RARE 1964 1/2 CONVERTIBLE, GREAT RESTORATION, PEARL WHITE on WHITE, 260 V8, AUTOMATICThe first Mustangs (ever) off the assembly line in mid 1964 were very much like this Mustang convertible, and since then these very earliest Mustangs have been a favorite among collectors. Timeless good looks combined with all the unique features of the early cars, this is a great Mustang you can enjoy every day. Wimbledon White was on the first Mustang and for good reason: it looks fantastic on the first pony car. With the pearl finish you have a car that really turns heads. With a comprehensive restoration it looks spectacular and offers near show-level paint (especially when the right light hits the pearl) and bodywork to complement its July 1964 production date.The white interior is a seldom-seen combination that looks incredible and works well on a vehicle that's going to spend a lot of time out in the sun. Black carpets take a bit of the edge off the bright interior, but the white steering wheel and matching dash pad that give this pony a very unique look. The original gauges are bright and a classic Ford AM/FM/cassette head unit fits like it was born there. Overhead there's a white convertible top that stashes under a matching white vinyl boot and the trunk is correctly outfitted with a reproduction plaid mat and full- sized spare tire assembly.This particular Mustang carries an early F-code 260 cubic inch V8 in black engine enamel that's indicative of the early cars. Shiny chrome valve covers and a matching air cleaner were added. Both power steering and power brakes are included making it extremely pleasant to drive. Just tuned up, it starts right up and has that great V8 growl thanks to dual exhaust with glasspack-style mufflers. The results of the restoration still show up in the form of nice satin black floors with all the convertable reinforcements intact. A recent gas tank and air shocks out back to keep a level attitude regardless of the load. Upgraded steel wheels are perfect and carry 205/70/14 BFGoodrich radials.If interested please email me. O.k, here we go, comp cams, vsr. vortech supercharger, bbk headers, GT 500 throttle body, GT 500 fuel pumps,short throw shifter,3:73 limited slip rear end, welded in rear strut tower brace, welded in subframe connectors, upper, and lower rear swing arms, poly bushing. rpm range begins at around 3300, but runs so well at all speeds. very responsive, and spirited. Very quick and will bury the speedo. Minor paint chip on the hood at blue stripe, did not go through the original car paint, i just haven t repaired it yet. Blue stripes are painted on and clear coated. Stripes transition at windshield to roof are not perfect. interior is in very good condition. contact me with any questions. This 1966 Mustang Convertible is in good condition. It has been driven several times a week this summer. It is mechanically sound. Tires are good. Brakes are good. The carburetor has been factory rebuilt. The transmission was installed rebuilt 5 years ago. This car was originally a manual transmission. there is some rust that is normal for this year car. The shock towers were reinforced with plates that weld in. The carpet and seats have been replaced recently The battery is 2 years old and the radiator has been replaced with a new one 4 years ago. This is not a show car. It is a fun car to drive around town in. We get a lot of good comments while driving this car.The rear windows do not go up. I feel that when dealerships are selling their vehicles online to a broad audience and the buyer isn't able to personally inspect the vehicle during the typical purchasing process, the seller agent, Scott in this case, has to go out of his way to provide information, data and pictures to support the vehicle that they are representing. 1994 Ford Mustang CobraSupercharged with Tremec 6speed For sale is my 1994 Mustang Cobra. For sale only, NO TRADES. It has a Vortech V1 "noisy" superchager with a Tremec T56 6 speed. I have owned it for about 12 years and it has been a great car. It was dyno-tuned by MV Performance in Georgia and it has 430 rwhp and 430 rwtq. I have the dyno-sheets proving this. A year later, I had another dyno pull done, just to make sure everything was still running correctly and it pulled 460 rwhp and 460 rwtq. Unfortunately, I cannot find the dyno sheets to prove this. It has the original a/c pump on the engine, but I did not reconnect it after installing the larger radiator. It has a slight oil leak coming from the rear main seal (do not have to add oil between oil changes) and it will need new tires in the near future. It has been a great car! It is a head turner when people hear that supercharger whine at stop lights and when they hear the blow off valve purge inbetween changing gears. I still have the original back seats and they are in very good condition. I also have the original window sticker and owner's manual.
