1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Rally Sport, Pro-Built 355/720hp Blown Chevy with a 300 shot of NOS. The suspension has been set up correctly with Competition Engineering Solid Body Bushings, Frame Connectors, Lakewood Traction Bars with "J" Bolts, Heavy Duty Rear Sway Bar, Air Shocks and P275/60/15 Mickey Thompson ET Street Drag Radials. It was lowered correctly in the front with Eibach Pro Springs, and has SBC Quick Change Billet Aluminum Calipers with Drilled and Slotted Rotors. The front wheels are M/T Pro-5 15x3.5 with Mickey Thompson S/R Radials 26x6.00x15 and the rear wheels are Mickey Thompson Pro-5 15x8, it rides great and the tires fit beautiful under the fenders with no issues. It feels great out of the hole when you roll on the gas it stays hooked up and just goes!! I never pulled a hole shot but it feels like it could lift the wheels... It has a factory 10 Bolt Rear with 3:70's gear's which are perfect for this car as it can still be driven on the highway. The transmission is a Borg Warner T-10 and shifts awesome through the Hurst Short Throw Shifter. The body on this car is Laser Strait and was painted a little over a year ago and is Mint with no flaws, scratches, dents or rust... the car was originally Orange and has been painted a Dark Red Pearl with White Stripes, the interior was brown and that was changed out to a 1970 1/2 low headrest Mint Black Interior and it looks Awesome. All the chrome and glass look great, the doors, trunk and hood all open and close correctly and feel tight and line up as they should. Power Steering and Power Brakes, Rally Mirrors with Driver Side Remote. The car has its Factory Dash with the Gauge Package, I installed a Autometer Tach with a Shift Light on the column, and it has Autometer Mechanical Gauges mounted in the Factory Center Console for Temp, Boost and Oil Pressure. It has a JVC CD sound system with power amp mounted under the passenger seat with 6x9 Infinity Speakers in the rear. It has a new Red Top Optima Battery with a trick Carbon Fiber Cover. I bought this car in 2007 out west and finally got it road ready last year. This is a great looking car that runs, drives smooth, and sounds amazing. The car has been sitting for a little while and needs a new home, and I am looking to finish another project that I have sitting in my garage. Minor defects that need a little attention: the transmission needs a new main seal at some point because it is producing a small leak--nothing a drip pan can't solve; the air conditioning hasn’t been set up yet but the original components are in the car; the exhaust manifold seals need to be redone at some point—all routine maintenance. Other than that the car is in great shape.
