This is a 4.2L with an automatic and a 4:1 Terra Low transfer case. It has ARB Lockers front and rear. A Warn xd900i winch, steel off road bumper on the rear with a tow hitch, power steering, on board welder, arb air compressor, 4.5 inch lift, 33 12.50 15 Dunlop mud tires, quick disconnect sway bars, Sommers Brothers full floating rear hub and Chromoly axles, Rock sliders, 21gallon fuel tank, new fuel system front to back, new brake system, 160 amp alternator, transmission cooler halogen off road lights and light bar, halogen rock lights, tow bar, CB radio, siren, PA system, hard top, bikini top, full doors, half soft doors, roll bar, Ramsey manual hubs. The emissions system and engine are freshly tuned and will pass California emissions. It has a new catalytic converter. It all in working order. Even the clock works! There is very minimal rust. The hood does have some surface rust. It is a California car. I have the Air conditioning, but it is not fully installed. I am selling my beautiful Jeep CJ 7 Laredo. It is mint, everything works like new. You will not find a nicer original Jeep, and it is Fuel Injected. Overall: Beige on Cream paint job with full hard top and hard doors and optional bikini top. All the upholstery and trim and carpet and floor mats are factory original. No Rust on body or frame (California vehicle). This Jeep is a definite head turner with its impressive classic and fun looks. You will receive many compliments on the Jeep for its originality and impressive quality upgrades. A tough 4x4 and a nice cruiser! Up for sale is this family owned super original 1986 Jeep CJ-7 Laredo Package 4X4 -- Hard Top / Hard Doors / Bikini Top with just under 103,*** documented miles. This Jeep comes with the original Window Sticker with all the factory ordered options that was placed in the window by the dealer when it was bought. This Jeep has not been restored and still wears its original factory Beige / Tan Laredo and Jeep Paint. The power plant consists of the popular 4.2 258L 6 cylinder engine backed with the more popular 5 speed transmission T5. (Decals were added at the dealership) and has all of its original factory Laredo package spice tan interior (seats, carpet, mats, seat belts, dash pad, etc) that still looks brand new like a true newer Jeep should. The Jeep has been garaged and always kept in dry condition This Jeep does have the most desired rare Dana 44 rear axle that was available late in the 1986 production year. The factory ordered original Radio still works and looks new as it did from the factory. This vehicle had the Zbart rust preventative applied at the dealership before it was delivered which we do have the receipts. All of the gauges are vibrant bright colors as they should be with a garage kept Jeep. In 1982 they started using a 6th digit on the speedometer so you could tell the true mileage instead of it just keep rolling over. If you know Jeeps you will be able to tell that this is an original Jeep and nothing is being Bs'd about it. If you have been looking for a high quality original collector Jeep CJ-7 then look no further! Most Jeep CJ's have been totally customized, cut up or just totally ragged and rusted out.Here are the reasons why you will not see a nicer one: Motor: 4.2 L Engine all seals(Valve cover, rear main seal, Oil Pan, etc) have been replaced Mopar Fuel Injection Kit. The engine runs extremely strong and has been serviced at the Jeep dealership since new. Please pay close attention to the CA emission labels and Chrysler Jeep fuel injection upgrade that was added as an option when new at the dealership. Transmission: The 5 Speed manual transmission has no grinding or leaks. Shifts like a dream! Seals and gaskets have been replaced. Have an extra one for you to take with Jeep. Clutch: Brand new clutch pressure plate, disc, including all bearings, bushings and components including new balanced flywheel. Transfer case: No leaks or grinding. New gasket and seals. Driveshafts: Custom CJ-7 "cut downs" with new universal joints and U-bolts. Rear axle: Just serviced Dana 44 rear end with new ONE piece axles, differential cover, new seals, gaskets, etc. No leaks or sounds. Front axle: New bearings, ONE piece axles, gears, universal joints, gaskets, and seals. Brakes: Completely new brakes and rotors all way around. New master cylinder with power break booster. Suspension: Rancho Rs 5000 3 inch lift kit with brand new bushings, shackles. Steering: Excellent power steering box, tie rod ends, steering stabilizer. Front end alignment. New power steering hoses. (beautiful) original Jeep factory tilt steering wheel with chrome inserts. Lift: 3 inch suspension lift with high-strength bolts. Tires: Good 32x12.50 all terrains. Quiet and smooth. Wheels: New custom Alloys. Polished forged aluminum wheels with polished stainless steel center caps and lug nuts. Spare wheel & tire on the original factory spare tire carrier frame and bumper with hitch. Also have 5 original OEM Jeep rims. Exhaust: All clean and original free flowing with new muffler Sound System: Original factory AM / FM radio from Jeep. Electrical: All the electrical and components work as it should like day one it rolled off the lot. Exterior: Stainless steel OEM -- factory original mirrors, hood catches, grille, and bumperettes. Protection: Rear fully boxed 12 gauge bumper with hitch receiver. Full Interior roll bar. Stock transmission skid plate. Lighting: Original SEV Marshall Front fog lamps with original covers. Jeep’s last and best CJ. This is a California vehicle, street legal, with no rust and in outstanding condition. 6 cylinder, 258cc 5-speed with Mopar Fuel Injection, AMC 20 rear, 2 ¾” lift, full metal doors, stainless steel exterior bolts, Garvin/Wilderness swing out rear tire carrier/bumper, Warn front bumper, Bestop soft top, Bestop bikini top, and new paint. Engine runs strong and was recently smogged. All mechanical repairs or installations done by a certified mechanic. The previous owner did not know the mileage of this engine, but it runs smooth and starts every time. It has been garaged since I bought it. All New: 33 inch Falken AT tires, Optima yellow top battery, Raptor liner interior, Bestop front seats, Bestop rear fold and tumble seat, Retrosound stereo, mirrors, windshield glass, window vents, door panels, dash, dash pad, rollbar pad, body mounts, temp gauge, tachometer, climate control knobs and cables, hood lock, all moldings, alternator, master cylinder, brake booster and proportioning valve.
