Up for sale, please find this GORGEOUS 1969 ALFA ROMEO 1750 Spider "Duetto". Considered by many to be the most beautiful of the Spider cars, and amongest the most beautiful cabriolets ever designed by the house of Pininfarina, also known as a "Boat-Tail Spider". I think this is the best looking Alfa Spider year because of the delicate relationship of the grille and bumpers, to the aerodynamic body. It is a rolling work of art. This is a nicely restored rust-free Southern Car, know living in Sullivan County, NY. The motor and drive-train are tight and fluid, and there is no smoke or clatter or unwanted vibrations. The fuel injected twin-cam 1779 cc motor starts easily, and runs extremely quietly at idle, and the performance on the road is fantastic. The gearbox functions as it did in 1969, and the steering and 4-wheel disc braking and tracking are as new. It is truly a joy to drive. This "Duetto" has a beautiful newer paint job in the original charcoal grey color, a nice black interior, and navy blue convertible top. It has a tonneau cover in the trunk, and also includes the original steering wheel. This car has a clean NY State title, and is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end this listing at any time. I also welcome your inspection in Callicoon, NY, approximately 2 hours North of Manhattan. Thanks for looking. CIAO!!

67 Duetto Spider. Driver Spider for sale in Hawaii. This car had both rocker panels replaced at some point and the work was not up to par. Both rockers have rust bubbles showing at the bottoms (see pictures). Also the trunk lid was replaced (has 69 badging) and rust bubbles are showing along back edge. Solid car otherwise. The engine serial number indicates it is from a 1968 so it has an incorrect 1750 that is easier and cheaper to get parts for, but not original. This car is priced slightly higher than a junked out donor for restoration would cost, and here you get a fun, running car to enjoy all summer, just add gas! needs: rust bubbles on rear and rockers (see pictures) clutch slipping (adjustment?) tach not hooked up speed-o is out of adjustment some stains on the convertible top plastic back window needs to be sewn back in missing some windshield wiper grommets (loose wiper arms) broken link in convertible top frame (top still works fine) stripped bolt hole on water pump but does not leak front end alignment small oil pan leak will need new front tires after alignment back sits low (see pictures) has: rebuilt webbers w/ new isolator boots new steel braided brake lines new electronic ignition w/distributor new coil ***SEE PICTURES HERE*** Please review the pictures closely, as they say "a picture is worth a thousand words". I feel like my description makes the car seem way worse than it is but I am trying to be as forthcoming as I can. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you for looking.
