1964 Cadillac Deville Convertible 129k, 429 V8. Options include power windows, power top, six way power bench seat, auto dimming headlights, power brakes and power steering. Does not have the problematic climate control of this era, has regular temperature and fan controls. Selling the '64 due to finances and I am also considering selling my 1982 Hess & Eisenhardt Eldorado convertible as well, details below. Cadillacs from this era are steadily climbing in value, especially the 1963 and 1964 body styles. Average retail value of a 64 Caddy convertible is $26k, as you can see at the link below from Hagerty.com: https://www.hagerty.com/price-guide/1964-Cadillac-DeVille"Cadillac continued to list its premium Series 62 hardtops as "de Ville" models through 1964. Along with exterior refinements for 1964, a new 340-hp 429-cid engine replaced the 390-cid variants of 1959-63, and the Turbo-Hydramatic was introduced. Devilles of this era are relatively affordable today. As period Cadillac convertible values climb with the speed of an Atlas rocket, any top-notch hardtop or convertible DeVille looks all the more appealing today."Mechanical: It has always had regular maintenance performed on schedule. I was told the 129k on the odometer is original, my mechanic thinks it is genuine as well. Recent work includes brakes, exhaust, full tuneup and front end work including bushings and ball joints, and a set of new wide whitewall tires. The power windows work perfectly, the driver's window motor was recently replaced. The power top works as well, the top was replaced about 10 years ago. The lights work, the heater works, the radio works when you turn in on and off a few times, the power antenna works and the power seat works but the switch needs replacing, new switch included. Clock does not work, gas gauge can be finicky, "trumpet" horn works. No leaks from anywhere, garage floor always dry when I pull her out. The front springs are worn and should be replaced. Always starts easily and has lots of power from the 429 V8.Cosmetic: the interior was in good to excellent shape when I bought the car except for the carpet and the driver's side of the front seat. The dash, door panels, rear panels and back seat were perfect. I replaced the carpet with factory shaped and style carpet; underneath the carpet and padding the floor was completely solid, no soft spots or repairs to the sheetmetal. I had the front seat reupholstered in the factory style; the cushions, springs and folding armrest were done and I had the shop add heated seats, they have high and low settings and work better than most factory heated seats. The chrome bumpers and brightwork are in great shape, the front bumper ends are solid (common spot for corrosion as water gathers in the bumper corners), not a hint of corrosion showing. The paint is original and looks better in the photos than in person; it's presentable but dull, I had planned on doing a nice paint job in the original white. Some small spots of body fill were done on a few spots on the body but no sheetmetal needed to be repaired. The floors, frame and trunk are solid, no patches anywhere as you see in the photo and the inner fenders are original and solid as well. I no longer have the boot cover; the clips and snaps needed replacement and while on the highway it came loose and tore mostly off. Overall she's very straight as you can see in the pix, all the door close easily as well as the trunk and hood.Runs very strong, the 428 V8 is nice and powerful and the car brakes evenly, no pulling or fading. She idles evenly, temperature needle never varies, shifts smoothly, tracks straight and stops easily. A very dependable, cool old cruiser that's fun to take to car shows and can be used as a daily driver.--------------------------------Rare 1982 Cadillac Eldorado Hess And Eisenhardt Convertible65k original miles. Every option including touring suspension (which still works), digital cassette stereo with working display, digital dash, tilting and telescoping steering wheel, split dual power bench seats, dual visor lighted vanity mirrors, climate control, power top with boot cover and rare aluminum spoke wheels (not hubcaps). For those familiar with these 79-85 Eldorado convertibles, the Hess & Eisenhardt conversion is considered to be the most desirable. The top mechanism works easily, the top is made of heavy duty canvas with a thick roof liner inside to keep road noise to a minimum and is overall a high quality build. The top was replaced about ten years ago with the glass back window and "coach lights" mounted on the inside of the convertible top for courtesy lamps. The low mileage is original, the white leather is gorgeous with no cracking or staining even on the driver's seat. The interior overall is in excellent condition, no cracking on the door panels, dash or any of the standard spots that show wear on this era Cadillac. Recent work includes exhaust, front CV joints, upgraded A/C to modern freon and new bumper and fender fillers all around. The fuel injected V8 starts with the touch of the key. Everything works including the cruise control, the digital dash, illuminated indicators on the fenders, digital display on the stereo, power antenna, windows automatically go down when top is dropped, power top works without "help" necessary and both the hood and trunk stay open without assistance. The paint is original but still shines up nicely and the chrome is close to perfect. For sale locally for $8800, open to a reasonable offer from a serious buyer. Any questions feel free to email or call 914, two two four, 3230.I reserve the right to end the auction early as the Caddy is for sale locally and I'm open to reasonable buy it now offers as well. I can assist with shipping in the USA or internationally if necessary, cost of shipping to paid by buyer. I can recommend a door to door auto shipper I've used in the past; they're professional, reliable and have great rates. Any questions feel free to email or call 914, two two four, 3230.

2002 Cadillac Eldorado ETC, Gorgeous Modern Classic, Final Production Year, One Of Only 1596 Eldos Built In '0284k, 4.6L 300hp V8. I looked up the VIN and this Eldorado was number 849 of only 1596 built in '02. What makes it even more of a rare example of this car is the triple black color combination; leather, full size coach top, and paint. This is a fully optioned ETC, purchased from original owner, low miles, rides like new. I am the second owner, the Eldorado was purchased new in Connecticut by a WWII vet who got too old to drive. He religiously maintained the Caddy, all service records included since new. Considered a modern collector car, I have the Eldo insured for $24k with classiccollector.com, $238 for the entire year, full comprehensive. As far as being a collector car, this article on Odometer.com lists the 2002 Eldorado as one of "13 Cars To Invest In Now" www.odometer.com/rides/12905/13-cars-to-invest-in-now "The Cadillac brand simply oozes luxury, and while the 2002 Eldorado is still too new to be classified as classic, experts predict that its timeless style and low production quantity will soon make it one. With a 300-hp Northstar V-8 and a beautiful interior, expect this model to become a new fan favorite." Runs perfectly quiet, no leaks or noises, garage floor aways dry when the car is pulled out. Gorgeous black leather interior, wood inlays in the steering wheel and the best heated seats I've had, factory 12 disc CD changer, every option available including auto dimming mirrors and dual climate control. A/C blows nice and cold. When windows are up and the shade for moonroof are closed, perfectly quiet on the highway at 75. Remote starter with two remotes, can start from 400-500 feet away. Recent NYS inspection sticker, title in my name. Rides like new, just a pleasure to drive and take on long trips. Recent brakes, exhaust. synthetic oil change, struts and both coil packs (four on each side, $1200 job). Will get 25-27 mpg on the highway. Paint shines up nicely, chrome wheels have a mirror shine and the interior is as plush and classy as you'd expect from a "real" Cadillac (Caddy fans will know what I mean). Earlier models had certain common problems but by 2002 the Eldorado was well designed and built to go 200k+ with basic maintenance. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally and I'm open to reasonable buy it now offers as well. I can assist with shipping in the USA or internationally if necessary, cost of shipping to paid by buyer. I can recommend a door to door auto shipper I've used in the past; they're professional, reliable and have great rates. Modern classic Caddy coupe that will only appreciate in value. Nice 1962 Ford Thunderbird Landau Edition 67k original documented miles, 390 "z code" V8. Thunderbirds from this era are steadily climbing in value, especially the 1961 through 1963 body styles. This is from Hagerty.com: "Ford followed up the Squarebird’s three-year stint with the restyled “Roundbird” or "Bullet Bird" from 1961 to 1963. Technical highlights included an even bigger engine as Dearborn’s FE V-8 was enlarged to 390 cubic inches in ’61. New for 1962 was the optional “Z-code” 390. The special edition vinyl "Landau Top" accented the sleek body lines even further. These second generation 61-63 'Birds are steadily climbing in value, and the ahead-of-its-time style is finally being appreciated." Mechanical: the Bird has always had regular maintenance have been performed on schedule. Recent work includes tuneup, brakes, water pump and radiator as well as belts and hoses. Included documentation goes back many years, showing the 67k as original mileage. I was told the motor has about 30k on it, it having been rebuilt by the in the late 90's. I don't have documentation for the motor rebuild but for most of everything else, including a transmission rebuild. The heater works, the AM radio is intermittent and the clock does not work. The gas gauge and horn work, as do the wipers and lights. The car has recently been gone through mechanically and runs and drives well. The swing-away steering wheel works, but the car will only start in neutral (Ebay sells a kit to repair the neutral safety switch on these cars, it's a common issue). All crank windows work easily. No leaks from anywhere, garage floor always dry when I pull her out. Cosmetic: The car was painted about two years ago, it'a nice and shiny. The body and underside are clean, the car has always been garaged. New carpet in classic "loop" style and the seats were reupholstered when the car was painted. Dash has some sun cracking but otherwise the interior is complete, including all console parts including compartment doors. The chrome and brightwork are all in good driver shape, some pitting and dulling in spots. I am including brand new NOS vinyl top as well as a headliner, all still boxed up. I will include an complete NOS trunk liner kit as well. The pix are from when I bought the car last year; all the trim is back on it now. All floors, trunk and frame are solid, never repaired. Overall she's very straight as you can see in the pix, all the door close easily as well as the trunk and hood. The Bird starts right up even after sitting and the engine has a nice rumble through the dual exhaust. Runs very strong, the 390 V8 is a pleasure on the highway. She idles evenly, temperature needle never varies, shifts smoothly, tracks straight and stops easily. A very dependable Thunderbird that's fun to take to car shows and can be used as a daily driver. I had planned on completing the cosmetic restoration but I must sell due to finances. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally and I'm open to reasonable buy it now offers as well. Classic 1990 Jaguar XJS Convertible 103k, V12. Fully optioned including heated leather seats and newer Jaguar boot cover. Mechanically the Jag has always been maintained on schedule. Recent work includes KYB shocks all around (four in the back and two in the front, all brakes including rear brakes (lots of labor to do the rear brakes on this model), front end work including most of the bushings and tie rod boots, exhaust system and Pirelli tires. The Jag got a new interior about 4 years ago including seat leather, cushioning, carpet, door panel upholstery, visors and wood trim, it still smells new inside. Convertible top replaced in 2009 with premium canvas top with glass back window with defroster, inner pads and headliner, new weatherstripping on windshield pillars and on convertible top. The top got a couple of approximately 14 inch slashes across the width above the seats while it was parked in NYC about a month ago. The cuts were shallow and the inner headliner is fine, has been professionally repaired and is only noticeable up close. The paint looks new with a deep gloss, no fading, scratches or bubbling anywhere, it's always been garaged. Remarkably quiet inside the car on the highway when top is up and windows are closed. Top goes up easily along with rear quarter windows automatically. Nice modern stereo with Ipod control and remote and three ignition keys. The cruise control is intermittent and heated seats have not worked since I got the car, I haven't looked into it. The a/c blows nice and cold but does need a fresh can every couple of weeks during the summer. It's easy to do, only takes about five minutes, I will including a charging hose with pressure gauge. Classic insurance for the Jaguar is values at $28k for $190 a year, full comprehensive. Engine starts easily, cruises nicely on the highway, holds the road perfectly with a velvety feel to the suspension. Runs very strong, tracks straight as an arrow and brakes evenly, no pulling or fading. All directional/brake/turn signal/headlights and horn work. Shifts smoothly, stops easily and the suspension is luxurious. Drives overall like a European roadster should. Always garaged, the Jag is perfectlyclean underneath; floors and trunk completely solid, does not even show surface rust. We just had a baby and we don't drive it nearly enough. Always gets compliments whenever we take it out. Fun to drive and will only appreciate in value. 914-224-3230

Ultra Rare Carrossier Coach Builder Premium Cabriolet Mark V, #4 Of 8 Made, Southern Car71K original miles, 460 V8. From the research I've done most Mark V convertible conversions were done by Global Coach (Lucerne, 1978–1979), American Custom Coach (St Tropez, 1977–1979), a "no name" conversion by Hess & Eisenhardt in 1978 and a small number of hand crafted conversions by Carrossier Custom Coach Builders in Dallas, TX. Carrossier generally worked with higher end European cars and the difference shows. It's the highest quality conversion I've seen of a Mark V; it seems like a factory convertible. The convertible top frame and arms inside are chrome, the fender louvers are chromed (easy way to spot a Carrossier), and it's even got a working dome light built into the convertible top. From the information I could find on the web Carrosier only made 8 Mark V convertibles in 1978, the tag reads "Cabriolet Limited Edition 1978 # 004" and badged as a "L'Edition Limite". Here's a Wikipedia page on the conversions:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coach_convertible#Conversions_of_Ford_productsOptions include 460 V8, color coded "turbine" wheels, power vent windows, auto lamps and dimmer, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, AM/FM 8-Track, dual power bench seat, dual exhaust, "miles to empty" readout, Ziebart factory rustproofing (the small plastic "buttons" seen in the door jambs), and remote trunk release. The Lincoln was purchased from a gentleman who has owned it since 1984, it's been a Georgia car until last year. I apologize for the car being so dirty, I did not get a chance to wash her and the pix really don't do her justice. I should have nice full size shots up shortly. As seen in the gallery pix, I am also considering sale of my rare 1972 Mark IV, details below.Mechanical: The Lincoln has always been maintained on schedule and is registered and on the road. Recent work includes new brakes all around, new wide whitewalls, cruise control working, fixed the headlight doors which would open a few hours after the engine was turned off, now they stay closed even if parked for weeks. I've had a few Lincoln Mark V's and this one is by far the most enjoyable; all the luxury, power and craftsmanship of a full size 70's Lincoln coupe with the freedom of a convertible. The 70's Eldorado convertibles can't compare; despite its size, this is a true "driver's car". It handles incredibly well and the four wheel disc brakes are well matched to the car, she stops easily and quickly. Everything works as it should; the power window motors including power vent windows are quick and easy and both power seats work perfectly in all directions. The power top is a bit slow, the hydraulic fluid needs to be topped off. The a/c still has some R12 in the system, the compressor turns on and it blows light cool. Cruise control, auto lamps and auto dimming work fine.Cosmetics: The Lincoln still wears her original paint and she presents beautifully; no fading, nicks, scratches or dings anywhere. The interior is very nice, the seats, door panels, carpet and dash are all in excellent condition. The body is very straight, never hit or had any bodywork anywhere, the doors close easily (the last Mark V I had required a really hard slam or the doors would only partly latch) and the chrome and trim are bright, no pitting or fading anywhere. Everything lines up perfectly, which is great on a car with such straight body lines. The convertible top has a couple of small tears and the stitching is coming loose at the bottom of the back window. If preferred I can have have these repairs done before pickup, cost to be paid by buyer. Boot cover in excellent condition. The underside is close to spotless; the Ziebart rustproofing really kept these cars pristine, completely clean underneath. As I mentioned the Lincoln has spent most of its life down south and it's never been exposed to winter. She is a total blast to drive! The power from the 460 V8 is a pleasure, the last Mark I had came with the 400 V8 and the difference between the 400 and the 460 is substantial. Always starts easily, cruises nicely on the highway and brakes evenly with the four wheel disc brakes. She starts on the first try even in cold weather, idles perfectly and the suspension is luxurious. No leaks from anywhere, garage floor always dry when I pull her out. Only selling due to finances, this is one car I know I'll never replace. As you can see in the pix I'm also considering selling my ultra rare, triple black 1972 Mark IV, early 72 model with full grille. Fully optioned including dual power seats, cruise control, power front and rear windows, working a/c, power steel moonroof, "Sure-Track" (early ABS) and twilight sentinel. Upgrades include dual Magnaflow exhaust, high output distributor, Demon carburetor and KYB shocks all around. I am including all the original parts as well (carb, distributor, air filter, etc). Price is $12k or best offer. Dayton 20" wire wheels available for additional charge, original aluminum Lincoln wheels with good tires included. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the Lincoln is for sale locally and I'm open to reasonable buy it now offers as well. I can assist with shipping in the USA or internationally if necessary, cost of shipping to paid by buyer. If you need it I can recommend a door to door auto shipper I've used many times in the past; they're professional, reliable and have great rates.
