Moving out of state and transmission broke 2 days ago. not sure how bad the damage is but worst case scenario someone will have to replace it and that will cost you $1300. The body is in awesome shape for the year. Just got a battery last year. Tires are ok. It has a stereo and an alarm. Ironically I just bought new spark plug wires, 5 qts of oil and oil filter and was going to do it before I left. I will include these parts. I have the pink slip. I also paid the registration but needed to get a smog check and never went. i was just taking it with me out of state. I would have sold it for $4500 but not with a broken transmission. Power windows and doors, engine has been replaced about six months ago, it only has 75,000 miles on it, comes with a three year warranty. This car runs great. No oil leaks. Last owner replaced timing belt with "Gates" belt. Repainted black.. It's not a high end paint job but still protects the car. (last owner) The key lock on driver door needs to be replaced. Headlight covers were painted (previous owner) so I took them off. The SRS light is on. This I guess is very common with these as car is running great and it has no effect on it. There is a boost gauge in the glove compartment but I do not believe it is active. Car has a blow off valve. (last owner) I have two sets of stock keys and one remote clicker. Car has aftermarket Turbo-back exhaust. Meaning NO CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. ( It is currently paid non op, only for smog reasons NO CATS, a BOV, and intake, car runs great) I repeat car runs good and strong. This is actually only reason for sale! I realize this is great and awesome for some but a bummer for others ( I live in CA and this is the reason and ONLY reason for sale!) 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 Twin Turbo super low miles!You will nor find another deal like this!30 year ASE master tech summer project.Many, Many hours involvedThis is a 2 owner car,I am the third owner.I fell in love with these cars as a Dodge tech in the early nineties working on the Dodge stealth. When the turbos kick in…you take off. All maintenance records from first owner,a well off lady in Santa Barbara.2nd owner bought the car and tuned it up and dropped something in cylinder #1.Then I bought the car with a miss, as the new owner had some health issues. I bought a complete japanese powertrain from the most trusted seller in North America specializing in JDM engines.I mounted the new engine in a stand, disassembled it and inspected it and replaced the head gaskets and every seal in the engine. All hoses and belts were changed, and a new timing beltand water pump and thermostat were also installed.I installed a factory clutch and rebuilt the slave cylinder and also did a rear brake job.The engine in the vehicle came from japan and has between 40 and 60 thousand miles.The rest of the car is original and has just over 85k. I have been driving the car for a couple of months.Car runs like a dream.Passed smog with flying colors.It has some cosmetic issues-see photos, but paint is original and is holding up well for its age.The car will come with the spare low mileage transmission and transfer case and if desired the original engine,which will need a piston and a valve job but has only 83k and some change on it.Also the spare AC compressor,starter, 3 sets of fuel injectors and an Alternator to keep you on the road for years to come. I have a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 for sale. It's red with a twin turbo V6, all wheel drive and all wheel steering. It has 24,000 miles, new timing belt, water pump, front struts, spark plugs, cd radio with Blue Tooth and USB, easily removable subwoofer (Wires just plug in. There is still plenty of room around it for your stuff when it is in place), remote door locks with two remotes and tinted rear three windows. Interior is nice except for some dye is worn on the left bolster of the drivers seat (see pictures), no cracks and leather is still soft, never smoked in, smells like new. Everything works, no problems, no accidents. I have owned the car since 1992. It is California smogged. I do not ship, so this sale is for pick it up only.

Rebuilt trans, new clutch "SPEC" (Stage 1) PN- SM751, resurfaced flywheel, new TO brg, short throw shifter w/bearings, new motor mounts from 3SX OEM type, front, rear and side trans mount. New OEM struts & mounts front & rear with green TEIN lowering springs, new slotted and drilled brake rotors and pads, new front "hub" wheel bearing OEM, new inner & outer tie rods ends. GReddy boost controller mounted on steering column, aftermarket stereo w/remote. I do have the stock intercoolers for the car, 2 sets of them with all the parts to install. Cars runs great, no leaks, large aftermarket aluminum radiator, does not over heat, AC needs recharging, 120K mile service has been done, oil pressure good, no lifter tick. Driver seat has wear normal for this car, interior is great otherwise. I was told the motor was rebuilt, I could see new head gaskets on engine when I replaced the motor mounts & clutch, so tend to believe it. Car came with poly mounts on motor, very harsh feel, replace them with OEM type mounts. The front nose piece is 1999 3000GT I believe, has the '97 headlight with HID units. Smoked front turn signals, white paint is very good, body is very straight, original alloy wheels have corrosion, I have dismounted the tires and cleaned the wheels and sealed the bead, no air leaks. Completely stock all OEM!!! 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 coupe, Twin Turbo, AWD, AWS, 4 wheel disc brakes, 6 speed manual transmission, PS, PDB, AC, Cruise control, PW, PDL, factory alarm with 2 remotes. Cars runs and drives like new, starts right up, extremely quiet, has the "Active Exhaust" option, "Tour" mode is very quiet, "Sport" mode is louder. Active Aero front & rear, works as it should, everything is there. Original Red exterior paint, Black interior, leather power seats, sun roof. I believe the VR4's are all optioned the same, not sure. Please check out the photo's. I purchased the car from the 2nd owners who bought it in 1995, elderly couple mid 60's. I have all the maintenance/repair records they provided. 60K service has been done. Car is completely stock and in great condition but needed some repairs, I replaced the struts front & rear with OEM Mitsubishi ECS (electronic control suspension) struts and upper strut mounts. Replaced both front wheel "hub" bearings OEM as they were making noise. Brakes are good F&R, no leaks under the car. Car has been aligned F&R. This is my 3rd VR4 and is by far the nicest one I have ever driven, now I know what the car must have felt like when new. I would love to keep it and I just might, problem is red is not my favorite color. I have a Black '95 VR4 and a White '97 VR4, modified cars with high mileage. Red exterior looks great, has some minor door dings/scratches what you might expect from older couple using the car and not parking it a good distance from other cars. Black interior is great but shows some use, drivers seat has slight wear, original floor mats show wear. Overall the car is in great condition for it's age and mileage, no modifications, all stock and never in a accident.
