This Mercedes Benz 240d is in very good condition for its age, drives and steers great, original paint looks great, has rock chips and dings but from 5' away the car can look flawless(see pics).Dash is in great condition has slight crack and one other small imperfections, shows some age(see pics). The luxury 240d will still turn heads everywhere it goes. first owner took Immaculate records from 1976 to 1997 where it racked up the vast majority if its low original miles just 89k, car comes with a very thick binder of maintenance during that time also with many manuals and booklets. This 280SEL W108 is a luxury sedan with a desirable longer body which was built only with 8,250 units by Mercedes-Benz from 1968 through 1971. The line was an update of the predecessor W111 and W112 fintails sedans.The performance and technology on these cars improved and had many refinements to make them some of the most well equipped cars of the era.On the 280SEL the inline 6-cylinder fuel-injected 2.8L engine produced 160 hp (120 kW) and could push the car to 120 mph. Condition and HistoryThis Mercedes Benz with its attractive color combination was driven for his whole life in the State of Hawaii until it was shipped 3 weeks ago to California where it is now here on eBay for sale. In the last 8 years there has been spent over $18,000.00 (all documented) on repairs and maintenance on this vehicle to keep its condition up to date.The working odometer reads 71,085 miles and is believed to be original due the history of all the receipts.The black LEATHER interior is believed to be original and in great condition with no rips or tears! This 1959 Mercedes Benz 220S is a good solid original driver. It looks nice both inside and out. Black exterior with gray interior. Selling as-is, I am happy to make the car available for any inspections. I purchased it from the previous owner who had it for over 30 years. I originally purchased it to send it overseas to my father but due to a customs issue it never happened. I recently had the carburetor rebuilt by a Solex specialist, S&S imports, in Texas. I am selling a 1959 Mercedes 220s. Open to reasonable offers!The car was part of a car show in 2001 and then it was stored from 2003 until now. Mileage says 35,920, but I do not think that is the actual mileage. (I have pictures of what the car looked like in 2001 if interested please email or message me.) The car was repainted more than 20+ years ago, but the paint still shines up like it is brand-new. The outside condition is near perfect with a few places where the paint is chipped and a few places where the paint is faded.The Interior of the car is original and is in immaculate condition! The Backseat looks like it has never been used and then front seats look unused and incredible as well. The carpet in the interior is very well maintained and the wood panels look untouched. The Dashboard needs to be reassembled but I have all of the original parts needed to reassemble it (All Wood pieces, original Radio, Odometer, Speedometer, clock). Please look at the pictures to see exactly what needs to be done to finish the interior.The car does not currently run because the transmission,cooler, and a few other parts need to be put in (look at the pictures). All parts are here and original. The only thing that needs to be done is to put the pieces in. In the trunk there are about 2,000 dollars worth of extra parts that were bought in hopes of restoring the car. The previous owner bought a number of parts from Germany and had them imported to America. There are 4 hubcaps and various other parts. The headlights are also there and need to be mounted on the car.This restoration was not 100% finished, but with a little work and almost no money, this car would run and turn heads.There is absolutely no rust on the car and the floor boards are in perfect condition and 100% solid. lloydsofhollywood Store This is a 1974 Mercedes Benz model 280c Automatic transmission. The car is not drivable and will have to be towed. Because of a small leak in the gas tank, caused by the accident, all of the fuel had to be removed from the tank. The car odometer reads 72989 See images below. Four new tires, Mich defenders ,were purchased in Feb 2014 at a cost of $561.00 The tires were hardly used as this was my second car. The tires were hardly used as this was my second car. The car has not been driven since March of this year. The car needs a new Battery.. It drove fine before the accident. I have owned the car for 15 years and I am the second owner. Comes with a reproduction of the owners manual.. Also includes Original Becker Radio alone sells for over a thousand dollars. The car is a salvage vehicle. The car was rear ended in an accident in March of this year. The inside is very clean inside and has new new tires. Local pick up only.. The car is being sold as is. Great for a parts car. Nice Survivor/daily driver, very straight, clean and original with a new paint job. Runs very well, stops good and also looks good. A/C not working, dashboard has one crack and some cracks on the steering wheel. Speedometer now reads 54,107 miles, I do not know the actual mileage on it.

For Sale. 1972 280 SE 4.5L Mercedes 4 door Sedan. Engine and Transmission Sound. Runs good. Paint is 1972, great car to restore. Or used for parts. Straight, minimal surface rust (in a couple of spots), no cancer. No Bondo. Car is in San Jose, CA. Must pick up. Last year for "handmade" for Mercedes. ****Car was purchased, the buyer did not want to follow payment instructions, very vague, possible fraud, I did not feel comfortable with his messages or requests..
