1968 Chevy Impala Custom Coupe, Yellow on black interior, New vinyl top, A/C the first year with air-condition was installed by manufacture(A/C not working) 20" Boss Wheels &Tires, Low rider ( each tire has individual air bags), No rust, California car with black plates, pop up door( No door handle), DVD, 2 Rear seat 7" monitors& much more, New tires, New brake rotors, brake Calipers, brake pads, Runs great, needs some TLC, great collectable. The clear code on some portion of the paint on the hood is wearing off hard to see in the pictures, interior is in very nice condition, no tear or rip, engine and transmission very strong, runs great. I will pay to ship the car to the winner of this auction. $500 deposit due 3 days upon auction closing, full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing.

NorCal Motor Cars proudly presents this original 1971 Chevrolet Impala Custom Coupe. This Impala sports a powerful 400 ci V8 and runs and drives excellent. This particular Impala was to be the owner's personal car and he currently has it titled in his own name. He has decided that it is time for this untouched Impala to find a new home and an owner that will take it to the next level. Rare original 1971 Impala Custom Coupe. Mechanically sound. Needs minor cosmetics to be excellent. The car does have two small dents on the rear, shown in pictures, as well as some minor scratches that can be expected on a 44 year old car that has been driven regularly. The seat have been redone, but the car could use new carpets, headliner, and the dash does have some cracking. Nice aftermarket stereo with CD changer. This was to be my personal car, but life happens and would like to sell as I will never be able to return it to it's former glory. This car has never been cut up and has been a San Francisco Bay Area car since new, according to the former owner. This car has it's original blue plates from 1971 that come with it as well. I recently took the Impala on a 300 mile round trip and it cruises at 75 mph with ease. I would not hesitate to drive this across country. The only issue is that the A/C does not blow cold. A high-performance big block V8 was still available in the form of the Turbo-Jet 454, which produced 365 hp in 1971, but power decreased as the years went along. The 1971 redesigned B-body would be the largest car ever offered by Chevrolet. The hardtop Sport Coupe continued to be offered; it was a smoothly sloped semi-fastback reminiscent of the 1961 "bubbletop" styling. A three-speed manual transmission remained standard at the beginning of the year, but in the spring of 1971 all V8-equipped full-size GM cars got Turbo Hydra-Matic as standard equipment. Interestingly, Powerglide remained optionally available for six-cylinder cars until the 1973 models. Few dents nothing specific, In really good condition, Never had a accident with the car. Its old lifestyle was just sitting in the garage waiting for buyer.
