If you are reading this you probably know the amazing durability, economy and quality of these cars. No Honda or Toyota tops what this car will do when it comes to lasting practically forever and sipping gas. If you want one of the finest remaining manual shift FoMoCo wagons before cars got way too complicated, you have found it. An older lady bought it new, always kept it in the garage and used it mainly for her longer trip car. Most of the miles on the car were truly highway miles. She had another vehicle for local use. She also had the car religously serviced almost exclusively at the local Lincoln Mercury dealer and kept every receipt. For sale is a very clean 1994, Mercury, Tracer in teal green color. It has a 1.9 liter, 4 cylinder engine, and is a 4 door with automatic transmission. It is a one owner car who kept all services up to date. It comes from a pet and smoke-free home. It has been kept in a garage, never stored outside. There is no rust. It recently has had new tires, brakes, shocks, struts and tie rods installed. The spare tire is full sized as well. The car has 152,466 total miles on it but it has had a replacement engine put in it which only has about 70,000 miles on it. The car is in very nice condition. There is one small problem. The shifter, inside the car, sticks from time to time. It is the button that releases the shifter to put it in gear. When operating, the transmission is fine with no slips or problems. This leads me to believe it is in the linkage from the button to the transmission, this should be an easy fix. It has never stranded the driver anywhere because of this, so is mostly just an annoyance. Buyer is responsible for pick-up
