Here we have last model year Crown Vic with the desirable SAP package. This car was involved in a street flood in North Carolina and taken out of police service. No electronics were harmed and everything works 100 %. The carpet was removed and cleaned and that's it! The body is also very very clean with the exception of a hole in the roof and a dent next to it and two antenna plugs in the trunk. I just purchased four new Goodyear pursuit RSA's, 4 new OEM hub caps since the old ones were missing the blue oval emblems, and serviced the tranny.
