All of these are huge investment independently that come together to create a coupe that will stay in everyone's mind whether it's on the car show lawn or tearing up the streets. Usually seeing a split-bumper bad boy Z28 Camaro is enough to get your heart racing, but on this one, it's just a little bonus. You've never seen a custom air brushed graphics kit on a car like this before, and no one you pass will ever see one like this again. It takes an amazing imagination to turn this coupe into a mural of riveted steel with a midnight thunderstorm trying to bust through. People will flock to see the jagged appearance of the graphics and then be amazed as they come closer to see it hidden beneath all that butter-smooth clearcoat. The paintwork is the key to an aggressive package that's reinforced by the Weld Pro-Star wheels staggered for a racer's stance, duck tail rear spoiler, and of course, the massive air scoop on the hood. This outrageously wild child of a Camaro has a surprisingly inviting interior. There was money recently invested in keeping it pleasant with items like a new dash pad and new covers for the re-foamed bucket seats. You get a grippy three-spoke Grant flame steering wheel, and beyond that is a full set of digital gauges glowing an aggressive red. Your right hand will split its time between resting on the B&M line lock performance shifter and changing the channels on the full Sony AM/FM/CD/DVD/XM radio. That last part is connected to a full sound system that includes a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer in the trunk. While the stereo is amazing, you might have noticed this one has custom set of T-tops built into the body (the factory didn't offer these until years later.) We think this was added because nothing is more hypnotic than the roar coming from the exhaust. After one look at the giant hood scoop we're surprised you didn't skip ahead to read more about the motor. Who could blame you for wanting to get a look at that amazing 383 stroker V8 that has less than 3,700 miles on it since over $12,000 was invested on a full custom build. The tidy engine bay is now packed with performance parts such as an Eagle 4340 forged stroker crank on a four-bolt main, Eagle H Beam rods, J&E Forged Nitrous pistons (rated at 10.5:1 compression for running on pump gas), AFR aluminum heads, Comp Cams roller camshaft, Edelbrock Endurashine RPM intake, Holley HP 950 CFM four-barrel carburetor, high volume fuel pump, electric fan, and full MSD ignition kit. There's a ton more upgrades to list, but we simply don't have the space to do it. Just know that the full package exhales powerfully through Hooker Super Competition ceramic headers on its way to the Flowmaster dual exhaust with performance H-pipe construction. It has been dynoed at 523 horsepower at the rear wheels, and when the 250 nitrous shot is engaged, it puts down 742 hp to the road. That could be a power overload to the drivetrain if it was not reinforced with a GM TH350 three-speed automatic that has been built with all billet internals and a 4,000 RPM stall converter. There's also adjustable traction bars to keep those massive 255/70R15 rear tires planted. Keeping all this power harnessed is well in hand thanks to power steering and front disc brakes. This is an amazing build that's made to go fast and to look fierce doing it. It's the one-of-a-kind Camaro you can't forget, and so it will haunt you if you miss out. But all you really need to know right now is this is a pristine drop top with serious V8 power, only 56K original miles, and it's available at exceptional value price. 1996 is the first year for the return of the iconic Super Sport name to the Camaro. There's no mistaking this package for lesser cars with its massive hood scoop force feeding the LT1 underneath. Just as Hugger Orange was a legendary color for first-generation Camaros, these fourth gen cars are best viewed in Dark Purple Metallic. It's almost like the Chevy development team asked, "How much deeper and meaner can we get than just red?" And when the factory paint is this well preserved, you have the perfect setup for a survivor classic in the making. In fact, the overall condition of the body tells you that this car has been expertly maintained for the last two decades. Correct SS badges on the front fenders and rear bumper help identify what was ultimately a very sophisticated package. There's also a large integrated wing out back and wide flat factory dual exhaust pipes. Even if you do decide to keep this pristine Camaro for an investment, the power convertible top will probably lure you out for plenty of starry night cruises. GM called the tan leather "natural" when it was built, and it naturally remains well preserved in this collector SS. The supportive bucket seats are both grippy in the corners and comfortable for all-day drives. Carpets, door panels, and the dash are immaculate, and the back seats appear to have never been used. It's the factory fresh condition that tells you this Camaro was someone's baby and not a commuter machine left out in the sun. All SS Camaros came only one way, loaded. That means power windows, power locks, keyless entry, dual airbags, cruise control, tilt wheel, AM/FM/CD stereo, and power seats. This is an ice cold air conditioning car, so that means you can keep the top down all through the summer season. Just in case you ever tired of telling people how special this car is, there's a numbered badge on the center console that you can point to for a subtle cool reference. A modern classic means modern fuel-injected power. This is the top-of-the-line 350 cubic-inch V8 that was shared with the contemporary Corvette. The LT1 engine was upgraded in the SS package to make 305 hp, and when you pop the hood, you'll see that this monster motor has been treated to meticulous maintenance. This proves that despite averaging about 2,800 miles per year, the previous owners didn't just simply park this one and wait for it to appreciate. More advantages of a modern classic include the convenience of a four-speed automatic, which provides enough gears to be quick off the line as well as cruise comfortably on the highway. Plus, this Z/28 SS has the benefit of four-wheel disc brakes, upgraded sports suspension, ABS, and grippy Nexen N7000 performance tires on 17-inch SP alloy wheels. This offers value and fun with an iconic Chevy name attached. It's a meticulously maintained, high horsepower future classic that's being offered for the price on an economy hatchback. This kind of irresistible packaging won't last long in our showroom. So it's going to be really hard to look at everything this 1972 Chevrolet Camaro has to offer and not fall in love. You're looking at the product of a complete two-year restoration. This means the bright yellow paint gives one heck of a shine when you park it at the car shows. Why are we immediately taking about car shows? Because everyone loves to see a split-bumper Camaro so you'll definitely be invited to plenty with this one. From the deep chin spoiler up front to the rear ducktail spoiler, the car looks fast from any angle and you simply can't go wrong with black SS stripes. The bodywork is super straight, the crease running along the side is sharp enough to give you a paper cut, and the stripes are crisply outlined against that vivid yellow paint. Open and close the doors and you'll find that they move better than even when new, which is remarkable given the size of these pieces of Detroit metal. GM designers nailed it with the second-generation Camaro's interior, which was definitely more driver-oriented than the early cars. With black buckets, matching carpets, and a set of very nice door panels, this Camaro has a very cohesive look that is inviting as well as functional. The same can be said for the center console, but the big, bright B&M shifter that that proudly sits on top of this is all business. Other driver-oriented upgrades include the comfortable wood rimmed steering wheel and the auxiliary gauges. Plus, everyone can enjoy more modern tunes with the very adaptable AM/FM/cassette stereo. Lift the hood, and you can tell it's no ordinary 350 cubic-inch V8. This is a four-bolt main block that has built up with robust components such as a steel GM crankshaft, 185 casting heads with stainless steel valves, and X rods. Add in go-fast parts like lightweight flat top pistons (rotating assembly balanced), Erson custom grind camshaft, roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Holley carburetor, and an MSD ignition/distributor package. The exhaust runs into long tube headers on its way through a thunderous dual exhaust system with performance H-pipe construction. But this is more than just a complete performance rebuilt. Look at the undercarriage pictures, and you'll see that the extent of this thorough restoration goes right down to the polyurethane bushings. Driving this well-sorted Camaro is a pleasure thanks to features like the modern BF Goodrich rubber on the period-correct charcoal wheels and front disc brakes. A seriously powerful and beautiful coupe like this deserves a good new home, and at this price, we know it won't be long before it gets one. After all, everyone loves this color on a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro, and now finally you can reach up for that extra gear you've always sought after. There's just something about a Hugger Orange Camaro. It's bold enough to warn others on the street to 'don't mess with me' and it just seems to be a beacon at car shows. This one is particularly nice because the color has been applied recently with a very professional hand. Even the SS strip package was painted on instead of decals, so they will stay straight and trouble free. What really helped make this car so iconic are the cowl induction hood, ducktail spoiler, and the RS front end that hides the headlights behind that aggressive black panel. The RS headlights in this car function flawlessly thanks to a recent conversion to electric openers. But for this '68 coupe, the allure is even hiding in the bright details like the pristine chrome bumpers, the SS callouts on the fenders, and the ARE Torq Thrust style alloy wheels. Step inside, and this is the perfect blend of vintage and new. For example, the black vinyl bucket seats, carpets, and door panels are all correct for 1968, and they still feel factory fresh. The driver gets a three-spoke Grant steering wheel that looks like it could have been original equipment, except it offers a sportier smaller diameter. Beyond that are some cool features like the original hear/defrost controls and iconic tic-toc-tac in perfect working order. But this one is about the upgrades, and you see that in places like the AM/FM/CD stereo and the quad auxiliary gauge package that has been updated to easy-to-read AutoMeter dials. But the most important feature is on the center console. By now you noticed the Hurst shifter, but have you counted the gears yet? Do you see that extra one? Just as the fender callouts told you, under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch Chevy V8. Besides just looking nice and shiny with the air cleaner and valve covers, it's built to run with features like a Weber four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock performance intake, and a ceramic-coated header package. All of this power can easily be heard thanks to the dual exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. As we've been alluding to before, this Camaro has had a serious upgrade in its transmission. It's a Keisler five-speed manual with a RAM Automotive clutch kit. This package is not only great for handling some serious power (including any more you want to add,) but there's also something nice about having an extra gear in everyday life. Combine the flexible transmission with this coupe's power steering and front disc brakes, and this aggressively orange Camaro is also quite a nice cruiser. This is a cool Camaro has the perfect package of show and go. So we know it won't last long at this price. 1968 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale 1968 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale Stock # 0008-TPA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28269 Local/International: (704) 598-2130 Toll-Free: (866) 542-8392 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Atlanta Showroom 213 Thornton Rd Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Local/International: (678) 279-1609 Toll-Free: (877) 367-1835 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom 5400 Sandshell Dr Fort Worth, TX 76137 Local/International: (817) 764-8000 Toll-Free: (855) 877-2707 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM CST Sat: 9AM - 5PM CST Email: [email protected] Tampa Showroom 4610 Pet Lane Lutz, FL 33559 Local/International: (813) 501-1630 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] TERMS OF SALE 1. So the reason why you're so drawn to this one is because it builds on this classic personality with updates to the V8 and accessories that only enhance the best from Chevrolet. No other car wears racing stripes as well as a Camaro; they practically define the brand. Projecting an image of upscale sophistication, the Pewter Metallic paint looks particular impressive thanks to a recent professional respray. The shine helps to highlight the good panel fit and super-straight sheetmetal throughout. This level of quality is essential on the '69 Camaros because of the iconic front fender line that races into the door and the Coca-Cola bottle styling. Black SS stripes are almost mandatory, just like the cowl-induction hood, chin spoiler, and ducktail spoiler out back, all of which give this Camaro traditional good looks that never go out of style. Details like the blacked-out grille, polished chrome bumpers, and the aggressive black American Racing Torq Thrust special edition wheels are what let you know this one is special. Black interiors are always the best on intimidating cars like this one, but you don't have to worry about hopping in on a hot day, because unlike the usual vinyl, the bucket interior is covered in comfortable cloth on this coupe. This one is thoroughly upgraded inside with a thumpin' Panasonic AM/FM/CD stereo and ice cold R-134a air conditioning for everyone to enjoy. Specifically for the driver the left hand gets to rest on a three-spoke wood-rimmed sport steering wheel, and the right one goes on the B&M Star performance shifter. Gauges include the factory tachometer on the dash, and a supplemental set underneath, which gives you a pretty good hint there's a lot going on in the engine bay. Under the hood is a fresh 400 cubic-inch GM crate motor. You might need sunglasses to view all the chrome upgrades on this V8. But beyond all the style that the people at the car shows love, there's some serious substance. There is a performance air cleaner, Holley carburetor, Edelbrock intake, Be Cool aluminum radiator, and long tube headers. But best of all is this motor is barely broken in with 1,500 miles on it since the build. The full package makes a serious growl from the dual exhaust. This power gets solidly to the ground via a stout TH350 three-speed automatic with a 2,300 RPM stall converter. It also holds the road exceptionally well thanks to a lowered front end, power steering, front disc brakes, and grippy modern Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ tires at all four corners. This Camaro balances the worlds of new and vintage so perfectly that it even comes with the original owner's manual and recent restoration receipts. It delivers serious power, serious upgrades, and a seriously nice paint job. So you better get serious and call now!!! 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale Stock # 0049-TPA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28269 Local/International: (704) 598-2130 Toll-Free: (866) 542-8392 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Atlanta Showroom 213 Thornton Rd Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Local/International: (678) 279-1609 Toll-Free: (877) 367-1835 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom 5400 Sandshell Dr Fort Worth, TX 76137 Local/International: (817) 764-8000 Toll-Free: (855) 877-2707 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM CST Sat: 9AM - 5PM CST Email: [email protected] Tampa Showroom 4610 Pet Lane Lutz, FL 33559 Local/International: (813) 501-1630 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] TERMS OF SALE 1.
