1972 Dodge Charger 1972 Dodge Charger Rallye. 1972 Dodge Charger Rallye model 2 door hardtop VIN WH23U2G153067 nice condition. Car has 57000 original miles on it car was restored 18 years ago into a super street car. Car has street legal racing tires on it for looks. Rear tires are MT ET street 30x13.50x15lt D.O.T. approved drag slicks front tires are MT sportsman 26x7.50x15lt. Car has original Rallye wheels on it with 10\" rims on rear and 5\" rims on front. . Car equipped with manual steering power disk brakes power windows power door locks air conditioning cruise control automatic console shift high back bucket seats and rallye instrument with factory tachometer. Car needs a little body work as I am not into doing body work. Has one small dent on roof and needs new vinyl top installed also needs lower drivers side quarter panel replaced. . For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8. This isn\'t your run of the mill Challenger and is most likely is the only one in the world! This Challenger is far from original yet it isn\'t. It\'s hard to find a build so radical and still retain a lot of its factory equipment. Operable equipment consist of power windows, power and heated seats, CD player with navigation, power steering, power brakes and a power sunroof to name a few. Under the hood and sticking out of the hood is an INDY Cylinder Heads all aluminum fuel injected 572 cubic inch Hemi V8 with a 1071 blower! Rear wheel horsepower is estimated at a modest 900+. Backing up this extreme power plant is a built Turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission going back to a Ford 9\" housing 3.89 gears, a Strange Ultra Case and 40 spline axles. Working very hard to keep the car on the road is an AFCO adjustable suspension, a reinforced chassis to support the power and reduce chassis flex and sticky set of Mickey Thompson Sportsman SR measuring 29x15.00x20. Also aiding in the rigidity is a 10 point certified roll cage with removable side bars to allow an easier entry and exit for the driver and passenger. Slowing things down is done with a set of Brembo high performance brakes up front and Strange brake calipers in the rear. Hiding behind the rear license plate is a hook up for the parachute if you decide to go to the track. Keeping you glued to the seat in addition to the power this car makes is a set of five point harnesses. This beautiful creation is painted in the perfect color, Hemi Orange! Complimenting the Hemi Orange is a black interior featuring leather and suede bucket seats. Inside the glove box is the MSD ignition controller and hook ups for your laptop for dialing in the fuel injection controlled by FAST Fuel Air Spark Technology.
