I'm listing this SUPERB 1968 Mustang GT350 Convertible Restore with about 2,000 miles on new engine for a very good friend of mine. He's a serious collector and only buys the best! The Mustang is located in Las Cruces, NM. Here is a list that my friend provided of items that were replaced during the restore... The work was done at American Shelby Las Vegas, NV:Complete new suspension system ....coil overs in the front new rear suspension plates and air suspension shocks, all new front power disc brakes all new rear drum brake system....new gas tank and filler new sending unit...during the restoration the frame was sand blasted and sprayed with rust pre-hibitor and sound proofing...the finders and doors were off the car during the re-painting ... there are 8 coats of base paint color crystal red the three coats of clear.....complete new carpets and upolstery pleather was used looks smells like leather lasts longer....easier to care for....comes with boot for convertible top....new convertible top saddle color as is the interior....new windshield OEM ford....tinted....new windshield wiper motor...all guages are new and work properly am/fm pony mustang radio works properly ....all windows roll up and down properly doors open and shut properly .....all new rubber throughout the car .....trunk area is carpeted the steel in the trunk is completely rust free as is the whole car....the motor is a 302 crate with edlebrook hi-rise manifold Holly four barrel 650 cfm the rear end is a 350 gear with a T5 five speed transmission Hurst close ratio shifter.... since rebuild the car has 1410 miles on it...it has power steering 15 inch GT350 wheels 15 inch Dayton period correct blackwall tires...I just replaced the battery last week with new 8yr energizer.... sweet driving car.....
