This Mustang started life as a correct 67' Fastback Mustang GT 428 4-Speed car which makes it highly desirable! BEAUTIFUL MUSTANG GT FASTBACK. I HAVE DONE A TON OF WORK TO THIS CAR AND, FIND IT VERY RELIABLE AND CLOSE TO A HUNDRED PERCENT. I REWIRED THE WHOLE CAR. I REPLACED THE HEATER, WIPERS, MOTORS SEALS, GASKETS, SWITCHES HORN, RELAYS SWITCHES. GUAGES FUEL LINES. COMPLETE FUEL SYSTEM, INTERIOR RUGS, SEATS ECT. CAR IS BEAUTIFUL TURNS HEADS EVERYWHERE. IT HAS A 289 WITH A 4 BARREL ENGINE WAS REBUILT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. IT HAS A FIVE SPEED WHICH IS WAY BETTER ON THE HIGHWAY THEN A FOUR SPEED. ALSO HAVE A 4 SPEED FOR IT. I TOOK OUT THE REAR HAD THE POSI AND EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH IT REBUILT WAS A 350 OR 330 REAR I CAN'T REMEMBER BUT PUT A NEW 300 REAR IN IT WHICH IS MUCH BETTER FOR HIGHWAY DRIVING. 2015 FORD MUSTANG GT$7000 in added Performance & Accessories!!!Private Party!!! No Sales Tax!!!LOCATED IN SUNNY ARIZONA!!! Hard to find 2015 Mustang GT loaded with all the factory performance options! I special ordered this vehicle in June of 2014 and took delivery in December of 2014. This Mustang is just 6 months old. Only 2,973 miles. . . and it is flawless! Not a daily driver! I mainly drove this vehicle to car shows and events. Never driven in the rain, and only hand washed with microfiber towels a handful of times. This vehicle sits covered in my garage when it is stored. I special ordered this Mustang in MAGNETIC Metallic (J7) with the GT Performance Package that includes BREMBO brakes, a complete suspension handling package, larger radiator, and a 6-SPEED manual transmission (see info below). I also ordered the car with RECARO racing seats. I didn't stop there. Before I took delivery I had over $7,000 in additional performance and appearance upgrades professionally installed by VIVID RACING and my local Ford Dealership, BERGE FORD. In my opinion, Magnetic Metallic is the best color option and looks great with the black 19" wheels! This GT has over 450 horsepower and sounds great! Better than new!!! EXTERIOR DESIGN Let me also give you some more information about my Mustang. I am not one for leaving things alone. I like to have my vehicles upgraded so that they don't look "stock" but also are not over the top to were it takes away from the initial design. First thing I noticed that I did not like about the car were the chrome emblems. Ford does not even offer a chrome wheel? Since this was one of the first GTs to be delivered in late November, not many aftermarket items were available. The "black" emblems found online were for the 2012-2014 GTs... and the font was slightly different. So the next best thing to do was to have all the emblems painted. I had a local company, ABT painted them for me. They also tinted all the windows including the full windshield with 3M Ceramic film. They also installed a 3M front Clear Bra on the front bumper and mirror caps. Next came the racing stripes. A lot of time went into the design. The final decision was to use 3M clear-matte material. The results is amazing! Since the stripes are a matte finish; they have an almost ghostly appearance. And since they are clear; you can still see the metallic paint through the stripes! The size of the stripes was also carefully laid out. The fastback roof line as two ribs that flow over the top of the car to match the ribs on the hood. However, the width between them is narrower on the roof. So the installer went as wide as he could with the stripes within those ribs. They look awesome! I could not be any happier! I ordered this car for one reason... the performance. Since this is not one of the cars I drive on a daily basis... I didn't want Navigation, heated seats, etc. I have other vehicles for road trips. So I order this GT with the 300a package since it did have a reverse camera, keyless entry and push button start standard. The only thing that I didn't like was the non-Premium Rear Bumper since it has a rear air defuser. So I ordered one and had my local Ford dealer install it. It was costly, but it definitely completed the look I wanted. Lastly, I installed black GORILLA lug nuts to complete the non-chrome look. This Mustang is one-of-a-kind! PERFORMANCE RECAP Not that 435 horsepower is not enough!!! As I said before, I like my vehicles to be unique. First off, the factory exhaust is too quiet. I am not one for an "open-headers" decible level exhaust, but I do like to be heard! As you may know, an aftermarket exhaust nets you less than 10 horsepower. So after researching several different exhausts online (thank you AmericanMuscle.com) I chose MBRP's Street full cat-back exhaust. I really liked the sound and the matte black tips were the look I was going for. Since I am a member of a local Mustang Club and "showing" my GT was in my future I wanted to dress up the engine compartment. I had VIVID RACING install an AIRAID cold air intake. One thing I notice and also read online was that Performance Package GT with the 3.73 gear ratio could not reach 60 mph in 2nd gear since top speed was 58 mph! One way around this was to install a tune. So VR also installed a SCT Programmer with a 91 octane tune. This tune not only increased overall torque and horsepower... but it also increased the max redline from 7200 rpm to 7500 rpm. And now this GT will top out at 64 mph in second gear. Sometimes it is the small things in life! :) Lastly, VR also installed the EIBACH ProKit handling springs. This lowered the vehicle about an inch in the front and about an inch and a half in the rear. The stance looks very aggressive, but it did not affect the ride quality. I have all the original parts to the car and they are all included with the sale of the vehicle. This is a 4 speed, “S” code 390. The real thing, please see the Marti report. Originally Clearwater Aqua with black interior. Current paint is older, chips, dings, scratches. Lower quarters have bubbling & small sections of trunk have been patched. Patch on torque box. I'm happy to provide additional pix or video upon request. You're welcome to come see the car, I drive it often and it is a blast...very fast. Engine rebuilt 19 years ago, runs very well. Carb appears to be the original 600 cfm model 1850-4. 3.25 limited slip gears, no power steering as it was originally ordered. New 14x7 styled steel wheels & tires. Interior in very good shape overall. Split in the driver’s seat, new front seat upholstery go with the car along with a few other parts such as exterior door handles and new rocker panel trim. I will probably replace exhaust soon as there are holes in the mufflers and an exhaust leak at the manifold. NOTE: I don’t have a title for this car, New Hampshire does not require one. Pictured for sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang GT Fastback. The fastback is quite rusty and will need extensive metal repairs. This is an original "A" code GT Fastback as evidenced by the disk brakes, grill, wiring holes in the core support, fog light switch on dash, and the exhaust hangers in the back seat. The car originally had a 289 4v and a 4 speed trans., although both are long gone. The rear differential is missing some gears. The fold down rear seat and other interior trim, and fastback specific items are included. The front windshield and passenger side door glass is missing. The original color is antique bronze with a parchment interior. There is no data plate on the driver's door and there is NO TITLE (even though the above EBay description says "Salvage").However, the factory VIN # is present on both front fender aprons of the fastback. There are various ways to obtain a title if the purchaser wishes and a bill of sale for the vehicle will be included. This is an excellent "sweat equity" project if much of the metal work can be completed in house. When finished, the owner would have a very desirable, valuable and ORIGINAL 66 GT fastback. With little investment, It would be a real Mustang fastback Gt not a coupe conversion or a Mustang built from reproduction parts. Also included in the sale as seen in the pictures is a very solid front clip that includes the frame rails, shock towers and cowl along with the rear frame rails and wheel houses from another 66 Mustang Gt. These frame rails are original Ford parts and are very clean with little surface rust. These included parts have no vin or title but are the correct parts to be used with the fastback. The last picture is a photo of how the Mustang looked originally. The Mustang is located in Chicago Illinois, 60656.
