Car was owned by a Little old lady by the name of Doris who purchased it new. She didn't like the Z stripes so had them removed. In 1987 the car had 26261 Miles and in 1991 it showed 26700 showing how little it was driven yearly. She stopped driving the car in 1992. Car has sat in her carport covered ever since. INTERIOR Minor problems with interior are... Headliner is starting to come down (I think that it can be saved and wont have to be replaced) Door panels have 3 small screws added at the bottom to hold them flat to the door. 1 plastic loop that holds the shoulder harness belt on 1 seat is broken Dash looks fantastic. Excellent color and detail. Gauge faces are bright, not faded and all lights work as good as they did in 1974. Seat cloth is nothing short of amazing. No rips tears or wear. Carpet is excellent. Buzzer still works when the key is inserted and the reverse lockout is intact and works perfectly. Never smoked in (ashtray looks like new) Weatherstripping is not cracked or dried out. Doors shut beautifully as the hinges are solid and both rollers excellent. BODY There are a few small dings and small dents but nothing major. (please see pictures) Car has 1 spot of rust where a mud flap screw was installed but otherwise she is rust free. (amazing for a Colorado car). Undercoating is mostly all intact with the exception of under the battery area but even that is very solid. Trunk looks fantastic. She still has the original bumper jack and wide oval spare (used) PAINT Paint is a 7+ out of 10 in my opinion. There are some typical chips and scratches that you might find on a car this old but it still looks great as you can see. There is some overspray on the windshield wipers. It is possible that the paint was touched up but I don't think it has ever had a complete repaint. Looking it over I dont believe it has ever been in a serious accident. No obvious signs of bondo or serious work being done. ORGINALITY This is a numbers matching original engine, not a replacement. Some of the parts I can confirm that are original to the car are.. Engine Transmission Rear end Carburetor Alternator Distributor Starter Just to name a few. Car still has the original spiral shocks Posi Tag Original rear drums with the factory CM stickers intact. DRIVE-ABILITY She drives amazing, Like going back in time to 1974. The steering is tight and straight. Shifter is tight. Clutch feels great (no chatter) Motor sound great and pulls nicely without smoke or issues. Choke still works great. Really amazing. I had the AC checked and charged and it blows cold. All functions work on this car including the AM radio. Note that the original gas tank and radiator are not in the car but I have them both. Radiator looks like it only needs 1 neck repaired. I'm not sure why the tank was removed as it is clean inside. There are no dents and it still has the original undercoating. Note, I am not the original owner. (please call me for more info). Title is in the original owners name and is a duplicate (she lost the original). Just put on a set of new tires in the original size. I think this Z28 should be preserved in a Camaro enthusiasts collection. I have many more Photos so please just ask. I bought this car used in July of 2014. Tags have not been renewed since. We fixed the head gasket last year June 2016 after it blew and have the receipt. The car does run but, unfortunately, one of the hoses either the radiator hose or heater hose is blowing steam which causes overheating after a few miles. The battery is brand new, wheels are new. new spark plugs, thermostat, radiator cap are all new and although, not new we have replaced radiator and cooling fan. I also tinted the windows at 5% back window, 15% passenger side window, 20% driver side window. I put a lot of money on this car and would love to fix it up more but, no longer have much time to spare.

This all numbers matching Z28 COPO has been certified by Jerry MacNeish as one of less than 8 known to exist with all original build sheet to prove authenticity (see pics below). Many claim to have the rare COPO 9796 option but without original buildsheet or window sticker (as seen here) it's simply hearsay. This Z28 COPO Special Race Spoiler package for the 1970 Camaro was designed to allow Chevrolet to continue to dominate the SCCA Trans-Am Race Series. After testing the standard issue D80 short spoiler showed significant lift at speeds in excess of 120MPH. The new COPO 9796 high spoiler helped down force at higher speeds and was a significant improvement in the areas of stability and cornering traction in SCCA Trans-Am racing series. In order to comply with SCCA race rules, a limited number of these cars were built in late April 1970, and starting in June, also included the front spoiler as part of this package. As shown on the buildsheet and documented by MacNeish, this car was built in late June of 1970. This example originally finished in Mulsanne Blue, with the optional deluxe blue interior. This COPO Z also retains its original "born with" LT1, TH400 automatic transmission and 3.73 posi rear. We refurbished the wheels and added the original bias-ply F-60 Firestone wide ovals. This is a rust free car with all original sheet metal still on the car. The engine has never been out of the car and since she runs amazing as is, we've opted to keep much of the engine bay original at this time, though as you can see in the pictures, is very presentable as is. This past summer, we were pleased to have her accepted to the prestigious Hillsborough Concours D'elegance where the COPO Z placed 3rd in class! (5 point deduction for no fire extinguisher in car, otherwise we would've placed 2nd or perhaps 1st!) Factory leather steering wheel re-wrapped in new, factory spec leather. Black metal powder coated. Brand new tires (when I took ownership of car, it was still rolling on same set of Eagle GT’s it rolled out of factory with). New headliner. Factory t top glass in great condition. No cracking or imperfections. Glass is crisp and clear. 4 speed manual transmission. 1 of the few manufactured with disc brakes. All original parts. Original paint in great condition. A/C blows cold. 100% everything works properly, as it should. All electrical/mechanical systems gone through during restoration. $30,000.00. Yes, lets be honest. This is a 1969 Z/28 that has been in storage for awhile and has not been driven. The DZ302 engine is original and date coded to the car but the VIN stamped on the pad is a couple of weeks earlier than when this car was built. It has the early trim tag that has never been off of the car. The VIN tag on the dash and the hidden VIN stamp on the cowl look original from the factory and do not appear to have been tampered with. It has all the Z/28 indicators from the single 3/8" fuel line, 4-leaf rear springs, extra support plate for the muffler, original BU code 12-bolt posi rear end, power front disc brakes, deluxe rear bumper guards and a date coded replacement 660 case Muncie transmission. In addition the car has AM/FM radio with factory speakers in the kick panels and power steering. The car was repainted in the original color Fathom green and I think much of the dark green standard interior is still original and in very good condition. The paint and body work are nice but not perfect with a small scrape on the right quarter panel from somebody backing the car out of a garage (you can see the scrape on the picture of the car on the lift). I recommend having the car inspected because it is being sold "as is" with no promises or guarantees .

2001 Chevy Camaro convertible with 84,000 original miles. Great looking, great running car. Brand new top. Clean title. My grandmother bought it new and sold it to me a few years ago. I don't want to sell it, because it's so fun and all payed for. However, my wife and I have a baby and a baby car seat won't fit in it. There are two things that need attention: The passenger side window motor should be replaced, as it is very slow. Also, the front seats have cracks in them due to age and use. Other than that, it's great. I will miss it, but parental duty calls.
