Only 16,400 miles! Drives like it was new. The Mark Cross interior is impeccable and very clean with no rips, tears, or stains in the upholstery. It is equipped with leather seats, power windows, locks, and mirrors, cruise control, cassette player, and more. Everything works including the air conditioner. The body is in excellent condition with no noticeable dents or scratches. The powered convertible top works smoothly and is in excellent condition. The rear window is clear. This car has spent most of its life in California and has not been driven in the winter. The undercarriage is also very solid with some surface rust in areas but no rust in the floors. Please see pictures. This LeBaron is powered by the 2.6L Mitsubishi engine. Almost all of the car is original. The tires were replaced due to age. And there has been some paint work done on both sides of the car to repair scratches. Clean Carfax. Fully inspected and serviced. Very few nice examples of these Special Edition LeBarons are left. I have had this convertible for about 1 1/2 years and have done very little with the exception of new tires, and repairing some leaks like cam seals and valve cover gasket. The turbo works very well , spools up and makes the Turbo whine. The wire caps need cleaned and the brakes are all about 75%, the car has zero rust with the exception of where the pictures show, nothing is through and won't be through with a grinder. Under the hood I put in new plugs and pressure cleaned. The car came out of N.C. and is a one family owned vehicle (grandmother and granddaughter before I purchased the car.I have the original window sticker and a convertible boot or parade boot. I was just going to clean it up and drive but have bought another convertible so this must go before I have to store for winter. Its not a perfect 1986 Mark Cross but it's not $14000 either. All the windows work as they should the top goes down real easy but needs help goingnback up,(maybe low on fluid) The top is in excellent condition as well as the boot.
