Here is a very nice and sharp 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Hardtop that has had alot of money spent on it doing the restoration back in 2009. The previous owner passed away and his family sold it to us. He loved this car dearly and you can tell. Here is part of what he did to this Fairlane:Built 351 Windsor ( Balanced )Aluminum Heads and IntakeForged PistonsNew HeadersMSD BoxTCI Transmission3000 StallReverse Valve Body Racket ShifterNew 9" Rear with 4:11 GearsNew Gas TankNew Electric Fuel PumpNew Fiberglass Hood and Bumpers ( Has That Thunderbolt Look )New Interior ( Seat Covers, Carpet, headliner, Door Panels )New Aftermarket Gauges For Oil, Temp and Amps that workGrill And All Trim Was Straighten and Polished ( Cost of $1,400 )All New Weather Stripping and RubbersNew Tires and WheelsThe paint is slick and looks great and the body is straight. No rust on this car. It has one place on the trunk lid where the paint had flaked off but that is the only flaw I have seen. ( Easy Fix ) This car runs strong and is very fast. Sounds awesome as well. All lights work including Head Lights, Tail Lights, Blinkers and Brake Lights. The guy who built it was wanting the Thunderbolt look. Very nice car!! I don't know the miles on engine or transmission since rebuilt. Was told by previous family less than 3,000 and I am sure that is true. I have alot more pics of this beautiful car if anyone is interested in seeing them just let me know. This car is also For Sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. It is being sold as is with no warranty given or implied in anyway. Pre Sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged so you will know exactly what you are bidding on but this must be done BEFORE END OF AUCTION!! If you make an offer and it is accepted then you have bought it. This car is being sold with a current Georgia registration as Georgia is a non title state on older cars like this. You will be able to get a title in your state with the paperwork I give you so don't worry about this. Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking

I'm gonna make this short and sweet. This is my dads car and is for sale only because it sits in the garage way too much. I've driven this car and I believe it would make most any long trip. The car is for sale locally so we do have the right to stop this add at anytime. The title is clean in my dads name and he's ready to sign it over to the appropriate home. The car has features such as bench seat, power steering, front disc brakes, MSD ignition, radio in glove box, dual exhaust, and auto transmission. The chrome on the car is all very nice and shinny. The only flaws in the car I see are that the top has a couple of paint blemishes and that the driver window comes about an inch from rolling up all the way. The 289 performs extremely well and the car sounds awesome. The car does not have trunk or window leaks when you wash it or happen to get caught in the rain. All seals look like new and you hear no wind noise as you ride down the road. The braking and steering seem to be appropriate for a car of this age. We welcome any inspections and third parties to view the car. Our preference of sale is to meet you at a public bank or place and prefer cash exchange. We will not take checks and will not be scammed. Please know that the car has won some small trophies at local car shows, but again I don't categorize this as a show winner. The paint does shine well and you get looks everywhere you go in this thing. The interior and dash are really nice and one would have a hard time pointing out any flaws. The dash is not cut and there is a set of secondary gauges mounted under the dash. There is also a radio in the glove box, nothing fancy just a basic tape player. The exterior does have what you would consider a GTA stripe on the bottom, but this certainly not a GTA so don't be deceived. I have described this item to the best of my ability and please don't go out of your way to hassle me or destroy my extremely high feedback. I strongly urge anyone spending this kind of money to look then buy, but I'm old school. I will cooperate with shipping or possibly let buyer pay me to deliver, but preference is come see/ pay/ drive off into the sunset. Please reach me by email and I will respond as soon as possible. Thank You 500 Dollar deposit within 24 hours via paypal or cash in hand. remaining balance accepted as cash in hand only..........

1957 FORD FAIRLANE 500 This listing is for the car you see in the listing. It has been restored to a beautiful Red over White and near flawless. The interior is accented by a matching Red over White fabric that is durable and seats very comfortably. This is a rare car, especially in the current condition. The engine is new within 500 miles and is a small block Ford V-8 with a mild cam. This is an excellent daily driver, or Saturday afternoon car show ride. 1/4 Skirts are painted and available, see pictures. Please see my 100% positive feedback Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. Vehicle is located near Dacula GA and can be shown by appointment. Please call Dave with any questions678-409-6750 The 1957 models retained a single-headlight front end like their predecessors, but were unmistakable with their long flanks and tailfins. A plethora of trim lines was introduced, starting with the base "Custom", "Custom 300", "Fairlane", and top-line "Fairlane 500". The two Custom lines used a 116 in (2946 mm) wheelbase, while the Fairlanes had 118 in (2997 mm) between the wheels. A new car/pickup truck hybrid based on the short-wheelbase chassis was also introduced, the Ranchero. The 223 CID (3.7 L) OHV Straight-6 continued, now with 144 hp (107 kW). The V8 lineup included a 272 CID (4.5 L) Y-block making 190 hp (142 kW), a 292 CID (4.8 L) Thunderbird version making 212 hp (158 kW), a 312 cubic inch V8 making 245 HP and a supercharged 312 CID (5.1 L) Thunderbird Special making 300 hp (224 kW), and designated "Police Interceptor" on the glove box. A dual 4 barrel version of the normally aspirated (non-supercharged) 312 cubic inch V8 rated at 270 HP (some sources report 285 HP) was reportedly available, although that engine option was not listed in most Ford sedan factory literature and is more commonly associated with one of the optional Thunderbird engines. This option was dubbed "E code" and featured a unique camshaft, cylinder heads, intake manifold and various other performance enhancements. It came standard with the deep-dish steering wheel. The radio became transistorized.[4] There were lights for the generator and oil instead of gauges.[5] The controls became reccesed for more safety (the Lifeguard safety package was still available)[6] A new frame was used for the 1957 Fords. It moved to perimeter rails out, so that they would fully envelope the passengers.[7] In a survey of 1957 Ford owners in the March, 1957 issue of Popular Mechanics, only 6.2% of owners ordered seat belts.[8] Warranty InformationUsed vehicle conditions are subjective and open to interpretation therefore this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. This is a SOLID 1958 Ford Fairlane! It’s a very nice running, driving classic car. We’ve had it at multiple car shows and events! It does have cold A/C which has been added at some point in the vehicles life. All the gauges work with the exception of the speedometer and odometer, windows are functional (right rear window needs help going up and down) and the wiper arms are present (not seen in photos) they work great. This classic has a nice paint job with flat black on the body, while the top and accents are in a true gold color. It really flows great and helps this Fairlane stand out more than it already would. As you can tell from the photos this car looks great. With like new 215/50R17 tires wrapped around American Racing 17” Wheels this car is a beauty! The interior has been reupholstered and flows great with the car. This includes carpet, seats, and headliner which all look nice! The dashboard clock works as it should which is a nice surprise in a car of its age. This car is solid and as you can tell from the pictures underneath it’s in very good shape. This car has it’s minor cosmetic issues but overall you are looking at a nice classic that runs and drives with all working parts. The transmission is a 3-speed and we believe the engine to be the original 332 however we can’t verify this. We are told that it has a 291 Rear End in it as well. This is a manual steering vehicle with drum brakes that work as they should. Air shocks are present on the rear and a nice dual exhaust shows itself out the rear. The head lights, turn signals, tail lights, and brake lights are all in working order. The seats function properly as does the radio. The locks do not work they are missing the rods. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smoothly. The odometer reads 72,125 however the odometer isn’t currently working. This car is very sought after because a lot of people believe it’s a 1957 Chevy. We have done our best to describe the vehicle, although there may be things we have missed. This vehicle is sold as-is. In saying that, this is a running driving car.
