Relisted due to non paying buyer. Please only bid if you have the funds available. For sale is my clean 1991 Camaro Police Interceptor B4C (police special service package). 1 of only 592 made. I have owned this car for over nine years and have invested more than $25k in upgrades. The police package cars are very rare, and included a ton of upgrades such as the 145mph speedometer, power steering cooler, upgraded suspension, and even has the rarely seen factory roll cage. This car has been very well taken care of, always garaged parked, gets very frequent engine, trans, and rear end oil changes. ALL parts on the car are less than three years old, and the car only sees about 5000 miles a year, just about every part on the car has been replaced or upgraded. There are no mechanical problems, and only a few minor issues (small crack in drivers mirror, couple of door dings, couple scratches, and normal wear). The car runs VERY strong and is VERY fast..plus the exhaust note is great, very choppy idle, very noticable cam lope. The extremely powerful engine, combined with the six speed transmission conversion makes for fun driving, and the upgraded suspension, brakes, and excellent gripping tires makes mountain road cruising most enjoyable. Almost the entire car has had a custom touch to it. The car gets a ton of attention anywhere it goes. Power windows, power door locks, power hatch, power steering, airbag, rear defroster, VATS security, starter disable switch, cruise control, tilt steering, 8 way power drivers seat. The spark plugs (ac delco), wires (msd), cap(msd), rotor(msd), engine oil(mobile one), trans oil(maxlife), rear diff oil, power steering fluid, and clutch fluid were are recently changed. The front brakes, wheel bearings, rear axles, rear wheel bearings, starter, clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, output seal, trans mount, and such were installed this summer. The chassis itself has 207k miles on it, but the entire rest of car has around 15k-20k miles on it. I believe ALL moving parts have been replaced within the last 20k miles. I would really like to see it go to a good home, someone who'd enjoy it and continue taking care of it. I've really enjoyed building it and love driving it. The only reason for me selling the car is to start a new project, as it is time. For those following the third generation body style of Camaro, they have been steadily going up in value as they become more and more rare. According to Hagerty blue book, these has been a steadily increasing in vaule and over the last couple years have had a large spike increase in the value of these cars....could become a profitable investment. Fuel mileage on the highway is 30 miles per gallon, and about 15 in the city. The double overdrive transmission really helps, yes you can have all that power and great fuel mileage. NOTE: Black Cherry Paint. The first picture is the only shot that shows the 'cherry' color in the paint...the purple undertone isn't quite that bright, but did show up in that pic...the car usually looks jet black except in the direct sunlight and then you can see a little burgundy flake.
