I am the only owner, this is a local Houston TX car and has been maintained fanatically by me - only hand washed and never been through a car wash. I'm driving the car, so miles will increase (no long trips, short distance only). This car comes with the following:- 24.2k miles- One owner, I purchased this new from Acura in Houston TX. - Grey exterior and white/gray leather with sport seats. No tears.- Leather has been treated regularly with leather cleaner and conditioner. - Acura navigation and stop start - Custom front grill (no ugly beak - see pictures). This car looks like a 2012+ model but with the aggressiveness of the 2009-2011 rear and dual exhausts. - I installed OEM Acura sport skirts to the sides - Custom bronze Five Ad wheels with Continental extreme tires (19 inch), has some curb rash - Installed in the front mirror built-in HD 1080 resolution dash cam - Bosch icon wiper blades- Takata air bag recall has been completed- Acura Rubber mats for the interior- Lamin X Fog Light covers - this is to ensure the fog light glass does not break with rocks, pebbles etc. - All oil changes with Amsoil synthetic. Car has fresh oil - did oil change at the Acura dealership on Feb 19th 2017 with Amsoil. While there, i replaced the hood struts (they were not staying up), this car needs nothing else and is well maintained.- Small scratch on the passenger front fender. This happened this a month back when I was at the grocery store. No dent, just a scratch about 4 inches long (see picture). In the last year car has new Starter, Alternator, Water pump, Thermostat, both front wheel bearings and speed sensors, Moog lower control arms, Belt Tensioner, Belt, Harmonic Balancer, Catalytic Converter, O2 sensors, Plugs, Battery, Condenser, Compressor "uninstalled"and some other stuff I can't remember right now. Car has around 207,000+ ran and shifted beautifully before incident. Rear passenger quarter is damaged. Car comes with a quart of base and a pint of mid coat paint concentrate.
