Beautiful Original 1970 Ford F-100 Sport Custom Pickup, 87k miles, Original 302 V8 w/ Autolite 2V carburetor, C4 3-spd Automatic, and 3.25 ratio differential. Excellent condition! This truck has been the recipient of a recent comprehensive mechanical freshening and upgrading. Every mechanical system has been gone through, and either rebuilt or replaced in an effort to make the truck 100% reliable and operational. Cosmetically this truck is in amazing original “Survivor” condition. The paint is all original, with the exception of the hood and front fenders and in very good condition. The entire body and floorboards are 100% rust free, and perfectly solid. Front fenders are corrosion free and solid, as is the entire truck. The interior is completely original and excellent, including seats, floor covering, headliner, and door panels. The original build sheet was found behind the seat, and is included in the sale. The original Firestone “Champion Deluxe” spare tire still hangs timelessly in the original location, appearing to have never been on the ground. Amazing! Here is how the VIN Decodes: 1970 Ford F100 VIN - F10GCJ32330 F10 = F100 2wd (Series) G = 302 cid, 8cyl (205hp Engine) C = Ontario Canada (Assembly plant) J = June 1970 (Production date) 32330 = Consecutive unit number (2331st unit made in June) 131 = 131” (Wheelbase, Long) P2 = Boxwood Green exterior w/ Prairie Yellow Roof (Color,Tu-tone) F103 = 4500lbs GVWR (Model) F 4 = Sport Custom, Lt Green/Med Green Vinyl (Trim), Styleside Pickup (Body Style) G = Automatic (Transmission) 17 = 3.25 ratio (Axle) 04500 = Max GVW (LBS) 148 = Certified Net H.P. 4000 = RPM 21 = Atlanta (District) This F-100 was sold new at Guthrie Malone Ford in Boaz, AL. It has remained in Boaz, AL for the last 46 years. It still has the dealer installed steel rear bumper with the dealer’s name and city engraved on the face. It was traded in at what became Alexander Ford in Boaz, AL, and then was purchased by a gentleman who lived in nearby Albertville, AL. It wears an Alexander Ford decal on the tailgate, which is still in place. It was purchased earlier this year by the current owner from the owner in Albertville, AL. Since then every system has been gone through in an effort to make the truck 100% reliable. It has been a fun and rewarding project on a very deserving vintage Ford truck. Here is a list of service items and maintenance performed on this F-100 in the last 10 months: Fuel System · Fuel tank removed, submerged in chemical vat for cleaning, washed out, exterior repainted, and tank reinstalled with new fuel sending unit. · New Correct Fuel Pump w/Canister filter. · New rubber fuel lines throughout using ethanol proof rubber. · New tank to filler neck rubber fuel hose. New Gas cap. · Cleaned and re-built original Autolite 2100 carburetor. Cooling System · New aluminum Flow Kooler precision water pump. · New aluminum OE replacement Champion radiator. · New aluminum thermostat housing w/165 degree stat. · New upper and lower radiator hoses · New bypass hose and heater hoses, clamps, and t-fittings. · New heater control valve · New water temp sensor Electrical System · Original alternator rebuilt by Southern Armature. · Original starter rebuilt by Southern Armature. · New Voltage Regulator · New HD solenoid to starter cable made my SA. · New engine to firewall ground cable made by SA. · New headlight switch · New headlights · Instruments refurbished with new bulbs, NOS printed circuit board, new gauge cluster voltage regulator, replacement temp gauge, and a new bezel. Braking System · New Master cylinder · New front disc brake conversion including new rotors, calipers, pads, rubber brake lines, and CNC yellow zinc plated brackets. · New rear wheel cylinders. · Wheel bearings re-packed with L-M moly grease · Rear shoes inspected and adjusted. · Complete system flushed and bled with synthetic Dot ¾. Engine · Change oil and filter, 10-40w Valvolive, Purolator filter, Zinc add · Replace Valve cover gaskets · Replace air cleaner base gasket and lid gasket. · Replace air filter · Adjust Carburetor · Replace and set points · Adjust ignition timing · New fan belt In addition to the mechanical freshening, other small things have been done like replacing all the hardware on the mirrors with stainless steel hardware, greasing all the front suspension points with L-M moly grease, stripping and repainting the valve covers, air cleaner assembly, 4 blade fan, and fan pulley. A new Optima battery (red top) has been installed, and a new correct reproduction battery hold down added. This F-100 wears it’s original intake manifold, original carburetor, original choke assembly, original coil, original points distributor, original exhaust manifolds, original 2-1 exhaust mid section, and single muffler exhaust system. Everything is functional and working correctly. The body fit is excellent, and the doors open and close beautifully, as do the hood, and tailgate. It has all the original glass with the exception of the windshield which has recently been replaced along with the seal. The side windows roll up and down easily and smoothly, and the door locks works smoothly with a solid feel. This truck starts easily cold or hot, idles smoothly and accelerates briskly. The carburetor and factory choke are adjusted correctly and they work perfectly, even in cold temperatures. The transmission is original, and shifts smoothly and quietly. The entire truck drives amazingly well with good straight line tracking, strong braking, strong driveline, and solid construction. It handles and rides very well being just 4500 GVW, and wearing radial tires. The Twin I-Beam front suspension really works well, and as Ford advertised “Works like a Truck, but rides like a Car”. The 3.25 ratio rear axle allows easy 70-80 mph freeway speeds. Throughout the entire process, every effort was made to preserve and maintain the originality of this amazing truck using correct original replacement parts or NOS parts. The upgrades to the cooling system and brakes were essential for safer driving. Sale includes most all the original parts that were removed. Needless to say this F-100 gets attention and compliments regularly, but nobody can believe it’s still a mostly original un-restored truck. As they say “it’s only original once”. Some may be tempted to do a full restoration, as it would be relatively easy, but the preservation route was the direction chosen. With proper care this truck can “Survive” another 46 years. Feel free to contact seller with any questions.

This is a really nice 1955 F100 pickup. It has no rust that I know of anywhere on the body. It does have a few chips on the paint from driving it. I just converted it over to EFI by Fast. It is a throttle body fuel injection system. I also just installed vintage AC I'm actually still in the process of hooking up the compressor lines. It has a stock 351 Windsor with a serpentine belt system on it so, I had to put a factory ford AC compressor on it. When I done that the lines that came with the vintage air wouldn't work so I'm having some made. Other than that the AC unit is installed and the heater works. I should have this resolved by the weekend. It has all new interior which is done in black leather. It has a new chrome steering column and billet steering wheel. It has all new pedals installed that are billet to match. It has dyno mat installed in the entire cab. I also installed a vintage Bluetooth radio in dash. It looks like it was installed in 1955 not some new crap just throwed in there. I have new wheels and tires that I am going to put on. They are the same that's on it just chrome. The dummy who had it before me put to wide of a tire on the back and they scrub the inside fender on the rear. They should be here before the end of the week. I'll post more pics later this week. It sits on what looks like the original chassis and has had a Plymouth Volare front end installed which give it independent front suspension and disc brakes. I just put new shocks on the front and the rear look pretty new. I just installed a new gas tank and an in tank fuel pump system by Aeromotive Engineering for the EFI. It also has a Ford C6 automatic transmission. I also just put a new radiator with electronic fan. I also replaced the timing chain and the water pump. All new fluids. I also has all new glass. I'm probably missing something but I think I've told you everything I know. I purchased this truck myself about 5 months ago and been working to make it better for someone else is the reason for selling. SERIOUS ENQUIRERS ONLY and No sales outside the US. Sold as is!! I purchased this truck in September 2014 from the grand-daughter of the original owner. It was her daily driver and it had been in her family since it was new. I've had it in storage since I purchased it. I crank the engine every couple of months. It runs unbelievably smoothly. I don't want to sell it, but I need to pay some bills. I had planned to turn it into a hot rod truck like the F100's that they like to build on the Fast 'N Loud TV show (Gas Monkey Garage). I already have the modern suspension conversion components from a 2003 Crown Victoria that I planned to use on it. If anyone is interested in those parts (independent front suspension with double wishbone control arms, coilover shocks/springs, power steering rack, modern disc brakes, spindles, hubs, brake master cylinder with power booster, and live rear axle with disc brakes), I'll be happy to list them in a separate auction. This truck has a few bumps and bruises from being driven for over forty years, but it can be returned to daily driver status with very little work. Or it would be a good candidate for a hot rod with a bit of paint and body work. A title is not required in my state (Alabama) for vehicles over 35 years. I purchased it with a Bill of Sale only. I am selling it with a Bill of Sale. And if it would be helpful to any buyer to have a current Alabama registration, I'm happy to get one if the buyer pays the registration fees (typically less than $75). Defects described from other section: This is an old truck with plenty of the issues that would be expected from a regularly used, non-restored truck. The miles shown on the odometer surely can't be accurate--I suspect you need to add 100K to what is shown. The transmission shifter linkage on the column is wonky (can be put into gear from under the hood). Significant rust on driver side lower edge of hood and in parts of the bed--solid body otherwise. Minor dents on passenger rear of bed. Crack in windshield. Paint job is poor home-made effort. I was told that the engine was not original. It was replaced with a used one (same type as the original) three years ago. There is no battery in it and the solenoid is broken. I'm happy to crank the engine for any buyer by loaning a battery and bypassing the solenoid. It is technically driveable, but I'd recommend trailering to it's new home.

We're the second owners - bought her from a farm in south Alabama. Makes a great daily driver and can be turned into a beautiful collectible. Straight six engine = unbeatable. Was a 3 on the tree but we had the shifter moved to the floor. New water and fuel pumps put in this summer, as well as new front brakes. Will need a carb adjustment and rear brakes. Good tires. We're selling because we have two small children and need a vehicle that can accommodate the whole family.

*** You need to check with your state's DMV and make sure you can obtain a title for this vehicle PRIOR to placing a bid. Alabama law does not require titles for vehicles 35+ years old therefore it does not have a title and will only come with a bill of sale. *** *** There is a slideshow with more detailed pics at the bottom of the auction. *** 1965 Ford F-100. Truck was originally Caribbean Turquoise with Green interior and a 240ci 6cyl automatic. It now has a 289 V8 that has not run in a few years. It does turn over by hand but the radiator is missing. It also has a Ford 9" rear end. It won't take much to get it running and driving. The body on the truck is pretty straight. Its been spray painted in satin beige and tan by the previous owner. The bed looks like its had a repair done in passenger side of it that will need to be addressed (see pics). Other than that I can't see any other obvious issues. The cab rockers and corners look solid with no issues. The bed floor has sheet metal put in it in the front and it appears rusted pretty bad up there from the bottom so it will need to be replaced. The floor of the cab looks good but there might be some minor rust under the rubber mat when you pull it out. Feels solid from the top. The only other issue is rust in the inner fenders by the firewall (see pics). Other than that its a pretty clean truck. The seat needs recovering. The gas tank doesn't smell inside the cab so I think its probably rust free. It shouldn't take much to get this truck up and going. I found some leftover new brake drum hardware sitting in it so it might even have had a recent brake job done on it. The truck will come with the taillight hardware, the 4 hub caps, a starter, and what appears to be the original license plate from 1965 (see pics). I have included pics of other 1965 Ford F-100s in Caribbean Turquoise to show what this truck could be. Pretty sharp!!! DECODING: VIN: F10JL665270 = F-100 2WD 240ci 6cyl Mich.
