I drove the car for some months until it developed a knocking sound coming from the bottom end of the engine, I believe this to be a rod knock. I had the valve covers off and the cams removed (they are now in the trunk) and noticed grooves and scratches on the cam guides. I'm not a mechanic, but most definitively this engine will need work. Transmission was shifting perfectly fine before the engine developed this problem. The car has a list of maintenance records and it was well taken care of until a point in its life where the new previous owner did not take care of it properly. It's been sitting outside on my yard for about 2 months now. There are some scratches and a few dents on the fender, and in some parts of the body, but overall I would give it a 7/10 rate.Cracked windshield (my fault, the corner of the hood hit the glass when I was working on the engine) Will prefer to deal locally. PRICE IS FIRM. First come first serve unless you are on the way to pick it up. The car will need to be towed at your own expense, but I will assist as much as needed in loading it onto a trailer.
