You are bidding on a 1999 SLK CLass roadster. It has a 2.3 L (2295cc) 197 HP 14 supercharged engine. It goes 0-60 in 6.9 seconds with a top speed of 148 mph. This vehicle is perhaps most famous for it's folding hardtop. One button will lower and raise the top. Accidental opening with something in the trunk is impossible due to a safety shield that is manually activated to prevent operation when items are within the top's storage area. I have owned this car approximately five years and had it hard wired for Sirius right after I bought it so there are no exposed wires and the antenna sits inconspicuously on the center dash at the windshield. This car is a very good everyday sports car with incredible handling and stability. It can be driven long distances in comfort and gets regular maintenance. Unlike many Mercedes vehicles this one was at the very first of the electronic revolution so it's easy to work on and most all repairs can be accomplished by anyone with moderate car knowledge. This car has good exterior paint and normal wear on the interior. The car originated in Florida. I found it just west of New Orleans and brought it back to Florida, and have enjoyed it over the years. I collect tractors, boats and at one time also cars. This is the last car in my warehouse to go. I hope you buy it and enjoy it as much as I have. I am at that age where I am saying goodbye to my toys. This car should be considered a local pickup and there are no warranties implied.

sbscentral Store Runs Great! Sharp Looking Car! Engine & Transmission like new! Drives Great, solid, no noises, tires and brakes great. One small paint chip on drivers door. Factory Stereo display does not work, we used the factory CD changer. Dash has several scratches, dash was repainted by previous owner, but it was not a professional job. One wheel has 2 scratches, the other wheels are excellent. Seats are good and are not torn. Top goes up and down as designed. Headliner needs replaced, was removed because it was hanging down. VERY RARE 2003 Mercedes SLK32 AMG 354 HP with 181k miles (clear title in-hand) and in fair condition. I am the second owner, the 1st owner had this SLK32 for 3 years, I've owned it for 9 years and 140k commuting miles on the car. Fully loaded, all options available in 2003, 6 CD disk changer in trunk. Adult owned, 1 driver, never abused, classic AMG in need of TLC/restoration, absolutely phenomenal summer top-down head-turner. I never intended to sell the car, but with 1st child on the way, the prospects of fun summer road-trips to the beach are fading. Car is in "fair" condition. MODEL details: SLK32 AMG production ran between Aug 2000 and March 2004. Only 4,333 were built in total, of which 979 were retained for Germany, 2,056 exported to the USA and 263 to the UK. There are not many out there and 2004 was the last year for this body style.
