport mode (made by Mercedes for the XJR'S) which transform this car into an animal. The XJR's didn't just have a supercharger added (same M112 supercharger as used on the Shelby GT500's) , they came with forged crankshaft, rods, pistons, stronger transmission, better suspension and brakes, and a host of other upgrades through out to separate them from the regular $63K new XJ8. This XJR was $77K new!! Pay a little more and get A LOT more with this cream puff, over the others out there where you are most likely buying someone else's problems, or getting a car from the rust belt. Don't buy a car with out underside pictures!!   This immaculate 2003 Jaguar XJR was leased new in PA by a retired car dealership owner and taken to NJ for the summer, then to his vacation home in Palm Desert, CA in 2004. He only drove it as a second car on nice days, never in foul weather (as evident by the immaculate underside) He did scuff the edge of the front bumper in parking lot in 2004, but it was touched up and very hard to see the scuff. He kept it until 2006 and then traded it in at a Lexus dealership where the second owner ( in his 70's) purchased it and has also babied it since keeping it in his vacation homes in Prescott AZ, and Indian Wells, CA. Never abused and all maintenance done before needed. No leaks, seaps, knocks, or odd noises of any kind. Interior honestly looks and smells like new! Seats periodically treated with leather conditioner. Exterior only hand washed and waxed. Smooth power, transmission shifts perfectly, no overheating even in 110+ degree heat!! Car needs nothing. Was $77K new in 2003. Paint is like glass. You will not find a nicer, immaculate, best year, no worry Jaguar XJR for this price!! I have seen each and every X308 that has been listed on Ebay in the past 3 years and few compare to this car, even ones that have sold for more. Nothing compares to this one in its price range and it is priced to sell immediately....don't wait or you will miss this cream puff and will never find another like it! I have owned several XJR's over the years and the 2003 is the best year to have as they have the best options, no problematic Nikasil cylinder liners, and much better timing chain tensioners that require no maintenance or replacement like the 98-02 models. Electrochromatic, self dimming mirror also is not discolored like most and works properly like everything else on the car. The 2003 also has better headliner material that does not sag with time and an upgraded cup holder that doesn't break every few months. I am both a PS and TRS on ebay, which less than 1% of seller are, and have a 100% positive feedback score, so have no worries. This XJR is priced for a quick sale to the discriminating enthusiast/collector that appreciates all the details, cleanliness, and correctness of a nice, solid, ready to go car with out the worries of the others out there. Great daily driver, or to use when you want to impress. Whisper quite, very spacious and comfortable and 0-60 in 4.9 seconds!! Many claim the 2003 X308 XJR's were one of the best, reliable, great looking of any late model Jaguars. Perfect advertising vehicle for your business too and can even be a tax write-off if used as such!! Stops very well with no pulls. Has 4 wheel power discs brakes with ABS. Does not get hot even idling in 110 degree heat for 25 minutes. Thermostat, water pump, serpentine belt, and hoses are recent, as are all fluids, filters, and alignment. Goes down the road straight as an arrow. It starts right up and sounds great! Engine oil, oil filter, and air filter are all new. Transmission fluid, rear end fluid, and power steering fluid are also all recent. Tires are all are around 60% and all matching Sumitomo ZR rated. Wheels are original and in great shape, even backsides of them have been periodically cleaned and waxed!! Many original marking on the immaculate underside, which has been detailed frequently since new. Look at the incredible original exhaust!! Clear signed MI title (was registered there, but never been there, remember, this was used as a snowbird car) for easy transfer. Registration is good until July, 2015. Car needs nothing at all. In my 20 years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer, well maintained, immaculate vehicle! I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that are 12 years old and still look and drive better than new. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Has a new upgraded real wood shift knob, and the good upgraded cup holder which will not break like the original older ones. Does not have the power steering moan like most have. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver, much more so than the newer ones, plus gets much better gas mileage and not all the extra sensors and issues of a now Indian made Jaguar. This car gets 25+ on the freeway with ease. I have driven it on 2 trips where it has got over 27 MPG on the freeway. It starts the first time, EVERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. No misses or hesitations. Original seat belts are excellent. Factory interior buttons look like new. None of the original silk screening has worn off anything inside. You simply can NOT find another like this!!! This is a one in a million Jaguar, hands down!   Underside, and engine box kept clean since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet is immaculate and original wool floor mats have been covered when driven. All original real burl wood is immaculate and not all broken and cracked like most. Seats look great too. No holes or unraveling anywhere an the original wool carpeting. Never been smoked in. Still has new car smell. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this XJR, hands down, better than I can. A/C is ice cold, and heat hot. A/C is colder than any car I have ever driven. Even on 110+ days here in Palm Springs, CA, after 5-6 minutes, I have to turn the A/C to a higher temperature, unlike all my other vehicles, which will not freeze you like this car! Everything on this amazing Jaguar works. No squeaks or rattles. All stainless steel looks great. Side moldings look like new with no bangs or chunks missing like most others.  Only thing that bothers me at all on this car is the original windshield has some minor pitting, only evident when driving  into the sun, and the minor scuff described earlier on the driver's side edge of the bumper, and a minor spot on the rear bumper both of which have been touched up with Jaguar Quartz touch up paint and hard to see unless I them out. Paint and body lines are absolutely beautiful.  Vehicle is available for inspection and can be shipped anywhere. Out of country buyers welcome too, if you arrange shipping. I can have the car delivered to the Long Beach Port, if need be at your expense.
