I bought this truck drove it straight to the body shop and had them replace the bad metal with new metal. That consisted of typical drivers floor and some of the bed. I replaced the shocks U joints, ball joints and bushings, wheel bearings, all of the brakes complete, cylinders shoes, hardware, brake lines, drums turned, and master cylinder. I also sent the transmission in to be rebuilt. I had the underside coated of the body and chassis and also a new exhaust. The engine has always been strong so I did not replace it. I have replaced the carburetor with a new one five years ago. The radiator, water pump, thermostat and housing and also the starter. The rubber and glass were replaced with new and new mirrors. I drove this truck as a truck. I hauled bikes and scratched up the bed typical truck. I recommend a new paint job. The bads are it has a hole in the metal on the drivers side where the door was shut and the seatbelt was caught in between [DAM SEAT BELTS] you can see it in the pics. The top of the cab is developing small surface rust. You can see in the other pics the tail gate was stolen, so there is no tailgate. Other than that this truck drives like new smooth and quiet. I also have a old after market A.C. unit that mounts under the dash and I never installed it. It also comes with pump and cooler.
