It is smogged, and tags are good till April 2015. Technician already inspected the car and found no problems when I replaced the shocks. I pretty much replaced/fixed all old parts. However, you will need new rear tires soon. Typical wear and tear for a 7 year old car. Couple small dings on the passenger door, scratches on rear bumper, side skirt. Still gets 20/30 mpg, engine strong, a/c cold, very fun to drive. Steering is awesome with the hydraulic system. Not to mention it is a semi-rare car. Currently around 77K miles and it is my daily to work (10 miles/day) I still owe money to the bank. So either cash for me to pay it off, or you'll have to deal with my bank. Rare Z4 coupe in very good condition. Newer tires (Michelin Pilot Super Sports), brakes, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and engine coolant. I am the second owner, purchased from Mercedes dealer 8/28/11 and put about 5k miles a year on it since then. I got it for my wife, who says the blind spot on it bothers her so much she only wants to drive the 335. I have no problem driving it, but prefer my other (sports) car to drive and don't see any real reason to keep this one. The front bumper cover was replaced Jan 2012 after a piece of road debris damaged it, so it has no rock chips on it at this time. The car was not disabled from this incident and it won't appear on any carfax, repaired as good as new. The car has the Premium Package, the DVD based navigation system, on board computer, THX certified sound system, and heated seats.. Comes with a custom car cover. BMW only made about 7,000 of these coupes word wide I believe so it's fairly rare, and consumer reports/MSN etc give it above average grades for reliability. No known mechanical issues, but the cigarette lighter was slowly draining power from the battery when the car was off so I disconnected that fuse to save the battery (I don't smoke..) This is a nice car that has classic looks, very good performance, is comfortable, and gets 30 mpg highway. I will let it go for a reasonable price. CA reg current until Jan 2015.
