I have a 1961 Ford Fairlane that has been sitting in my garage for the past 10 years. I would like to get it out soon to make room for my new toy. The Fairlane has no engine or transmission. The body was halfway prepped for paint (needs sanding and additional priming). The underside has been recoated, and there is no rust on the car anywhere. All chrome and everything is inside of the car, it was running when put in the garage; engine was pulled to put in a V8, but plans never took off. Hood is back on car now, and the car has a full coat of primer. Body is straight. I can acquire any additional pictures if necessary, the ones I am posting are older, but will give you a good idea of the car's condition. The car has a clean Texas title. Will provide VIN, etc. upon request. Remember, all prices are best offer.

This 1957 Ford is a joy to drive. Drives very good and easy to handle and goes straight. No shimmy or road walk. Normal wind noise no rattles of the body. Transmission shifts great and works fine. Transmission just serviced and replaced shifter seals to repair a leak. Engine is a 390 Ford 4BBL Eledbrock Manifold and carburetor. Mallory distributor and a very good sounding RV-type of camshaft. Has very good low end torque and is a real jack rabbit to drive. Lot of Fun. Car runs very well no hard to start issues and never spits out any water, even here in West Texas 100 degree heat. Car has dual electric fans to keep things cool. You can enjoy this car, take it to your local car shows and have a ball. You can not go any where without drawing a crowd to get a closer look at it. People really love this body style and the quality of the paint on this car is very good. It does have two places that could be repaired to be better but few people ever notice it. The buyer might consider s different set of wheels to add his or her's own personal touch to the car. I also feel like a better selection of wheel style might make a big improvement. Ask questions and I'll try to answer them or ask the owner to answer them. I am selling this for a close friend and he is a honest gentleman. Please ask questions before bidding to avoid any problems. Shipping is up to the buyer or it could be delivered within a limited range for a additional fee. Remember this car is For Sale and he wants to sell. He is not testing the waters to see what he can get, he knows and is ready to sell now. Buyer is required to pay-pal $500.00 at the end of the auction and then the balance by wire transfer or cash in hand before shipping of the vehicle. Buyer will receive a clear title and seller will sign required paper work to transfer ownership in your state. Car has a Clear Texas Title and ready to transfer. Dealers welcomed as well. Please only place Bids if you already have the funds to pay for the vehicle to avoid any problems. Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code

An unusually 'Pristine', Red and White, Great Looking, Great, Driving '59 Fairlane 500, Hardtop Convertible. The beautiful, clean, Red and White Striped Naugahyde Interior looks great and is extremely soft and comfortable. It has 5 Brand New Radial, Wide White-Wall tires, Great Paint, Chrome fender skirts, Glass Pack Mufflers, brand new battery, Great Glass, Good door, window, and trunk Seals, Huge Trunk (can Sneak a dozen people in Drive-In's), and ready to 'Go and Show'. NOTE: for some Goofy reason I am unable to get the 'UK body Type' out of the listing, but it is a 'U.S. Body Type'. I am NOT a mechanic, but I have been told that this has the 352 cu Engine, Automatic Transmission, and you would not believe how Extremely Smooth, Comfortable, and Effortless, it drives. It has some small stuff that doesn't work like the gauges (auxiliary gauges under the dash) Speedometer/Odometer, the pin on the shift lever, and I believe it is the transmission that leaks when it is stored. etc, but nothing that can't be fixed if deemed necessary, and none of this effects the Looks, Comfort or Drivability of it, It 'draws a crowd' wherever it is, and you or your wife will not be embarrassed to drive this Beauty, anywhere. If you See and Drive it, you will realize as I do, that This car is worth Much More than I am asking for it.

1963 Ford Fairlane 500 Restomod Coupe with over $50,000 spent on build. This vehicle has been built with high end craftsmanship and components. All suspension, frame, wiring, and mechanical work was completed by 3rd generation hot rod builder Tim Cornelius. The frame has subframe connectors, has been mini-tubbed, and houses an 8.8" narrowed rear end. The suspension is from Rod and Custom and features a complete Mustang II front end and coilovers all the way around. The rear suspension is multi-link with ladder bars. The car has four wheel disc brakes and stops very well. Please see the pictures of the underside to see what really sets this car apart. Of course, the suspension has all new bushings, hardware, etc. Over $12,000 of work was done on the suspension, electronics, and mechanical installation to ensure a quality foundation for the build. The motor is a late model 302 c.i. Roller Motor with Trick Flow Heads, Shorty Headers, MSD Ignition, aluminum radiator, electric fuel system, and way too many other high performance parts to list. The transmission is a Heavy Duty 5-speed manual Tremec 3550. The powertrain components alone were over $8,000. The $8,000 basic bodywork and paint was done by MC Customs and is painted in Ford Torch Red (code D3) paint. The finish work and trim work was done at the local Ford dealer. Every single piece of weatherstripping and every seal is brand new. All exterior hardware is either thoroughly reconditioned and polished or brand new. The bumpers are brand new solid-metal chrome bumpers from Bumper Boyz. The reconditioning and new trim pieces cost over $4,000. Inside you will find a brand new interior which was also stripped down to bare metal and rebuilt with new insulation, new materials, new carpet, and all new interior trim pieces. The entire interior was done by Auto Upholstery Unlimited. The dash and all exposed areas were painted white to match the exterior accent area. The dash has all brand new Auto Meter Phantom Gauges and features an Ididt chrome tilt steering column. The new door panels and kick panels were done in the same material as the new seat upholstery. Every square inch, including the headliner and every handle, is brand new. There is over $7,000 in interior work and pieces. The wheels are a custom made set of American Racing wheels with new tires and feature a custom offset to complement the overall stance. As with any build, there are virtually countless other little items on this vehicle and finish work/calibration done which has resulted in one of the most driveable restomod vehicles you will ever experience. I also have many extra trim pieces that will come with the car. The bad: There is a small crack (pictured) on the passenger side wheel well. There is very little wrong with this car. It is in amazing shape. Ready for the car show, your collection, or for cruising. Please do not hesitate to email with any questions. Thank You for looking and Happy Bidding!
