1963 CORVETTE ROADSTER RESTO MOD Vintage Autohaus & Imports is proud to present this 63 Roadster Resto-Mod. This Vette has gone through an extensive no expense spared Body Off restoration with pictures included. The body started out accident free with all bonding strips intact. It was completely stripped down and painted in a 2 stage deep Black with Red accents. The powertrain was then put together with a fresh built 468ci 450 plus hp Big Block mated to a Camaro 6 speed transmission. The previous owner had the car for the last 9 years in Arizona. He had the suspension upgraded to a performance package with the composite rear mono spring done at Corvette Restoration in Tempe AZ receipts included. All bushings were replaced to make for a smooth and comfortable drive. Great attention was given to the drivability of the car with a Be Cool radiator and HEI ignition system. The car is equipped with power steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes, vintage heat and air, and serpentine belt system. The interior is plush with factory styled leather and a new convertible soft top. Optioned with custom Autometer gauges, tilt steering column with LeCarra chrome steering wheel, power folding headlamps, and Retro Sound AM-FM stereo with ipod and iphone capabilities, Bluetooth for hands free calling, MP3 and WMA USB ports. The car rides on 17 inch polished wheels with 245/45ZR17 Goodyear tires. We here at Vintage have done a thorough inspect to determine all is in working condition. Clean title! Runs like a dream! The last of the coupes with the straight up and down back window....and yes. That's a wooden steering wheel!Vacuum-operated headlights are fully functional. Transmission was rebuilt a few months ago. Engine purrs like a kitten...well, a kitten with an attitude. Awesome low rumble at the stop lights and springs to life with a satisfying roar with a push of the throttle. Has a functioning factory alarm and an aftermarket one with remote that I put in before I fixed the factory alarm.The T-tops are sweet for an afternoon cruise. Comes complete with a Sony Bluetooth head unit that supports Pandora, Pioneer speakers all around and a 10" Kicker sub with 1000 watt amp for more bump than you can handle (considering your head is just inches from the sub enclosure).The interior needs some love but it's completely ready to cruise this summer and you can have the interior rockin' for a fairly reasonable price or do it yourself over a weekend as a project. I just never got around to it because it didn't bother me. I believe it has all the components of the AC but I didn't bother getting it serviced because, well....t-tops...haha.This thing turns heads everywhere it goes and has even won some awards. It will come with a few spare parts and, if you're interested, a set of tools.Don't let this summer pass you by without enjoying some of this cruising weather in this EPIC Corvette.
