If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. Pacific Green was only available on the Mustang Cobra in 1997. This Cobra has had two owners. Both owners were over 40 years old and non-smokers. I have owned the car for the past 12 years. Clean history with no wrecks or accidents, original paint, original interior with no tears on any of the seat leather.Major modifications include the Vortech supercharger, Tremmec 5-speed transmission and the Kenny Brown “Level 5” suspension. I have every receipt for all work that was performed. I also have all the original SVT documentation including the window sticker. The wheels are Ford factory original 2000 Cobra “R's” with Goodyear tires installed in 2013. Front tires are 255/45/R18 and rear tires are 285/40/R18.The engine was replaced in 2005 with a fully re-manufactured engine. At some point in the car’s history, a small piece of material that appeared to be3M Scotchbrite somehow entered into the intake. Eventually the material worked its way into the rings and valves. Pieces of the material were recovered from the oil pan. So the engine has only about 15,000 total miles. Up for sell is very nice and well maintained foxbody mustang. These cars are getting harder to find in good condition. I bought this car for my son and he is going into the navy reserve so instead of the car sitting around I decide to sell it. I put a lot of money into this car so you will be getting a great car without having to do much to it but drive it. Ok first I'll list what has been done: new top, new brakes, new tires, new water pump, new battery, new door handles, new rear spoiler, new paint job, new headlights, new rear lights. I just had the a/c converted to R134a it's still all the original equipment they just upgraded the o-rings, new cold air intake ( I still have the original one) everything works as it should all the windows and top go up and down with no problems. What it will need soon is a new clutch which I have taken it to my local shop and was quoted $450 ( labor only ) I was supplying the clutch and a new wiper motor it just went out other than that you will be getting a good foxbody. I went threw this car very well because it was for my son, the car starts right up, it does not smoke, and it runs very strong.
