You're looking at a perfect, 1902mi example of the car that gave the Mustang it's track credibility back. I just took delivery on a 2015 GT350 and let me tell you: don't believe the magazine hype; this Boss gives up little to nothing to the GT350. And the side-exhaust... Oh my! No flat-crank envy here. As for 2013 Boss cars: they perform every bit as well as this 2012 car, but their collectibility factor just isn't there. The 2012 car took the car world by storm, and it's as important for that reason as any other. If you're a Mustang person, all I should have to do is remind you that there's almost zero difference between a '65 GT350 and a '66 GT350, and that difference is about $200k. While Ford produced other Boss 302s in 2012, very few were Laguna Seca editions with the Track Pack gauges and other enhancements that were available on this car. This car was the first 2012 Boss 302 Mustang delivered to AZ, ordered by me with every option possible via Ford Motor Company directly, and delivered via Sanderson Ford. This is the 27th Boss 302 made out of a total of a little more than 700 produced. It was also the first car in AZ to get the Track Key software enhancement. How do I know? Because I know people in Ford Engineering who got the software before it was available to the public. Accordingly, I removed the restrictor plates that came in the side exhaust. Of course, I still have them and even know which side is which thanks to my OCD-level of labeling craziness. Taking them out and putting them back in is a 5-min exercise. This car came with several owner bonuses from Ford that were not available to standard Boss 302 owners OR 2013 Boss owners:1 - Custom Ford Boss 302 Car Cover (I have never even opened the box it came in)2 - Offer to attend a driving school session at Miller Motorsports (I have the paper invitation)3 - Brake Ducts and Insane Front Air Splitter (I have them, unopened box of course)4 - History of the Boss 302 coffee table book. (I have it, unopened box again) All 4 of these are included with purchase. Please note that the book in the pictures above is a 2nd copy that I bought to display on my coffee table. Again, the books are identical. In addition to all these pristine items, I also have every shred of documentation that came with the car. I'm not just talking about window sticker and dealer invoice. I'm talking about the tag that came in the glove box and the original labels on the keys. Check out the pictures - I'm talking two 1" binders full of documents. I even have the original title of the car in the unopened envelope from the DMV. If you purchase the car, I have a duplicate title made that we can use to transfer ownership, thereby leaving that original folded title in there. I even have the Motor Trend and Autoweek magazines that feature the car on the cover. I defy you to find a Boss 302 Laguna Seca with in this condition, with this low mileage, from an original owner, with this much documentation. I've had this car for 25 years. I am the second owner. It started life in New Jersey, purchased for a high school graduation present for a young lady. She kept it through college and started a career and family in it, then decided it was better to walk to work than drive it. It came to New Orleans for college, work and family. The floor pans in the front were replaced, all other body panels are the original ones. The color is original. the radio is a dealer installed am/fm, but I have the original am radio. I have the original warranty data plate, owners manual and letter from dealership. The car has always been kept inside while I have had it, all 25 years. The original 289 is still in the car that has 6,000 miles on it since a full rebuild. The car has had 6,680 miles put on it since it was purchased. The engine is incredibly strong with a mild cam in it, I like an aggressive cammy engine! I have the original 2bbl intake, carb, valve covers and heads. The car has rousch heads for better air flow and hardened valve seats for todays unleaded fuels. The rear end has been upgraded to a 3.55 gear set and yes I do have the original 2.79 gears. I was planning on installing a 5 speed transmission but never did. The original 3 speed has a small drip, not much at all! I have the proper cross member for the conversion and will be glad to include it if the buyer is interested. I installed new brakes, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes and drums. I used all 390 parts for better stopping. The 390 brakes are wider for more surface area. The dash pad and windshield are also brand new. I will provide the purchaser with the original documentation, a thick file of receipts and the restoration photos of its progress over the past 25 years. I also have the build sheet, but it is in pieces. I have the right to end the auction early, as the vehicle is for sale locally and other listings. I did change the rear valence to a GT style so I could put the better looking GT exhaust on it. I DO have the original valence and will provide it to the purchaser. It has a very cammy idle, almost choppy. It sounds AWESOME! Snappy throttle and street machine sound with Flowmaster mufflers.

Description1965 Ford Mustang Fastback Shelby GT350 Custom THIS CAR HAS SERIOUS EYE BALLS! Original J-code exterior color (Rangoon Red)! Original 25-code trim (Red Vinyl w/red trim)! Original C-code car (289 V8)! Complete and professional show worthy restoration! This car has exchanged a few hands over the years and I don’t have documentation to support when the restoration was completed or what exactly was done. With my 15+ years’ experience I can describe everything I’ve learned about the car and my opinions. The car was originally ordered from DSO 11 which is Boston, MA. From what I’ve gathered the car has spent its entire life in New England! The exterior of this car is beautiful and attracts a ton of attention wherever it is. The body is very straight and the gaps are good. In my opinion most of the sheet metal appears to be original or OEM sheet metal was used during the restoration. The hood, doors and trunk open and close very nicely. The exterior was originally Rangoon Red as the door tag indicates and was repainted Red. The paint on this car is definitely show quality. It obviously was done professionally and wet sanded and buffed. The white stripes were laid very nicely and make the red paint “POP”! Everything on the exterior has been restored or replaced. Some of these items include the wiper arms, driver’s side cobra style mirror, lights, grill, bumpers, stainless trim, door handles, gas cap and emblems. I recently had the front windshield replaced and all the other glass appears to be original and in nice condition! The car sits on era correct gray Torque Thrust 14” wheels that have Cobra center caps. The BF Goodrich radial T/A’s are 205-70-15 on the front and 225-70-14 on the rear. These tires give the car a very comfortable ride! The red interior is also beautiful and complements the exterior perfectly. The original interior trim code was #25 which was red vinyl with red trim. The headliner is white which really puts the icing on the cake! Everything in the interior has been restored or replaced. Some of these items include the dash pad, dash cluster, gauges, Shelby gauge cluster, wood steering wheel, wood shift handle, door panels and hardware, seats, seat belts, carpet and custom carpeted floor mats. It has a modern Custom Autosound stereo with upgraded kicker panel speakers. Everything in the interior works as it should! The trunk compartment is nicely detailed with the original style trunk mat are spare tire cover! ***It does have a spare tire but it’s not a matching wheel.*** The engine compartment is nicely detailed and home to the built 289 V8 engine. This engine starts immediately and runs EXCELLENT! This engine was professionally rebuilt and has some serious snap for a small block. Up for sale is a 1990 Ford Mustang GT. This car in in good shape. I has been converted to carbureted. The whole engine was rebuilt from the ground up. Its bored .30 over new pistons rings, bearings. Trickflow stage 1 cam, Weind stealth dual plane intake, 1" carb spacer, cool carb plate, and a Quickfuel slayer series 600 cfm carb. all components on the engine are new the starter, power steering pump, water pump, bbk aluminum under drive pulleys, 200amp power master alternator. the whole engine is new. The engine and all the components have about 2500 miles on them. The fuel system is all new, Holley red pump, 2/8 fuel line, to 6an steel braided line, Holley regulator auto meter fuel pressure gauge. It has a new clutch, and fly wheel, with the stock T5 transmission a transmission shop said it was in great shape. The rear end is an 8.8 all rebuilt with 3.55 gears posi. The rims are black 03-04 Cobra wheels with new tires which also have about 2500 miles on them. The interior has a all black 93 cobra dash, red front and rear seats, New black carpet in the car and trunk. Power windows work but locks do not needs a electric lock mechanism in one of the doors. It has a Cervini 4in. cowl hood. which needs paint. It has one piece headlights and cobra grill with the house emblem powder coated black. The only thing the car really needs is some paint. Its not terrible the way it looks now but It has a few spots of surface rust nothing major or serious sanding it will get rid of it. This car has a lein on it from First source federal credit union in NY state and it will be satisfied with the payment for the car. This car is ready to drive and ready to go.
