PRO STREET CAR: 1956 CHEVROLET 210 COLOR: RED This 1956 body was restored from a rust-free car, stripped to bare metal and painted. All glass is new, stainless is in show-quality, polished condition, and all chrome items have been plated or replaced. The interior is not finished due to this sale. I believe it is better to let the buyer decide the color and style of the interior. The rear seat has been fabricated to match the tub area and is ready to cover. The front seat is a bench-style, custom made by GLIDE Engineering. It has a split-back seat with recliner mechanism. It is also set up for middle armrests. All wiring including under-dash wiper system is complete. All dash gauges are in working condition. Dash area has a custom-made tilt column system with a BUDNIK steering wheel. The trunk area is pretty much self-explanatory by looking at the photos. Undercarriage and engine modifications are so numerous that it will be difficult describing these areas, but I’ll take a shot. The transmission is a 4L80E Turbo 400, computer shifter automatic with TCI computer external cooler and fan. The transmission is completely detailed to match the car. The engine started out as a 454 but is now a 526 cubic inch big block with 658 horsepower (dyno). I have the dyno sheet for verification. It has aluminum BRODIX heads, 871 BDS (blower drive service) supercharger. It has two 850 double pumper HOLLEY carburetors, hydraulic roller CROWER cam shaft, and BOYD idlers and pulleys. The HOOKER headers have thermo-shield coating. The undercarriage has fabricated front end with coil over shocks, rack and pinion power assist, PAINLESS custom electric wiring harness, custom exhaust (complete from heads to tailpipes) which is ceramic coated inside and out. Custom built MARK WILLIAMS racing rear end/STRANGE 10-bolt 410 gears, GUN drilled BILLET axles, STRANGE Engineering ladder bar shocks in the rear. Complete rear end and other items are detailed and painted to match the car. Some items of interest and, should I say, much expense are: Rack and pinion power assist, complete digital instrumentation, custom wiring, 4-wheel disc brakes, power windows, power disc brakes, VINTAGE air conditioning, MSD 6-BTM boost timing master ignition, BDS linkage setup, LOKAR under-the-dash emergency brake system, BDS polished blower, custom under-dash wiper system, dual vehicle speed sensor 4L80E, BUDNIK steering wheel. The front tires are SINCERA Touring P205 60 15. The rear wheels are MICKEY THOMPSON Rear Legacy 15/15/5. I have a copy of the dyno testing for the engine, copies of all engine work and expenses (I have over $22,000 of receipts for engine work not counting the initial cost of the engine). This car has approximately $80,000 in high-quality, professional work. I did not have the work done, and I didn’t put that amount out, so I don’t expect that amount to be recovered and therefore have set my reserve at a reasonable price. I know there are some of you out there contemplating building a pro-street car, and others may have started already. If so, this is your chance to save a lot of money. Every item in this restoration was given careful thought and was professionally done; hence air conditioning, power windows, the consideration of the GLIDE Engineering front seat. Another reason for the buyer finishing the interior is that I believe the car should have a roll bar. The car is extremely fast. I will consider trades of 1955, 1956 and 1957 Chevys – all models -- maybe plus some Chevelle models. If you feel like my photos are not representative, let me know. I can do more photos for serious buyers. My ad is limited to 24 photos.

This is an all original, untouched 1957 Chevy, it will need a total restoration to bring it back to its original glory. The car is solid with rust holes on the driver’s side front fender, driver’s rocker panel and the passenger side rear quarter. It has surface rust on the passenger door and light surface rust on other parts of the car. The rear bumper is in bad shape, the rest of the chrome is not bad. The interior has a worn front seat and the back seat is not too bad. The original spare tire is still in the trunk with the original jack. I matched the tires on the car with the spare and purchased them from Corker tire. I am the third owner of this car and purchased it in 1985. I drove it on the weekends until about 2000. The car has less than 70,000 original miles. I moved to Florida in 2004 and had to leave the car in Kentucky were it sat until I brought it down about 4 years ago. The car no longer runs, I have purchased a new gas tank with filler neck seals, radiator hoses, new battery tray, spark plugs and wires, points and condenser, distributor cap, carburetor kit, and shop manual. These parts all come with the car to get the new owner started. This 1957 Chevy was originally purchased from Ray Ridge Chevrolet, Inc. in Trenton, Michigan on November 7, 1956 by Katherine Tyre from Detroit, Michigan. She traded in her 1941 Dodge 2 door for $200.00 towards the price of her new car. The accessories on the new 1957 Chevy: a Heater, Undercoat, Side Mirror, and Windshield Washers for a total price of $1900.00 including Taxes, License, and Title. The salesman was Hank Flocko. Paperwork that comes with the car is as follows, The Order placed with the Dealership, 2 Check receipts, 1 for the $200.00 trade in, 1 for the balance of $1700.00, Owner Service Policy, Owner's Delco Battery Warranty and Adjustment Service Policy, Ray Ridge Chevrolet, Inc. Paperwork Folder, Several Michigan Registrations from the original owner and the second owner (second owner was the niece of Katherine) and the original owner’s manual. Katherine owned the car until she went legally blind and at that time her niece, Dorothy Standard took possession of the car. I purchased the car from Dorothy in 1985.Please take a look at all the pictures and call (954-732-0156) email me with any questions before bidding. Deposit of $1000.00 Via PayPal is required within 24 hours of Auction Close. Thanks, Dave

FULL CUSTOM LEATHER INTERIOR WITH PW, PL, BLUETOOTH, NAVIGATION, AND MORE CONTROLLED BY A MASSIVE POWER AKOUSTIK 7" TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY! SIMPLY ONE OF THE NICEST WAGONS AROUND, WITH AN UNDERSIDE THAT SHOWS AS PRETTY AS THE TOP! PLEASE CALL ME AT 941-286-0889 WITH QUESTIONS. THIS VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DETAILED!!! IT HAS BEEN WASHED, VACUUMED, AND WIPED DOWN WITH TURTLE WAX QUICK SHINE PRIOR TO BEING PHOTOGRAPHED. IMAGINE HOW AMAZING IT WILL LOOK WHEN YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DETAIL AT HOME! OVERVIEW Everybody has a Wagon story. If it isnt of you in the back of one making faces at the car behind you while Dad drove, maybe it is throwing the surfboards on the roof to go down to the beach, or using it like the original SUV it was, and push starting your drag car while hauling all the stuff you needed for race day. Whatever the memory, Wagons will forever live in the pantheon of cool. This particular 1955 Chevy Handyman has recently undergone a complete body-off-frame restoration and upgrade just 1,700 odd miles ago, and is proven, reliable, and ready to show or go wherever you want! Please take a moment to read the detailed listing, look over the 100 extra-large detailed photos, and then call me to make it yours before someone else does it first! THIS VEHICLE HAS A CLEAN AND CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE AND IS READY FOR WORLDWIDE SALE AND EXPORT. FOR VEHICLE FINANCING, APPLY ONLINE AT: WWW.JJBEST.COM WWW.LIGHTSTREAM.COM DESCRIPTION The first thing to catch your eye on this wagon is the fantastic Sunset Red Metallic paint. It is so clean, glossy, slick, and wet, you would think it just came out of the spray gun! The finish really is mirror-like, as you can see in the photos, and the entire car was painted off the frame including the pans for a super clean finished product. After 1,700 odd miles, it may show a tiny little stone chip, scuff, or minor blemish that ANY car would have, but there are NO dents, NO dings, NO large chips, and NO real issues with the finish whatsoever. Any minor marks are less than a few millimeters in size, and are inconsequential to the overall appearance of the car. The cream white roof shows just a perfectly, and really gives the car a completed look. The body is VERY straight, with no sign of patch panels, bondo, chicken wire, or beer cans to be found. All of the gaps are nice, and everything closes and opens well too. There is NO sign of rust or rot on the car, and you can run a 3x3 magnet over the entire painted surface and it will stick like glue. The bright work, trim, and chrome on the car is in fantastic condition, and shows shiny and bright from every angle. Emblems are in very good condition, and are original to the car for an added bonus! The custom grill looks amazing behind the bumperettes, and really gives the car a clean look. Glass, and there is PLENTY of it, is either new or like-new all the way around, along with all the associated rubber trim, mouldings, fuzzies, regulators, and trim. The car has a fantastic stance thanks to dropped spindles and springs, and it rides on massive 17 inch VISION Wheels Legend series show-chromed 5 spoke rims that still look like new after just 1,700 miles. They are wrapped up in NEXEN Radial L3000 radial tires size 235/45ZR17 up front and 245/45ZR17 in the back. The tires are in perfect condition, with no damage or wear issues. Overall, the exterior of this car is a solid 8.25 out of 10. Once you get it home and detail it to get all the nooks and crannies, it will be a solid 9 in every way! Under the hood, the car gets power from a completely rebuilt GM 350ci V8 motor that was redone from the cast iron block with dual valves, aluminum heads, roller rockers, mild street cam, and all the best in pro-level components throughout. The car was built for long-haul reliability and ease of maintenance and upkeep, so it is not a radical, high horsepower build. I would estimate that the car has somewhere in the low 300hp range from seat of the pants feel, but it has never been formally dyno tested. It starts with a flip of the key, idles cleanly, and is ready to roll at a moments notice. It is equipped with a Edelbrock 650cfm square flange carb with non-egr electric choke, so power comes on smooth and sure. The car also has plenty of guts on tap for burnouts and other cruise night shenanigans if that is your cup of tea. The 700R4 overdrive automatic snicks into gear with ease, and the car accelerates cleanly and smoothly up to speed. The overdrive is set up perfectly on the car, and works with the GM 8.5 inch 10 bolt rear ends highway-friendly gearing to allow triple digit cruising speeds without much of a fuss. This is the kind of car you can take to the local cruise night, or run it on the Hot Rod Power Tour just as easily. The engine bay itself is super clean, and ready for a car show with a chrome compressor, brake booster, alternator, and radiator shroud all gleaming and bright, PLUS a ton of billet including flame cut valve covers, ball-milled air cleaner, and MARCH Performance pulleys! Firewall, inner fenders, and a whole lot more is either painted in Sunset Red Metallic, black, or has been powdercoated. All of the other components are top quality pieces, and they work together to provide a reliable and issue-free powertrain for your peace of mind. A new CPP power steering rack makes turning a breeze, with steering feel as nice as a new car. Vintage supplied EVERY PART of the heating and Air Conditioning system from the condenser, evaporator, and lines all the way to the OEM style dash control. It all works together PERFECTLY to provide whatever you need at the slide of a lever. The engine bay looks fantastic, and like the rest of the car is only a formal detail away from being a trophy winner! The car does not leak, weep, or otherwise mark its territory, and it has been driven over 1,700 miles in a mix of highway and local driving since completion with only the minor little adjustments all fresh cars need the first few hundred miles. I would not hesitate to fly in and drive this car home anywhere in the lower 48, as I feel more than confident it would make the trip. It does NOT run hot, thanks to a gigantic, custom made aluminum radiator with extra-large transmission cooler, supersize fan, and well thought out design. The car pretty much lives at 188 degrees, and in my time with it can say it has never gone over that, even running in the hot sun for 40 minutes while I took all the pictures. It just does NOT GET HOT. The engine makes no odd noises, and exhibits no sign of any issues. Transmission operates flawlessly, and shows no sign of any issues either. The chassis on the car is a mix of old and new, with original frame rails mated to a full custom front end with tubular upper and lower control arms, drop spindles, front disc brakes, and coil-overs up front, and the aforementioned GM 10-bolt with shocks, rear drums, and lowering springs out back. The frame, front end components, and drive shaft are black, while the rest of it has been sprayed in the same gorgeous Sunset Red Metallic as the top of the car! After being driven 1,700 miles, the chassis does show some stone chips, marks, dirt, and grime, but like the rest of the car, it will detail out to look even nicer than it already does. There is a good bit of chrome and shiny stuff on the underside, and it all looks really good as you can see in the photos of the car on the lift. Custom aluminum exhaust system sounds fantastic through the REAL Flowmaster mufflers, and it has throaty rumble that tells everyone they better turn and see what is coming. No expense was spared in making sure that the car started, drove, handled, and stopped just as good as it looked, and it certainly does. It rides super nice, with the perfect blend of cushy ride and handling prowess. It handles like C5 Corvette, with great feel in the wheel, and no odd wander or tracking issues. Brakes drag the car down from speed with no pulling, wander, or excessive fade. Overall, it is a super nice set up, and will make the next owner VERY happy. Kind of saved the best for the last, because the interior of this wagon is just beautiful from front to back! First, while the car was completely apart, everything was painted in the same Sunset Red Metallic finish as the exterior, then treated to layers of sound and heat proofing before anything else was done. Next, new carpet went in, and it still looks fantastic today. Seats were completely redone in neutral hides, with custom front buckets and rear bench, all trimmed to work with one another. Front seats move fore and aft, and have easy-access flip forward arms to allow ease of access for back seat passengers. With plenty of room for everyone, the car can ACTUALLY HOLD FIVE ADULTS in comfort, which is a rarity in most classics. There are no signs of any damage, rips, or issues on the upholstery, and it shows wonderfully from all angles. Seat belts are included for safety sake, and they function like they should. The custom fabricated center console is beautiful to look at and has a large storage space under the arm rest, twin cup holders, the center A/C vents, and the giant 7 inch control screen for the stereo system. More on it later! Custom under-dash panels to the left and right house additional A/C vents, and lend the car a polished look. Dash itself is original steel, but has been fitted with a custom ball-milled billet aluminum dash insert that carries a large AutoMeter PRO COMP series Speedometer with trip and odometer on the left, and a matching tachometer on the right. A carbon fiber style center band runs the horizon of the dash, and is fitted with the rest of the matching gauges for WATER, OIL, FUEL, and VOLTS. All appear to be functioning as they should. The OEM style clock is non-functional, but looks fantastic and is set at 5 so you can always run out for a quick beer! A GM style iDidit chrome column looks perfect in the car, and has chrome shift arm, turn signal and tilt levers, top mount gear selection indicator, and is topped with a LeCarra style billet wheel wrapped in complimenting leather. OEM controls remain in place for the headlamps, electric wipers, ignition switch, and A/C controls, while the ashtray opens to show the button for the back-up camera. Kick panels, door panels, and rear valance panels get the same luxurious upholstery, and it all looks fantastic in the car. Custom LED bar lights were installed under the dash to light the foot wells up front, and they look amazing, especially at night! Door panels stay clean thanks to hidden power window switches, so all you see up front are the speakers with silver surrounds, and the OEM style door opener and vent window roller. Two more speakers grace the back seat side panels, with a couple more hidden in the car. The system sounds AMAZING!!!!!! The 7 inch Power AkoustiK display panel fills the center console nicely, and lets you choose from NAVIGATION, Bluetooth audio, AM-FM, streaming audio, and more, and provides the largest back-up camera view I have ever seen! It is easy to figure out, all touch screen capable, and comes with a wireless remote for the backseat drivers in your world! Sound is crisp, clean, and so full that you would swear you were at a concert when you play your favorite song! The visors, headliner, and rear view mirror are all OEM style, and look fantastic in the car! The functional clamshell doors at the back of the car open to reveal a ton of storage space, including the empty spare tire well with cover. Use it for what you‘d like, as it has PLENTY of room. The interior on the car has a real factory finished look to it, and no corners were cut in creating a one of a kind custom look for this incredible car. If you are currently on the market for an ultra-cool station wagon that you could drive daily, show monthly, and win trophies and awards with all at the same time, this is probably the car for you. It is the perfect melding of reliability, ease of upkeep, and phenomenal looks and performance all wrapped up in an iconic body style. In the area? Come see it. If not, fly down here for a personal showing! I am willing to bet that the first person who comes here to see it in person will buy it. IT IS TITLED AS A 1955 CHEVY WAGON. LIFETIME CALIFORNIA & NEVADA CAR FABULOUS COLOR COMBINATION 1957 CHEVROLET 210 SEDAN ONE OLDER REPAINT IN FACTORY COLOR PLEASE CALL WITH QUESTIONS OR FOR A BUY IT NOW... CALL MIKE @ 863-944-8615 OR EMAIL [email protected] We purchased this car last year from the long term Nevada owner that bought the car from California about 30 years ago. He completed a repaint and some other restoration and then parked the car in a warehouse. We rescued the car and finished the refresh. The paint is driver quality but everything inside is brand new.
