Vehicle DetailsMarauder runs and drives excellent and is currently being used daily (note that mileage may go up slightly from posting). It was purchased Salvaged title and registered in California (current plates). I do not know the reason the it was salvaged as the only signs of wear are marks from either attempted or successful theft. There are a few scuff marks so please examine the pictures carefully. It recently received a nice tune up and runs excellent. It has a very nice and deep exhaust tone from the outside while the inside of the cabin is very quiet. Super Rare 2003 Mercury Marauder with only 134,288 original miles. Obviously a car of this caliber needs no introduction! Expect to get many onlookers and thumbs up while driving this one. While I must admit this is our first Marauder, after driving this car I can see why so many people love this machine. CALL 740-316-4000 FOR INFO! We acquired this fine car from a bank that we do business with. Unfortunately, its owner was unable to make the payments and is was turned in as a voluntary repossession. The previous owner resided in Florida where this car spent much of its life so it is not all rusted out like many vehicles of this age. This car carries a rebuilt title from it apparently being stolen back in 2012. Due to its age the insurance company deemed it a total loss however the vehicle owner knowing how rare and difficult these cars are to come by, owner retained the car. It has since been inspected by the state and issued a rebuilt title. Overall, this car looks good and runs great down the road. It will run like a scolded dog when you hit the gas and put a smile on your face. I guess this is why so many people flock to these Marauder’s. LOL.. It does looks like it has had a repaint (Birtchwood Silver) and looks decent for its year. There are a few scuffs in the front and rear bumper and a small dent on the driver lower door and quarter panel. The interior is very good shape with no major tears or rips in the leather. The airride works great! All the major power options also appear to function great including the power windows, locks and AC. The factory Mercury shifter button is broke on the handle which just basically means you don’t have to have your foot on the brake to shift it into gears. The heart of this beast is the 4.6 DOHC V8 mated to an automatic transmission. With only 134,367 miles, she has plenty of life left! It will smoke the tires clean off this car if you punch it. (CHECK OUT THE VIDEO). There are no known mechanical issues with this fine car. It will cruise 80mph down the road with ease. This Marauder has been fully inspected and road tested. She runs out great. All corresponding signed title packets must be received back no later than 5 business days of receipt of delivery to high bidder. Payments received after this date will be subject to additional late fees. Certified Checks or Bank Wire Transfer are the only form of payment we accept! Storage and Vehicle Removal: We apply storage and fees to any vehicle left on our premises for a duration longer than 15 calendar days unless documented arrangements have been made with an authorized sales rep. With this in mind if you feel you will need longer than the original 15 days, please contact us so we can grant you a FREE STORAGE EXTENSION. In the event that no prior approval is granted, we will charge $25 per day for storage and housing fees. Note all buyers must have a confirmed scheduled appointment prior to pick up to ensure that all paperwork is executed correctly; payment posted and title work complete. Shipping: We broker all shipping to a network of licensed and insured carriers. Pending your location, region and time of year, shipping times are estimates and can change due to weather and unforeseen issues with equipment. Most vehicles arrive in 7 to 10 days but times are never guarantee Title Handling: For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, Title means any official document that serves as proof of ownership. Titles will be processed in the name that appears on our returned title packet and surrendered upon full payment. In the event that your auto is being shipped, title will be mailed to the address reflected on the signed paperwork work located in the title packet via certified mail. Should you elect to personally pick up your vehicle, please ensure you have a scheduled appointment and your title packet has been returned with your full payment. We are NOT liable for lost or misplaced titles. In the event that you lose or misplace your title, we can assist in applying and sending you a duplicate title. The fee for this service is $75 to cover state fees and overnight costs. Service Contracts/Warranties: In the event your vehicle falls under the pre-determined allotted time and or miles for the factory warranty, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the warranty through the manufacture. All vehicles regardless of age, condition or price sold here are sold 100% as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are strictly through either the manufacturer (if applicable) or by a third party referred to herein as service contracts. All buyers have the opportunity to purchase an additional third party service contract. These contracts are serviceable nationwide and can be tailored to meet any customers need. Service Contracts (warranties) range in duration and term from 3 month or 3000 miles to 36 month unlimited miles. Most carry a very small deductible and clients can take to any repair shop of their choice for repairs. Terms and exclusions may apply so be sure to call and speak with a sales rep for full information. Should litigation occur, the venue to govern any dispute will be held in the state of Ohio, County of Fairfield/Franklin.
