Mitsubishi 3000gt 1995 , taking offers. No less than $3,000. Rebuilt motor around 168k miles. So has 32k miles on the engine, and has been running as new since. New catalyc converter, new flex pipe, new piston rings, new gaskets, new water pump, new cold air intake, new starter, and new rotors and brakes. interior looks great, body has some fading paint as expected from a 95 stock. Was a fun project car, but looking to purchase a work car now. Has a 3.0 engine manual 5 speed , so it's extremely fun to drive and sounds mean.

I have owned this 3000GT for 19 years, always garaged, never raced and barely driven in the rain. All scheduled maintenance completed. Original non modified except sunroof, a Razo shift knob and currently four Bridgestone POTENZA RE730 tires. Transmission Shifts and Drives perfect, new clutch installed at Mitsubishi dealer last month($1,365). Factory Infinity Premium Sound System with six CD Changer works great. Body has one long scratch on the passenger side(see pic) and some dings but overall the car is in great shape, both exterior and interior are in excellent condition, it looks absolutely stunning in person! This auction is for a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT base model with only 75560 miles on the odometer. This vehicle has been in the same family since it was purchased new. My mother bought the car in 1995, and I took charge of it last year after she was no longer able to drive. Now it’s time to pass it along. The car is exceptionally clean inside and out for a 20 year old car. Though it was in Pennsylvania for the first 19 years, it was always garaged and never driven in the winter (and if you’re familiar with east coast road salt, you know how important this is). Engine: Starts great, runs great. It’s due for a timing belt (60,000 miles was recommended). I put a new slave cylinder in the clutch six months ago, and haven’t driven it since, except for backing it in and out of the garage a few miles times. After having it put in, I noticed the clutch slip a little at speed a few times. Not sure of this is everything just getting worn back in or if it is an indicator that it will need a clutch down the road. Exterior: The body and paint are in unbelievably good shape overall. There are no door dings. A few issues: The spoiler is somewhat sun-faded. My plan, if I kept it, was to use Liquid Glass polymer coat on it to try to resurrect it. If not, the spoiler could be removed and sent to a body shop for re-painting. The clear-coat is peeling slightly on the passenger side plastic headlight housing (a common problem on these cars). There are several headlight polishing kits available, as well as numerous on-line tutorials that deal with this problem. The power antenna quit working about six months ago. I can hear the electric motor whirring, but it won’t extend or retract (I think the rubber/plastic drive belt broke). Wheels/Tires: No pitting on the wheels. Tires have maybe 5,000 miles on them. Interior: Pretty much like new, except for the floor mats. No rips in the seat upholstery, carpet, etc. Nice, cold air conditioning. A few issues: The shift boot pleather is starting to flake. The Infinity sound system (w/cassette deck!) isn’t currently working because of the power antenna issue (addressed above). For some reason, the antenna not going up prevents the radio from coming on. And one of the back floor mats is missing. I have most, if not all, of the receipts and paperwork from the car and what work was done on it over the last twenty years.

new used engine, new alternator,starter, clutch, clutch plate, brake calibers and pads [rear] , new radiator, cleanshift bushings, needs driver power window [ previous owner installed "Viper " alarm which took it out...so who knows.needs CATALYTIC CONVERTER....body is clean, glass headlights [ only year offered ]. passed inspection several months ago.all metal and plastic great shape for car of this age...

I love this car and if I had the money to fix it up I'd love to but sadly I don't. The car starts and runs beautifully but does not drive. The transmission has a broken input shaft which I have but I'm not experienced enough to repair. Other things could be wrong with the transmission but all I know for sure is that it doesn't budge. Up for sale a 1995 3000GT base model, the body is solid no rust at all, I doubt it's beeb driven in the snow, 5 speed manual 3.0 dohc engine, it has a two tone paint job gloss black/gun metal grey, front bumper body kit some front damage to it, rear carbon fiber wing/spoiler, 18x8.5 wheels with wide sports tires 80% or more tread on all five wheels , all five wheels match with wheel locks, front and rear disk brake.I am selling it for parts or for repair because the fuel pump or a the injectors went out and I don't want to haul it with me the engine cranks but not enough fuel is getting in there it wants to start though, it has the original rebuilt engine, complete new timing belt kit, new main and connecting rod bearings, new starter and alternator, new ngk v-power spark plugs, fresh oil change before the pump went out, the clutch was inspected and is still good. I have spent tons of time and money on this project and I won't have a place to store it during the winter so it has to go, this car is well worth fixing.I am asking $1000 or a reasonable offer cash in person

This is a 1999 3000gt Base Model. It is in overall good condition. It runs and drives fine. Everything appears to work fine. It shifts fine as well. A/c works good. I just bought a new set of tires for it. There is a tear in the driver seat. The rest of the interior is in pretty good shape. This is no show car, but it is in very nice shape. There are a few dent/dings around the car. There is one on the drivers door and left rear quarter near the spoiler. There are a couple of dings on the hatch under the spoiler. There a couple on the roof. They don't really stand out unless you look close for them. I bought this car last year. Nothing wrong with it, just trying to downsize. Selling a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000 gt that runs and drives great, there is no problems with this vehicle at all and it's been properly maintained . I recently changed the water pump , timing belt installed for the 60k miles maintenance. The vehicle was purchased from the south and brought to Illinois so there is not rust at all and it has always been garage keep during winter . The OEM radio just went out but I will install an aftermarket radio soon. Recently had new tires put on last year so there is like 95 % tread to go. The car drives amazing and it is a very fast car , the interior is super clean with no odor and is smoke free. You really have to see it in person to appreciate how well maintained it is. It is in a better shape than other 3000gt out there. I'm looking to sell this vehicle to the right person that will continue taking care of it. Hello and thanx for checking out the auction for this 1997 Mitsubishi 3000gt in extremely beautiful condition . I can say I have seen plenty of 5 year old cars that do not look close to as nice as this fine almost 20 year old specimen of what I think is one of the nicest cars ever built. That being said , I am in no rush to sell this gorgeous vehicle. This car is very fast and well maintained , It recently had the front brakes replaced with cross drilled and slotted rotors , new nice sounding (NOT RICE BURNER) exhaust , Timing belt replaced with receipt , Upgraded Wheels with Tires , Has 5Spd Manual tranny, great running V6 engine that purrs with just over 120k on the odometer and also a nice sounding 12 in Kenwood Subwoofer.
