I bought this car in 1991 and since then this car was never driven during the winter or in the rain. I am a 69 year old retired auto tech and it's time to let it go. Car has ben taken well care of even a new windshield. Front seats have ben changed taken out of a coupe same year- I didn't like getting burnt with leather other than that interior is correct. This car preforms like new with NO issues. Motor and transmission have less than 60K on them. (RARE) Only a little over 3 thousand were produced in 82 this car over time will only gain value. This is a 1 owner original 1986 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible with low mileage and always garaged. The odometer is correct just 37,272 miles. It is black with burgundy interior, original wheels, (I believe tires), same top, glass, engine, transmission and same body with no damage. it was driven in the 1980's and early 1990's regularly and sporadically from the mid 1990's to very early 2000's. It has many new service/ parts records including battery, tune up and mechanical parts which can be furnished by request. The interior is in excellent condition, back seat not used much. The car was never in snow and was garaged during the winter months.It has the turbo 4 cylinder engine. Added features include a full continental kit ordered in Canada when car was new, customized snap on boot and car cover.I am selling this car for my Mother. It will need some brake work and some other mechanical, cosmetic work but is good to go on the street now.
