Up for sale is a 1969 F-100 Ford Truck. The truck is equipped with a 390 engine, automatic transmission, power steering, and manual drum brakes. The truck has plenty of good patina, and is very solid. There is one spot of rust through at the bottom of the driver side door, and some light surface rust, however, the truck is extremely solid as it lived most of its life in NC. There are a couple of oil leaks (I believe it's the intake and the valve covers), but the truck runs and drives great. The only reason I am selling is I don't have time to keep it up as I should, and I'm thinning my car collection. Please let me know if you'd like additional photos other than what is provided here. I will not ship the truck nor will I deliver. Buyer must come to me for delivery, and cash is the only acceptable form of payment. This is an original! I got this truck from the owner who bought it off the showroom floor...so yes that is the real legit mileage. It's a great truck. 3 on the tree transmission. Long bed. 56 F100 Good running daily driver. Mostly stock. Good body, bad paint. Floors are rusty but not rusted through, cab corners are solid, small rust thru spot in bottom of driver’s door. Decent Velour interior. Strong 292 Y block with big valve heads, headers, Pertronics points eliminator, chrome dress up parts, & new alternator. Suspension rebuilt with new spring bushings and pins. 9” rear end w/ 3.70 gears & OE 4 speed. (pretty good combo, good low end power & decent highway speed) New king pins. New power steering unit from Classic performance parts and new PS pump. Rebuilt brakes with new shoes, cylinders & drums turned in all 4 corners. New anti rattle kits in door windows. Good door seals. Good, clean wiring.Extra parts included in asking price as follows: New, in box: interior door handles, window cranks, Stainless bed strips, Oak bed wood (not in box, but never installed), Shield tail lights. Used, OE: rust free fenders & running boards (dented, need work, rear fender w/o spare tire cutout), nice tail gate, another long bed with fenders, inner fenders, rear bumper, short frame and short box, boxes of misc. parts including high ratio rockers. 2 cabs, a ’56 and a ’53-’55. Both rough, but have usable parts (or use for extended cab?) Drive train parts; truck 3 speed w/ OD, including clutch pack and bellhousing, car 3 speed w/ OD (top loader), NEW, Zero Mile 292. This was a factory short block, not a reman. Complete, running motor with big valve heads, Holley 2 barrel, silicone wires and chrome valve covers. I am the second owner of this totally original Survivor. This truck was purchased new on March 25th, 1969 from Rogers Ford Sales of Midland, TX by the original owner who lived in Odessa, TX. When I purchased the truck 2 1/3 years ago the dealer stated the following: the truck had spent it's entire life in north TX and was used primarily to travel to/from Ft Worth, TX; when the owner died his wife properly stored the truck in a climate controlled garage for 25 years; there was no accident history; it has all of the original paint, interior, power-train and even the original spare tire. Also based upon the dealer's research he determined that this color code (D) was very rare and was only used for a short period of time by Ford. The truck has a 3 speed manual transmission, 360 cu in V8, with A/C and the Ranger/Explorer package and a Ford dealer installed second gas tank under the drivers side truck bed. Prior to my purchase the dealer performed a complete inspection which included needed repairs for safety and functionality along with fluid changes. I had the truck shipped to PA in an enclosed trailer and it has been stored in my garage ever since except for brief periods of use. The truck starts and drives with no issues. I have not replaced the tires which were on the truck during the years in storage. When I purchased the truck it had 87,769 miles which the dealer stated was 100% original. You are viewing my 1966 Ford F100 long bed with a frame off restoration. It was built with as many modern conveniences as possible to make it a pleasure to drive, not to just sit in the garage except for show weekends. All lights, gauges and etc work properly. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Powertrain: * Chevrolet 350 v8* F.A.S.T. fuel injection with hand held tuner for you to easily make adjustments yourself as you wish. This system looks like and traditional carburetor, but offers the convenience and economy of EFI.* Edelbroc intake* Turbo 400 automatic transmission* Approximately 1,900 miles on the whole powertrain* Spal 17" fan Chassis: * Complete frame off build* Camaro front clip* stock frame under cab* custom boxed frame under bed* hidden receiver hitch behind license plate* hidden locking storage compartment under bed* fuel tank relocated to bed of truck Body: * rust free* louvered hood (Austin Speed Shop)* shaved door handles with door popper (Murpho's)* Vanilla Shake base paint* satin black scallops outlined in red* traditional pinstriping on hood, cab and tailgate* red metal flake over black roof cap* red metal flake over black wheels* There is a dent on the bottom of the passenger side tail pan (see pics). The truck used to be much lower and it drug there once. Stereo: * Custom Auto Sound head unit. There is a small control panel hidden in the glove box, plus a wireless remote control. Selling my 1969 Ford F-100 XLT Ranger Long Bed. Ford 390 V8, C6 transmission, power steering, power brakes. 101k miles and going up. I Drive this truck over 100 miles a days and it has never let me down, it just performs. Farm truck from Colorado. Only rust on the truck are the front fenders (See pictures) other than that its solid. Work done to it in the last 8 months: All new BF Goodrich all terrain tires, 2 new rims mounted and balanced, Batery, radiator, thermostat, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, water pump, fuel pump, Edelbrock Performer intake, Edelbrock 750cfm 4 barrel carburetor and air cleaner.
