Up for sale is my 1994 Oldsmobile Bravada. We purchased this SUV in December of last year from the second owner who had the truck for about a year. The original owner was an older gentleman who purchased it new and kept it garaged here in south Florida until it was traded in on a new truck. The second owner unfortunately ran the truck low on oil and spun a rod bearing, so I purchased it barely running. My wife used to own a truck just like this about 10 years ago and we loved it so we decided to rebuild the truck for her to drive. A little about me: I am an auto enthusiast who enjoys restoring older GM cars so this truck was built right with extreme attention to detail as that is the only way I know how to build them. So over a period of about 5 months I completely rebuilt this truck. I have over $5000 in this truck not including lots of my labor! Here is what has been replaced since I have owned it..... The engine was pulled out and completely rebuilt with new crank, and 1 rod, new plasma moly rings, new clevite 77 rod, main, cam, and balance shaft bearings. Also replaced the balance shaft with new GM one, new roller timing set, Melling high volume oil pump, timing cover, all Victor Reinz premium gaskets, head bolts, heads were mildly ported with valve job, guides, and seals. On the top end of engine I replaced with new ACDelco parts the fuel injectors, EGR valve, fuel lines, O2 sensor, plugs and wires, hoses, belt, and belt tensioner. Truck also has new radiator, water pump, alternator, battery, A/C compressor, accumulator, oil cooler lines, motor mounts, Delco fuel pump and sender. I also resealed the transmission with new input seal, shift shaft seal, and replaced filter and fluid. Also replaced fluid in front and rear differentials. For the suspension and steering new Delco pitman arm and idler arm, Dorman upper and lower control arms with new bushings and ball joints. I put on new delco front brake rotors, rear wheel cylinders, and rear drums, plus front brake pads are performance heavy duty Hawk pads so this truck stops very well. For the fun stuff, I dropped the truck about 2" using front lowering keys and rear blocks (I can put the truck back to stock height easily if that is what is preferred). Magnaflow cat back exhaust, Rancho gas shocks, replaced all the tires with new Kuhmos and had the truck aligned. Inside I put in a JVC CD player with front aux input, and all new pioneer speakers front and back, put in stock style homelink in overhead console, sourced a brand new GM center console lid, ventvisors on front doors and bug shield on hood. Also had front windows tinted to match the backs, and had the windshield tinted with UV film to help keep the heat down inside. I have the original owners manual, 2 sets of keys and 2 keyless entry remotes, plus lots of receipts. I am sure I am forgetting something as I essentially replaced everything on this truck, and since it was for my wife, I only bought the best parts available as I didn't want any problems. She put about 4000 miles on the truck, but has since taken a job that requires a much longer commute so we got her a smaller car and just no longer have a use for the Bravada. This truck runs, drives, stops, and everything works, I would not hesitate to get in and drive it anywhere. 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada Sport Utility 4-Door 4.3L Vortec, Automatic Transmission, AWD, Towing Package White Ext./Gray Leather Int. New Tires, New Front Wheel Bearings, New Brake Pads and Rotors (all wheels), New Side Mirrors Pioneer In-Dash Navigation/DVD System, Expandable Rear Output, Driver's Side Airbag Air Conditioning Unit was repaired, but has ceased to work. Have not serviced the A/C Unit since. This is the only feature of the vehicle that does not work. Right Rear Bumper has crack, but otherwise, all other areas are free from cracks or rust. Small pin dents on doors, presumably from parking lot incidents. Body is otherwise free from any dents. Clearcoat finish is fading and peeling on rear hatch, paint chipping on front of hood. Great condition Bravada SUV for sale. This car was the luxury version of the rugged off-road Chevy Trailblazer. The car is very clean and free of rust. No issues at all, everything works. Even the tires are very new and have a bunch of tread. This car is very smooth on the highway, and the leather seats are extremely comfortable (even in the back). Like any good SUV, the rear seats fold down for extra storage space. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them or send you more pictures.The two negatives are:-The rubber liner around the front windshield was installed poorly. It's just a cosmetic problem since it doesn't leak at all, but some of the rubber/silicon looks sloppy if you get up close-Small scratches on the bumpers from other cars that weren't so great at parallel parking.Originally owned by my co-worker's family in New Mexico, and she recently took the car with her to the DC area. She sold it to me when she moved in with her boyfriend and the couple didn't need two cars. 1994 Oldsmobile Bravada. All wheel drive. About 210,000 miles. Transmission was rebuilt about 48,000 miles ago (at 161,800 miles). Engine has about 100,000 miles on it - a used engine with about 50,000 miles was put in 47,000 miles ago (at 163,100 miles). Radio has been updated to CD player with auxiliary input and ipod connection (old version of ipod plug), but does not have bluetooth. Body damage on left front corner, also crack on windshield starting from that side. Crack is below line of vision. It is drivable, but the transfer case needs to be rebuilt or replaced. It tends to bind around turns or on fast acceleration, especially when cold. It leaks differential oil and power steering fluid. Front passenger window and rear driver's side window don't work. There seems to be a leak somewhere around the passenger side window/door. A/C/ blower is loud but runs; the air coming out isn't very cold; it probably needs to be charged.

For Sale 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada, I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle I purchased the vehicle with a little over 60,000 miles and now has 148,000 plus. This has been a daily commuter vehicle for me and the Mrs. I have a 90 mile round trip every day to work, and this vehicle has been reliable transportation. The unit is excellent in snow, and has a hitch that allows me to tow my pop-up camper and a small trailer that I use to get my pellets for my pellet stove. This vehicle would be serviced with regular oil changes on or around 4,000 to 5,000 miles at my local quick lube in Dickson City. The vehicle has had recent back brakes, newer alternator. I had a small oil leak that was recently repaired (the lower oil intake line was replaced), and there is no more oil dripping on my garage floor. Recent oil change, and the transmission was serviced at the 140,000 mile mark as routine maintenance. When purchasing this unit I was told by a mechanic that both the All Wheel Drive Fluids/ and Transmissions Fluids should be changed out at intervals and since owning the vehicle I had them done 2 times. There is a service engine light lit up on the dash, and has been lit for the last 60,000 miles. I was told a sensor is bad, but honestly don't know exactly what it was for. My mechanic told me it wasn't worth the fixing, so it was never repaired. Another issue ...The latch to release the hood has broke, and there now is just a pull release coming off the grill of the vehicle to open the hood up. There is a bad rip and tear on the drivers seat, we've covered it with tape. AC/ Cruise/ all power windows and power heated seats work/ CD Changer, and Sunroof work and doesn't leak at all. Good wipers, and good tires all the way around. Vehicle has a luggage rack, and a towing package. Paint is good all the way around, and no signs of rust on the body. There is a scratch on the passenger rear side as illustrated in the photos. The jack compartment lid has broken in the way back as shown in the photos. I am selling only because I've gotten a newer SUV and can't afford to have 3 cars in my driveway. If you would like to make arrangements to see this vehicle please contact me. Serious inquires only.
