THE SURVIVING WIFE HAD TOLD ME THIS WAS HER HUSBAND'S 4TH ALLANTE. *THIS IS BEING SOLD ON A CLEAN MO. TITLE. *THE CAR IS VERY ATTRACTIVE, AND DRIVES NICELY. BUT THERE ARE ITEMS LISTED BELOW THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. *I HAVE PERSONALLY DRIVEN THIS CAR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES AND IT IS A VERY SOUND REAL CAR. *I HAVE PRICED THIS CAR VERY FAIRLY TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE NEED FOR CERTAIN REPAIRS. *ITEMS TO BE NOTED ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1). THE DISPLAY IN THE DASH SOMETIMES SHOWS COOLING FAN NOT WORKING. I HAVE HAD THIS CHECKED AND BOTH FANS DO WORK PROPERLY. THE CAR NEVER OVER-HEATS WITH THE AC OPERATING.. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS IN THE DIAGNOSTIC CONTROLS AND WE HAVE LEFT THAT ALONE.. 2). TOP BLOWER VENT IN THE UPPER DASH IS MISSING. 3). THE DIGITAL READOUT OF THE TEMP. SETTING (ONLY) FOR AC AND HEAT DOES NOT COMPLETELY SHOW THE NUMBERS. 4). ANTI-LOCK BRAKE LIGHT DOES COME ON SOME-TIMES SHOWING THE ANTI-LOCK SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. THIS LIGHT DOES COME OFF AND ON. 5). THE CONVERTIBLE TOP HAS 2 SMALL TEARS ON THE SIDE AND THE MECHANISM WAS HARD TO OPERATE IN FASTENING. WE HAVE CHOSEN TO LEAVE THE HARD/TOP IN PLACE. (THERE ARE APPROX. 4 OR 5 VERY TINY DIMPLES IN THE HARD/TOP, THAT ARE MOST LIKELY FROM STORAGE. THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR TO A VERY TINY HAIL SPOTS. THERE IS ONE SMALL EDGE THAT SHOWS A SLIGHT CRACK IN THE PAINT ON THE BACK LOWER EDGE. THIS WOULD HAVE PROBABLY HAPPENED FROM STORAGE AS WELL, 6). SEAT BELT ON DRIVERS SIDE WORKS, BUT THE PLASTIC OUTSIDE PLASTIC COVER IS BROKEN. 7). THE CD PLAYER IN THE TRUNK DID NOT OPERATE. THE FACTORY RADIO PLAYED PROPERLY. 8). ON THE FRONT EDGE OF THE HOOD, THERE IS A TINY SPOT WHERE THE CLEAR COAT HAS CHIPPED OFF. THIS IS MINOR AND WOULD NOT NEED TO BE TOUCHED. 9). THE TURN SIGNALS OPERATE ON THE OUTSIDE PROPERLY, BUT THEY DO NOT SHOW IN THE DASH WHEN ON. 10). THE POWER DOOR LOCKS DO NOT OPERATE WITH THE SWITCH. IT WAS IMPORTANT FOR MYSELF AS SELLER TO NOTE DEFECTS. MOST OF THE LISTED ITEMS COULD BE LEFT THE WAY THEY WERE. THE ONLY IMPORTANT REPAIR IN MY OPINION IS ANTI-LOCK BRAKES AS THIS IS A SAFETY ITEM. *IN CONCLUSION I FEEL I HAVE A NICE CAR THAT HAS SOME ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. THE CAR THAT IS STILL VERY AFFORDABLE AND VERY COLLECTIBLE.. *ALL PAPER WORK IS COMPLETED BY OUR COMPANY. WE ARE A LICENSED MO. DEALER. THE TITLE IS A CLEAN MO. TITLE. i acquired this beauty from an owner in Florida. The Allante has all the bells and whistles and they function.It tires are relatively new as is the soft top. Light grey carpeting complements the black leather interior. Dash is solid without cracks. Radio functions but volume is limited. Engine compartment and all its components are clean and function well. I have a woody in mind to buy ,but must sell the Allante first per my spouse's declaration. This is a true Cadillac gem that must be seen and driven. The car will be sold as is where is. Pay pal, certified check or cash is acceptable with full payment made upon delivery at its current location. Transportation and shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

All gauges work, a/c needs a recharge, tires are older and will need to be replaced. Top is in good shape, needs new rubber molding on back window area as seen in the pictures. Car runs great, starts right up and has smooth idle. Undercarriage is completely rust free. We have not attempted to try the top to see if it works, and have no intention of doing so. The body looks straight and the paint is shiny and bright and looks good overall, but it does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires are a match set with good tread. There are no cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear, rock chips, etc. It has the typical scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are consistent with age and use on a 1987, but it still has an overall nice look. Please look over our many pictures and give us a call if you have any questions or would like us to do a walk around. We take over 80 pictures of each vehicle. Interior The interior of this Allante is in overall good shape. The leather looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and there. The carpets are in good shape overall, but do show some blems. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc. that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care of. Mechanics This V8 starts right up and idles fine and has good power and acceleration and drives straight down the road. It has a good solid feel to it. Brakes feel good. ** The ABS light comes on sometimes when the brake is applied. We’ve inspected, serviced and detailed it and it’s ready to drive wherever you need. Comments We don't have sales people on our ebay listings, so we don't have the typical 30% to 40% costs/markup associated with such, and we don't have huge markups, but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.
