We are selling our 2001 GMC/Thomas School Bus located in Longwood FL. This is a very reliable and dependable everyday driver. The bus includes all necessary equipment to be legally used for a daycare/church/etc. The bus is 20 passenger expandable to 30 passenger for small children by adding seat belts. The bus has Front and Rear Air Conditioning. The bus was owned and maintained since new (2002) until 2012 by a county government. I have a copy of the full county maintenance records. Since we purchased the bus in 2013 we have had it serviced regularly and fully inspected once a year by Truck PM in Longwood FL who always makes all necessary repairs down to the last light bulb. These inspections and repairs are required in order for us to use the bus for our preschool. The bus has 174000 miles however the County service records show that the engine was replaced in 2008. The transmission shifts very smoothly. We are selling the bus because we do not need a 20 passenger bus and have purchased a 14 passenger bus to avoid the need to maintain commercial drivers licenses for our staff. Any bus over 14 passenger requires a commercial drivers license. This is a great bus for the $$$.
